El trato del personal es increible, muy bueno. Te recogen en la ciudad y te llevan ellos mismos por la noche si quieres dar una vuelta por la ciudad (el hotel esta a 15 minutos andando del centro, y hay que ir por caminos un poco solitarios) además también te llevan al aeropuerto (que esta muy cerca, solo 10 minutos). Las instalaciones no son gran cosa, son bonitas por fuera pero las habitaciones son muy regulares para haber pagado casi 100 euros la noche, la piscina y las vistas estan bien. El precio, es muy caro para el tipo de habitación que ofrecen, que no está mal, pero no es para pagar 100 euros la noche. Aunque por la busqueda previa que hicimos de hoteles en Fira los precios suelen ser altos aunque los hoteles no sean de alta calidad. |

lo que mas me ha gustado del hotel ha sido el trato recibido por el personal. ha sido mas q excelente. cabe destacar a Costa que se porto especialmente bien con nosotros. tambien quiero hacer mencion del chico albanes, del que no recuerdo el nombre. |

No me ha gustado nada de nada, esta mal situado y mas que un hotel es una casa rural, nunca hay nadie en recepcion, el desayuno es muy muy malo y escaso y el ultimo dia quedamos a las 6 de la mañana para llevarnos al aeropuerto y nos dejaron tirados, tuvimos que buscarnos la vida para llegar al aeropuerto y casi persemos el avion. No contrateis este hotel por nada del MUNDO.........el servicio de transfer para ir al aeropuerto es mentira, quedamos en que nos llevarian a las 6 de la mañana y no aparecio nadie por el hotel, ademas en recepcion no habia nadie y tuvimos que buscarnos la vida .........muy muy muy malo........casi nos arruina el viaje de vuelta a España......no lo recomiendo a nadie....ademas esta situado en una zona de mucho aire y casi no se puede estar en la piscina. |

Los trabajadores del hotel, encantadores, simpaticos y siempre dispuestos a atenderte. Tuvimos un problema con el coche de alquiler y nos ayudaron mucho. La habitación era pequeña y los aparatos para cocinar eran muy excasos. Nos resulto imposible cocinar algo en condiciones. |

Clean room, nice pool, two guys who run the place are so nice. The pick up and drop off service from the airport was great. Breakfast was very simple but good, the fruit was nice. The price was really good! The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Fira. It's not a bad walk, but the road is very dark at night. |

Clearly the Kostas and Dmitri and the big draw here. They are very kind and helpful and go out of their way to assist you as described on the reviews. The rooms are very clean. There is definitely a pleasing aesthetic to the property. We booked a room for 4 people and there wasn't one day that we could all take a hot functional shower (by Western standards); the shower unit kept breaking. We realized we had to really lower our expectations in this regard. We knew to rent a car but don't think the average family could possibly have any fun without their own transportation in this location. This property is best suited in my opinion for couples and not families. |

Apartments were simple and nice. The location was convenient and it was just far enough away from the main town, Fira, to be very quiet. The pool was clean and relaxing. We appreciated the pick up from the port and drop off to the airport as well as the short rides to town. Yanni and Costas were very helpful and gracious. Most of all the people were very kind and helpful. The first night we stayed in a very small room with a steep ladder to the loft sleeping area. It was nice but may be hard on older folks to climb up. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a quiet location.We were collected from the airport and dropped off to the port! Absolutely delighted with the hospitality of Freddie and Costas. It was a fair walk to the town through a bit of a difficult path. However, Freddie and Costas were very accomodating and dropped people off. |

The stuff was great and ready to help in any occasion. The hotel was clean. Although it was 3 minutes by car from the city center, it was in a quiet location. Difficult to find. Call them to come and pick you up as they are really helpful! |

Nice pool and view of vineyards and the sea. Quiet and relaxing location. Friendly helpful staff. They offer to take you to and from Thira or the ferry by car, and organised a hire car for me. Rooms are all different, and my room, though very nice, was not like the pics i'd seen on the website. website mentioned a jacuzzi, but i didn't see one. |

The hotel was in beautiful place. The room was great and quiet. Decaration was greek style, white and simple. The staff was very helpfull. We saw only 2 men who did all the work. They were in reception and they made the breakfast and they did the cleaning and they took us to the ferry allso. The continental breakfast was nescafe+bread and jam+cake+ oringe juice. Not what I expected. |

We loved this hotel! First of all the staff was excellent (Freddy, thanx a lot!!!) The place where you'll be helped with all your questions and problems! Very romantic place with pretty swimming-pool with sea (and sunrise) view. Very cosy rooms, simple and containing everything necessary and more. Our room had bed on the second floor. That was cool, recommend to all young couples! Only one: breakfast was nice, but a little bit poor! |

What an enjoyable stay! The staff were very warm and welcoming.The place is immaculate and the rooms well decorated and larger than I expected, and was cleaned everyday!!.The pool was clean and sunbeds are great. the fact that it was a small family run hotel, and the service was very personal Location is a peacful 10 min away from fira. We highly recommend Thea Studios . Hope to return someday |
