Clearly the Kostas and Dmitri and the big draw here. They are very kind and helpful and go out of their way to assist you as described on the reviews. The rooms are very clean. There is definitely a pleasing aesthetic to the property.

We booked a room for 4 people and there wasn't one day that we could all take a hot functional shower (by Western standards); the shower unit kept breaking. We realized we had to really lower our expectations in this regard. We knew to rent a car but don't think the average family could possibly have any fun without their own transportation in this location. This property is best suited in my opinion for couples and not families.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a quiet location.We were collected from the airport and dropped off to the port! Absolutely delighted with the hospitality of Freddie and Costas.

It was a fair walk to the town through a bit of a difficult path. However, Freddie and Costas were very accomodating and dropped people off.

Excellent attention from staff, particularly Freddy.

Breakfast could have more options

The hotel was in beautiful place. The room was great and quiet. Decaration was greek style, white and simple. The staff was very helpfull. We saw only 2 men who did all the work. They were in reception and they made the breakfast and they did the cleaning and they took us to the ferry allso.

The continental breakfast was nescafe+bread and jam+cake+ oringe juice. Not what I expected.

We loved this hotel! First of all the staff was excellent (Freddy, thanx a lot!!!) The place where you'll be helped with all your questions and problems! Very romantic place with pretty swimming-pool with sea (and sunrise) view. Very cosy rooms, simple and containing everything necessary and more. Our room had bed on the second floor. That was cool, recommend to all young couples!

The stuff was very friendlly and very helpful!Costas and Dimitris have a lot of fun and made us feelling like home...The rooms was very clean.The hotel is in a good position peaceful and also only 10 minutes walk from fira. We would like to go there again.....

Staff were Fantastic. Not all spoke English but one who did, Pambos was always on hand to answer questions and relay info to other staff members.

The road leading to the hotel was not to a standard expected of such a tourist driven Island. Staff compensated by driving you into the centre, only 1 minute's drive, 15 walk. and a taxi back was only 5 euro.

Πολύ καλή η πισίνα.Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκετε κοντά στην πόλη των Φυρών περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.Πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό.

Νομίζω ότι χρειάζεται μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα και αλλαγή κουφωμάτων.Όταν φυσάει το καταλαβαίνεις αισθητά
