The room was clean, it has all the neccessities and the design of the hotel is very nice. the owner of the hotel gave us a dvd of santorini as a present which I think is a very nice gesture. we came there at low season so most of the restaurants were closed, no restaurant in the hotel..the poolside bar was closed all the time..it was very dark at night and since there was nothing there during the low season we found it very hard to find even food and other activities.we had to take 35 minutes ride with a bus to the city center although there is a very close bus stop nearby. No proper documentation of customer request. I made a reservation for airport shuttle over the internet and when I arrived they did not even check for the email records. I had to explain and reconfirm to 4 different staffs about it but finally it ended up OK. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable, including a fridge and tv. The pool area was lovely and peaceful and the breakfast room was nice. The pool bar wasnt open, not sure if this was due to it being at the end of the season or not but it would of been good if it had been open. Also the location is on the edge Perissa so there was about a ten minute walk to the beach and main bars/restaurants, however the hotel staff have transport to take people to the beach etc if its requested. |

Cleanliness, comfortable sun loungers and large pool towels Staff were scarce and surly. Rooms small even though we had a superior room. Shower ridiculously tiny(suitable for small dwarf).Also good 10 minute walk to the beach.Pool bar open but never anyone to serve people. |

The hotel arranged transport wherever we would like to go, and always made excelent recomendations for things to do, restaurants of local quality and even high end locations.The manager is everywhere and always availiable if needed! He will even open the poolbar on request, or arrange rentalcars or boattrips.This was like having a private guide to the island. Kids had a great time in the poolarea, and when going to the beach we had sunbeds and fresh towels free of charge from the hotel, at their special area on the beach.This area also connected with the local restaurant for refrehments if needed. Be aware that all hotels in the area are away from the beach, this is a very nice hotel, and the walk is 10 min to the beach. |

So many unreasonable charges by this hotel. Location of hotel is not easy to access some places else while hotel will only take you to their own restaurant, other places will charge 40 euro for a round trip. Even the local tour, we found out the hotel mark up over 60%. Besides, we originally booked a triple room but the hotel staff cannot provide upon our arrival and offerred two rooms instead. Honestly handling customer's request is important. |

The hotel is brand new and its installations are amazing! Sea view from the balcony of our very large and extremely clean room. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast and airport shuttle included in the price of the room. |

Rodzinna, sympatyczna atmosfera, kameralność. Pokoje bardzo dokładnie sprzątane. W pokojach są nawet szlafroki. Ręczniki i leżaki na basenie bezpłatne oraz tak samo na plaży. Personel hotelu bardzo pomocny. Ujemną stroną jest lokalizacja - ok. 1 km. od sklepów i ok. 500 m od plaży. Hotel oferuje możliwość bezpłatnego transprtu na plażę w dowolnych porach. |

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati molto bene... i gestori gentilissimi, e le camere milto carine.. con la possibilità di usare la sauna l'idro massaggio e la piscina... A pochi metri dal mare... posizione molto comoda! Il bagno troppo piccolo soprattutto la doccia... |

O facto de estar a 5m de carro, de uma das mais bonitas e diferentes praias de Santorini e de fácil acesso a todos os locais das ilha (de carro, entenda-se). A arrogância do recepcionista (dono?) do hotel que, por um equivoco que ele próprio criou, nos deixou sem transfer e quando chegamos ao hotel, após 4h do que era suposto (alugámos um carro um dia mais cedo do que era suposto) ainda nos disse que o engano foi nosso. Após uma conversa num tom nada normal para uma pessoa que está a receber hóspedes, e ter verificado nos emails que o erro era dele, pediu desculpa e ofereceu vinho, fruta e um bolo de aniversário que eu tinha encomendado. Uma coisa estranha neste hotel é o facto de, quando os hospedes saem, têm de deixar as chave no balcão da recepção, que não tem ninguém, e quando regressam as chaves estão no mesmo sitio junto a todas as outras...As casas de banho são lilliputianas!!!! |

Se nos inundó el baño y el agua llegaba hasta las camas. Nos quejamos el primer día y solicitamos el canvio de habitación pero no nos canviaron y tampoco solucionaron el problema. Te cobran el desplazamiento del avión al hotel. |

Rien environnement nul pas de vue comme c'est marquer ds le site pas de cahmbre triple !!! Faites tres attention!! Vous payer 2 chambres et il ne vous en donne qu'un de deux lits avec un lit supplementaire!!! Ma fille qui a 15 ans pouvait a peine dormir dedans ils n'ont pas de chambres a 3 lits ,comme j'ai reagie ils ont finalement donner une chambre seule a ma fille ,je ne vous conselle pas cet hotel il est loin de tout et l'environnement est trsite?pour aller à la plage compter 25 mn§§ des bus esulement toutes les delmi here pour aller a thera . pas de jardin voila rien de terrible sauf la piscine qui est neuve |

L'hôtel semble tout nouveau et est parfaitement entretenu. La piscine est grande. Situé assez loin de la plage, il y a une navette qui nous conduit à une plage privée, ou sont distribué gratuitement des serviettes de bain. Les chambres sont minuscules. Impossible de prendre une douche tellement la douche est étroite ! Ne pas prendre les chambres en façe du bar et de la piscine : impossible de dormir à cause du bruit. Le patron est très stressant, ce qui ne donne pas forcément envie de retourner dans cet hôtel. |
