The Met Hotel

Both my wife & I loved the design, the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Good food and excellant car park facility.

everythinh ok - nice parking easy to town

The hotel was just superb. The service and the conditions were excellent. I liked the most the design of the rooms and the hotel.

The view from the rooms is not very good. I have booked a room with a sea view but the view was not so good, it was to the bad side of the sea port.

Date of Stay: March, 2010 It was exquisite . Much better than the site shows. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Everything that we needed was provided immediately. The bus service that they provide is fantastic. The two drivers were incredible, with very good history knowledge and always telling us new things about Thessaloniki. M'spa was the best, with specialized personnel great gym, swimming pool etc. The location is not in the center, but that was not a problem. It is a walking distance and when we didn't want to walk there is a bus line (No. 31) that we took and the bus station was very close to the hotel. Great value for money. As hard as we tried, we couldn't find anything negative.

Maybe as an improvement, to have more variety at breakfast. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I would devinitely stay there again.

great facility, modern, beautifully designed, great service

executive lounge needs improvement

Really luxury. Room: modern and comfortable. Bathroom huge. Bed: comfortable. Internal hotel's structure: very nice furniture, bars and places where you can feel very pleasant in the evening (as soon as you sit down they take a glass of water). It's very nice and good taste. In the spa area is a turkish bath in the changing room (I did not like because I wanted to stay with my wife) and a swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Business Center: computer/printer free. Breakfast: nice restaurant, plenty of quality.

Room floor not so clean. The position was not so nice and the area is ugly. For who's travelling by car, there's a parking and it's close to Thessaloniki city center (the city is small). For who is travelling without car the area is safe and served by buses.

Exellent Hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Very confortable bed.

The location. The view from the room. The sink was not so clean. The choice in mini bar was poor.

Exceptional interior design, good lockation, very friendly stuff, up to date to the offered services, exceptional restaurants and over all a very good city hotel.

Better trained stuff. They are very friendly but I think that they need further training to meet the very high standards that the hotel is trying to set. I also think that the parking should not be charged.

The underground Parking

We could not sleep at night because of the night club just next to it. You except far bertter services from the stuff when your are paying these prices. Unorganized. Overall very low value for money.

Excellent hotel, bit distant, noisy at night. Young staff, needs experience but very helpfull.
