no funciona la wifi y la myor parte del tiempo no hay nadie en recepción

We really enjoyed breakfast served in our room in the morning. I loved the fact that the Hotel stays open in the winter and they had the central heating on, since the nights we stayed there (we had to stay one more night on the island) was rainy and bit cold. The location is on the heart of Fira, by the cliffside with sunset views. I did not really like the fact that the balconies had old-warn out chairs, but they said they are ready for new one's for next summer. Nice, small and cosy B'nB, perect for a few days stay. Thank you Chris for your attendance and hospitality.

We had to wait for couple of hours to have shower one day since the city hall had to do maintainanca in some central water pipes. The hotel's back up system had only hot water running, so we had to wait for the cold water to balance.

Theoxenia hotel is located right in the heart of the fira city. It is amongst the restaurants and the hustle and bustle of the town can be felt all the time. The amazing caldera view from the terrace is spectacular. The breakfast that was served every morning was amazing as well. The hotel offers all that is needed and offers great value. Although, the hotel does not have a pool, but you can use its sister hotel, Aressana, for this purpose. The pool at Aressana is quite fascinating and very relaxing. The accessibility to all the shops and the bus station, as well as the taxi station, was crucial to us, as is to any vacation. For that Theoxenia offers the best. The bus station is 2 minutes away as well as the taxi stand.

The reception is not 24 hours and at times you have to wait a little to speak to the staff. Usually that is not needed as the rooms have everything that you need.

O Hotel fica no centro de Fira. Como tinhamos voo muito a noite foi permitido que nossa bagagem ficasse no hotel Aressana, e que tomassemos um banho antes da viagem.

A reserva foi confirmada pela internet mas quando cheguei no hotel tinham hospedado outros. Me foi oferecido um quarto sem a vista reservada. No dia seguinte me transferiram para o quarto solicitado, o qual não correspondia a vista da internet. Tem uma ruela antes da caldeira. O banheiro tinha fita crepe para tampar a sujeira da banheira. Não vale o preço do quarto superior. Tem que subir muitas escadas com malas. Sem elevador.A relação custo beneficio não vale a pena.
