everything was perfect! very professional staff, very polite & helpful. Very clean rooms with all what ou need in the bathroom! Well done! very well situated, very nice area. Very nice living room and outside place of the hotel to have breakfast and/or any drink during all day. Very good!

We could smell the smoke from people in the next room when smoking. This is to improve (lack of isolation between the very closed to each other rooms)

Good location, a very nice design , excellent staff, big rooms and Greek coffee :)

I recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to - long walk in the quiet green area, friendly staff ready to give you an answer to any question and request, clean, discreet staff, delicious breakfast, convenient fitness room.

That was the second time we stayed at Y hotel and once again everything was perfect! I can't believe this is a three stars hotel. The best asset is the staff. They are very friendly and ready to go the extra mile. We will definitely be back again.

As usual, very friendly staff and a very good position close to the centre of Kifissià.

The staff was a pleasant surprise: very nice, very helpful, always ready to help. The breakfast was very good - all natural, fresh ingredients. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The hotel is located in Kifissia, a posh neighbourhood located in the North of Athens - very close to shops, bars, restaurants. The Kifissia metro station is close (10 min walk).

For an Athens City Trip, other hotels might be more convenient. While Kifissia is a wonderful neighbourhood, it's about 16-17 km from the Old City Center (Syntagma Square, Acropolis, etc). That translates to at least 30 minutes, by public transportation (subway / light train).

Everything was perfect. Wondeful location, staff was amazing and recommended equally amazing places to dine! You will not regret staying here!

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einer tollen Villengegend.

Die Matratzen sind sehr weich.

La chambre était magnifique et le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. C'est un hôtel moderne et très bien équipé

Ίσως το οτι παρκάρεις λίγο μακριά αλλά το βρίσκω λογικό σ αυτή τη τόποθεσία.

το μικρό μπάνιο στο δωμάτιο 210 και η ηχομόνωση

Μας ενθουσίασε η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, το οποίο παρόλο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Κηφισιάς, μοιάζει να είναι στην εξοχή. Μας άρεσε που αν και μικρό το ξενοδοχείο, παρείχε όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμασταν μέσα σε μια ατμόσφαιρα απλής πολυτέλειας. Μας άρεσε επίσης εξαιρετικά η θέα από το δωμάτιό μας στον τέταρτο όροφο. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε τέλος πάρα πολύ το νοστιμότατο πρωινό στο υπέροχο σαλόνι, στρωμένο με ζεστασιά και γούστο.

Το μόνο αρνητικό που μπορούμε να αναφέρουμε είναι η δυσκολία να βρούμε θέση πάρκινγκ γύρω απ' το ξενοδοχείο.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The bath supplies were of very good quality. The breakfast choice was extensive and everything was well prepared and presented.

Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό είναι τριών αστέρων αλλά δεν συγκρίνεται με άλλα ξενοδοχεία τριών αστέρων. Για μένα θα έπρεπε να είναι τεσσάρων αστέρων. Είχε πολλές παροχές. Ωραίο πρωινό και διακόσμηση.

Bon hotel, moderne et confortable. Chambres très bien équipées et petit balcon agréable. Hôtel bien situé dans la banlieu d'Athènes (Kifisia), proche de des magasins et restaurants.Situé dans une rue tranquille. Bon petit djeuner.

Parking epu être un peu difficille, même si nous avons trouvé une place en face de l'hôtel...(lundi après-midi)

The place around the hotel is very crowded during weekend nights, so it may be a bit difficult to find a parking place.
