Sehr netter Vermieter, der immer gute Tipps parat hatte. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst kinderfreundlich.

Wir bekamen ein neu gebautes Appartement. Es war zwar sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll ausgestattet (bis auf Küchenutensilien), lag aber nicht so schön wie die anderen Studios (direkt am Pool), dafür war es dort aber sehr viel ruhiger und hatte Aussicht aufs Meer der Ostküste. Das Frühstück fanden wir zwar ausreichend, aber sehr eintönig, weil jeden Tag dasselbe. Ansonsten ist die Lage der Thea-Studios optimal, weil man über Schleichweg in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in Thira ist, aber nichts von der Lautstärke (Verkehr und Nachtleben) hört, wenn man schlafen möchte. Gut gefallen hat uns auch der zwar nicht große, aber völlig ausreichende (weil tiefe) Süßwasserpool.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Für griechische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück (wenn auch nur bis 10:00). Netter Pool, schöner Balkon. Tolle Dusche (nur leider nicht warm).

Ich hatte nie warmes Wasser (auch nicht lauwarm). Küchenzeile etwas heruntergekommen. Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen (weder im Bad, noch auf dem Balkon)

Tolle Lage, hübsche individuell gestaltete Zimmer, um einen Swimmingpool gruppiert. Die Anlage ist etwas außerhalb von Thira, mit Blick auf die Stadt, aufs Meer und auf das umliegende Weideland mit Pferden und Ziegen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist Thira zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar über einen Schleichweg (ca. 15-20 Minuten). Ausgesprochen entgegenkommend: wir kamen früh an und konnten fast sofort das Zimmer beziehen, am Abreisetag konnten wir noch am Nachmittag Pool und Zimmer benutzen.

Der tolle persönliche Service, die super Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants welche alle zutreffend waren. Die Lage, da mit Blick aufs Meer und zur Hauptstadt Thira. Frühstück war auch mehr als in Ordnung für ein "kontinentales", war in Buffet-Form und es gab Obst, Brot, Joghurt, Marmelade, Orangensaft, Kaffee und auch Frappe. Die Entfernung zur Stadt war ok, da wir bergauf gefahren wurden und der Rückweg Abends bergab in einer viertel Stunde gut machbar war (Abendessen wieder abbauen!) Nur zu empfehlen! Preis-/Leistung TOP!

The way between fira and the hotel is 15 minutes by walk and very dark at night

I think it is a hidden gem for the lucky that discover it. It has breath taking views with a perfect location because it is just 10 minutes away by foot through nature from the main square of Fira's main town that actually it becomes to noisy to sleep because of bars and tourist walking around all over. The rooms are charming, quite it with unforgettable views all around.Professional staff: Dimitris, Maria and Blanki are extremely kind and helpful with a very positive actitude and good knowledge and tips of the island; actually they can fix everything as well if you wish to rent a motorbike or a car.

I could not find nothing missing at Thea Studios.

Staff were very friendly and helpfully. Room was nice, clean and had a great view off the balcony. Location was peaceful and quiet which made for a good sleep. Staff drove us to the port when we were leaving for 10euro which was great and made it easier for us. The owner organised an ATV for us to hire which was great to explore the island, glad we had it as hotel was about a 15 min walk to Fira centre up hill, we did it a couple of times not good in the heat.

The pool was freezing so couldn't really swim, but I guess it warms up more into summer??

I was really touched from their hospitality and their help from the facilities, the location and the staff. The room was amazing, very comfortable, very clean and with great view. The breakfast was life experience for me, with excellent bread with nuts from a local bakery.The highlight was the hand-made marmelades from the mother of the owner- "mama Sofia". Dimitris, the young and charmy owner is very professional with honest will to make my staying as comfortable and as easy as possible. He helped me to manage with many crisis that came out, from my selphone disfunctions up to my laptop's crash.. (he did whatever was possible, he lent me his laptop and he advise me to go to the best pc place on the island in order to save my files). He is a fantastic hotel owner with true interest for his guests!!! Kwstas, the general manager of the hotel, is one of the hardest workers i've ever seen in my life. I could asked anything from him and he was making it happen.. He is a very kind person, with great sense of humour.. I want to thank him for his valuable help. Maria, the cleaning lady, is excellent at her work, very very kind and very discrit. Last but not least, Blankie, Dimitris' dog is loveable and very classy.. She is a lady!!! I had very good time there, can't wait to go back, for sure i will stay to Thea Studio and i highly recommend this place to all travellers. Guys, thank you very much for everything (and for the late check out) , can't wait we meet again! I'm really grateful, Maria

That i spend only one+ day there and i had many many obligations.. and things to manage.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They organised motorbike/ quad bike hire and tours to the volcano without being pushy. The hotel is beautiful and our room had a pool and ocean view with some countryside. Breakfast is cereal, Greek yogurt, bread, jams, and hard boiled eggs. Enough to keep you going until lunch time.

It is a 15 minute walk to Fira central square, which in the heat, might be a problem for some although it wasn't for us.

A wonderful place to spend your holidays! Situated in a beautiful and quiet area it provides you with a sense of serenity and calmness. Still it is within walking distance from the town of Fira.The staff were all amazing! They couldn't have been more kind, welcoming and helpful. Dimitris, the owner, and Costas,the general manager, did everything in their power to make my accomodation as comfortable as possible. Dimitris even volunteered to pick me up from the port and help me with my luggage. Also the room was everything I could ask for. A spacious, spotless clean room equipped with a kitchenette and decorated in a traditional Cyclades style. It certainly exceeded my expectations and I'm definitely visiting again. Strongly recommended!

we were looking for bit more quiet place but with the same hotel with possibility to reach all the touristic places as easy as possible. Thira was the perfect place for us. And according to comments Thea studios was a good placed hotel with few minutes walking distance from bus station. When we came from the very first minute we felt not like a tourists, but like we were visiting our old friend. Dimitris met us at the airport. we got better room than we booked with the nice view, for the same price. Hotel was much better then we were expecting. also place was very quiet and only few minutes walking distance from Thira's centre. Dimitris helped us to rent a quad, wich was very convinient as well. Room was cleaned daily. Wifi everywhere at hotel' area.Breakfast was good as well. Now it's no doubt, that next year we will go to Santorini again, we will stay at the same hotel. And we will take our dog with us:)

- Everything. It was excellent and great. - Staff is very friendly and nice, from the man in the reception until Sofia, the woman who prepares the best orange natural jam in Fira!!. - Our room was in same floor and side than the swimming pool, room with high bright. - The hotel is located close from Fira, but is necessary to take by car to go to the main street on Fira (5 minutes). - There are no buildings in the areas around the hotel. Is a plenty of nature space to enjoy of the view, and there is no noise during the night to sleep comfortably. - In summer you can use their own barbecue. - There is perfect Wifi in the room. Thank you Sofia for your hospitality!!!. We hope to see you soon.

- Nothing, only to find the hotel you have to ask somebody in the main street to show the way, but the local people knows about the location of the hotel, and they will try to help you in everything.

Great place to stay. Nice view, amazing breakfast and a warm envirornment. We did't have de opportunity to meet Dimitri but Sophia you are de best!!!!

Dimitri was an excellent host. He picked us up from the airport and then drove us into town on the first night to show us the key areas. He did our breakfast every day and was extremely helpful with lots of information and answered any questions we had about the area. He took us into town on our last day and then collected us with our luggage and dropped us back at the airport. Thea Studios is away from the main part of Fira but just a short walk to the bus station and the busy pedestrian streets. Because of the distance, Thea Studios is more peaceful and very quiet with no passing traffic or neighbouring bars. Fantastic views on the 'other side' of the island and lovely pool area.

the room was spacious with a kitchenette, overlooking the pool. the breakfast was quite correct the staff very friendly and helpful and good advice the hotel is a bit away from the center but it has the advantage of being quiet

The hotel was designed with modern-traditional Santorini's architecture. It has good interior and exterior as well as beautiful scenery directly to the Aegean Sea. Staffs are friendly, kind, and have a good sense of humor. The owner Dimitri was the great! He provided us with useful information and return transport from central bus station - hotel on arrival and departure, So you don't have to worry how to carry your luggages. I wish to stay here for my next trip (Dimitri, please approves my booking)!

Very friendly owner Dimitri. Quiet location outside hustle and bustle of Fira. Ideal if you want to be close to Fira but still want peace and quiet place to stay. Pick up from port or airport provided. Beautiful seaview from balcony. Great value for money. Includes breakfast. Very good wifi network. Swimming pool . Good size studios. Overall great place to stay on smaller budget.

We liked everything but a few things could be improved on the following. Shower cubicle door was falling off. Equipment in kitchen slightly outdated. Water took a little while to heat up but not a real problem as you're in a hot country. Breakfast good but variety good be improved. Not ideal if you really want to stay in the heart of the action in Fira town.

Upon request the owner comes to pick you up for free at the airport even if you arrive, as we did, in the middle of the night. The owner is a very friendly and helpfull guy. The hotel is somewhat out of town but certainly at walking distance and the advantage is that there is plenty of parking space for a rented car.

Breakfast only starts at 08.30 which is rather late.

Clean, very relaxing and Quiet, however, only 2 minutes from the town center, polite and friendly people. Highly recommended!

The room is authentic in a native Cyclades style, comfortable and clean, with a very nice view. The hotel itself is quite far from the main street and bus stops, but a rented atv solved the problem - you'd need transportation anyway if you want to see the true Santorini!

we booked this studios because we reed the comments here, in fact it is much better! for a family with 3 children that stay at thea studios for 5 days it was excellent place. the breakfast was very good, the hotel was very calm and the room were very clean. the service at the studios was very attentive and helpful. thea studios are excellent vlue for the money !!!

The host Dimitri was welcoming and helpful. Our room (the 2nd because we were moved) opened onto the pool with a relieving, cool breeze and was more spacious than the 1st. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing after trekking through a very hot Santorini.

Location was too far away from the main area of Thira. It did view the distant coast side rather than the spectacular cliff views. Better instructions needed to be provided on how to get to the hotel. With luggage on a hot day and no idea of where to go we needed to catch a taxi even though it was only about a 20 min walk from the bus stop.
