The staff members are very present and location of hotel is superb. Also, we read that some complain on the beach - I as well my family members did not find anything wrong with it - good beach!!!!

Thalasso and Wellness Spa (the reason for our visit) is fantastic!clean, well organised and relaxing premises, extremely friendly and efficient staff. We also booked for massage treatment, which was great!hotel rooms surely need some renovation, but were clean. Breakfast was rich, buffet- dinner was just ok,a bit pricey for a rather limited choice.

The hotel is good value for money, but definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean, but need refurbishing; the landscaping is okay, but nothing fancy; the pool is fine but too small for the number of guests; breakfast is good but not enough people are helping out to clean away the used plates and utensils; the beach is really small. We wouldn't mind recommending the hotel, but we wouldn't pretend it is more than it is.

At all the hotel the passage carpet is for changing,people just do it ! I don't believed that you need such a lot of money.Someone may to fall down and beated. Also the passage carpet and the restorant carpet is whith oily spot everywhere when you turn your head,this is abomination ! At the room smells similarly sewerage. Internet from the room is awful and at the restorant also

Excellent hotel, beautiful outside and inside swimming pool, spa and fitness center. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The staff is very friendly and professional job. Air conditioning works perfectly in all hotel. I recommend this hotel from the heart.

On the beach could be more attention and could be nicer

A very nice hotel,with an echilibrated price/quality ratio,offers comfortable rooms by the sea,with spa and swiming pools amoung the other facilities.Friendly stuff,an excellent continental breakfast and the most efficient air conditioning that i have ever expierienced in a hotel room with 38C outside temperature.!

Others said it before me! The carpets are old and need a change with new colorfull ones!Spicy prices in the mini bar!

The spa facilities they were good. Also I must say the same for the breakfast which it was very rich and the fresh orange juice was a nice surprise.

Must say the outside swimming poll it was a bad surprise. Full with children very noisy and without control of their parents. Also the swimming poll was accessible for people outside of the hotel in turn to a small fee. This made the open swimming poll full with people did not respect the others’ comfort. A second bad surprise it was that the close small beach that they advertise in the booking presentation it was not existent. In place of this we found a decay and sloppy beach were you even couldn’t walk.

Breakfast was OK. Parking is free and easy. We had a connected room. Quality of the room was acceptable.

AC was not working in the room it was too hot to sleep.
