The Met Hotel  

Everything was I expected to be (Design, Cleanness, Services). I particularity enjoyed the comfort of the fantastic mattress !

I had problem with wireless in my room (room 532) with difficulty in the connection. The day after the reception informed me that indeed they were facing some problems with the wifi in some rooms and they were fixing it (It is always nice anyway to be informed in advance instead of waiting customer to report it). I also did not like very much the Restaurant at the ground floor which cuisine is not worth for the price (personal opinion)

The Met-a place where the guest rooms, restaurants and even public spaces feel like an extension of soothing treatment rooms.Is there anything more relaxing than being in the indoor pool after a long,busy day?!The hotel is located very near to the centre of Thessaloniki.It has a free underground & valet parking (which is very,very good becouse when you park in Thessaloniki you have to pay almost everywhere).The Met is ultimate Thessaloniki,don't hesitate and go there.It will be our choice everytime we go to Thessaloniki.

The Breakfast Buffet needs more variety of food.

The compination of art gallery hotel together with the luxury! By far best ever design hotel i ve ever stayed to. I have travelled the world, far away or europe and i never expected to rate this hotel as best luxury & design hotel together. First word as soon as i entered was : woaww what a hotel is this??? Inside and outside is a gallery of art , i have no words really! Congrats to mrs chandris that created such an icon huge hotel in the beautiful salonica. We ll return for sure!

1. The design (beautiful and striking) 2. The people (genuinely helpful) 3. The (free and frequent) shuttle busses to the city centre (whose drivers, with Costas at the top, were superhelpful and well informed)

1. espressos at breakfast were not always hot 2. the ugly physical environment surrounding the hotel

The spaciousness. The clean lines. The minimal design. The breakfast, and of course the friendliness of the staff.

Very high level of services. Design that you can meet only in architecture magazines.

The location (nearby the music hall Pyli Axiou) was its only disadvantage..

The pool and it's facilities.

The staff is incredibly polite, efficient and friendly.The hotel is modern, minimal and beautiful ; the rooms are big and the view to the sea is wide open. There is a shuttle bus service to the center of the town

The view to the sea is somewhat spoiled by the port cranes a bit further away , the ware houses and the deserted fields.

nice design but very dark. Poor lighting combined with almost black woods make you feel like it's night even in the middle of the day

Best arhitecture and service, we come in The Met every year , for shopping in Salonic.Beautiful Outside Pool with beautiful view and bar service at the pool. Enjoy!!!

Very clean rooms, very comfortable luxurious hotel. Nice spa... Very helpful and friendly staff. I really liked the skybar, it is a trendy spot to be at night!...

The location is a bit off... and even though there is a free shuttle, it is not very often and the hours change on a daily basis, so you can never plan ahead... The shuttle is not exactly on time when it picks you up, it always leaves earlier than the stated time so you end up missing the shuttle. Though the shuttle drivers are extremely polite, nice and helpful!...
