Wonderful, carefully designed room. Very clean and fully equiped! Perfect location for access to Attica's northern suburbs (business and/or pleasure) No free Wi-fi access, I think it's unbelievable for such a classy hotel.

The location is just great (if you want to have a quite place in a green area in Athens, still close to cafés and restaurants, far from the touristic crowds) and so is the comfort of the room! Breakfast buffet also very good. Staff was friendly and competent. I knew that not everything was available in the same building (you could have the breakfast in the room, but we prefered to walk until the "big sister" hotel Theoxenia Palace.

We loved the premises, breakfast, bathroom accessories etc. We appreciated the late check out We used the hotel on our wedding night. Although a family member was there in the afternoon, the concierge asked and insisted for credit card details etc at 3am, when we arrived (a simple ID and the promised for a later delivery were not enough). We were not pleased....

Very quiet. Staff is very helpful and professional. No room service or facilities of any kind on location. Just a room. Room service is brought from a nearby sister hotel. Parking is Greek-style (non-existent) and parking garage awkward and not suitable to anything larger than a Smart.

μείναμε ιδιαίτερα ικανοποιημένοι από αυτή την πρώτη μας διαμονή και σίγουρα, με την πρώτη ευκαιρία, θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε το ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ καλό και το πρωινό με ιδιαίτερη μνεία στην φρεσκάδα και νοστιμιά των viennoiseries και του ψωμιού, και ο χυμός ήταν επίσης φρεσκότατος. Μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην κυρία Γεωργούλα (τμήμα κρατήσεων) για την γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση καθώς και στην νεαρή κυρία της υποδοχής (πρωινή βάρδια) που δεν συγκράτησα το όνομά της. προτασεισ-βελτιωσεισ/ 1. Να γίνει αλλαγή στο πολύ φθαρμένο χαλάκι της κεντρικής εισόδου του ξενοδοχείου 2. Μιά μικρή ανακαίνηση ίσως της υποδοχής κάποια στιγμή 3. Καθυστέρηση 20 λεπτών της παράδοσης πρωινού από Room-service την Κυριακή 02/10/2011 4. Βελτίωση των κουρτινών (σιδηρόδρομος) γιατί κολάνε και δεν κλείνουν εύκολα 5. Προτείνω επίσης τα fruit basket (complimentary ή μη) να τοποθετούνται σε καλαθάκια και όχι "ξερά" πάνω σε ένα πιάτο για καλύτερο οπτικό αποτέλεσμα και εικόνα συνοχής με το prestige του ξενοδοχείου. Επίσης, συνήθως το complimentary fruit basket τοποθετείται πριν την άφιξη του πελάτη και όχι μετά, όπως συνέβη με μας. 6. Τέλος, θα πρότεινα για όλους τους νέους πελάτες που δοκιμάζουν το ξενοδοχείο (ανεξάρτητα από την πηγή προέλευσης της κράτησής τους) να υπάρχει και μια καρτούλα με μήνυμα υποδοχής από General Manager ή Rooms Division Manager ή έστω Front Desk Manager. Ευχαριστώ,

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και καθαρό θεωρώ οτι είναι απαράδεκτο να μην υπάρχει πρωινό στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου όπως και πισίνα και να πρέπει να μετακινείσαι στο κεντρικό κτίριο που απείχε αρκετά από το ξενοδοχείο

1) πρωινό - απαράδεκτο για σουίτα ξενοδοχείου!!! ζήτησα english breakfast και μου στείλανε φακελάκι με τσάι english breakfast!!! 2) Δωμάτιο δίπλα σε δρόμο με πολύ θόρυβο. Γίνεται την σημερινή εποχή να κλείνεις σουίτα και να ξυπνάς από τον θόρυβο των αυτοκινήτων???Θέλει σοβαρή ηχομόνωση ή αλλαγή θέσης της. 3) Μοκέτα σουίτας απαράδεκτη!!! Στο σπίτι μας δεν θα είχουμε τόσο φθαρμένη μοκέτα γιατί σε μια σουίτα?

Petite annexe (moins de 10 chambres) d'un hôtel de prestige, offrant, du moins dans la suite de luxe, un véritable petit appartement élégamment décoré, avec joli bureau, salle de bain impeccable avec wc séparés, et lit très confortable. Le tout pour un prix vraiment raisonnable. Un parking souterrain accessible par un ascenseur à voiture est mis gratuitement à la disposition des clients. Le petit déjeuner, d'excellent qualité, est servi dans l'autre bâtiment de l'hôtel. Il faut sortir de l'hôtel pour accéder au bâtiment principal où a lieu le petit déjeuner, mais ledit bâtiment est à deux pas...
