The professionalism of the staff, the setting of the hotel and the view from the roo (seaside), the quite impressive lobby. The carpets in the rooms were, for some reason, rumpled in places. Also, access to pay-TV should be one flat rate for all films available and not separate prices for each film. |

Site excellent. Good facilities in general. Tea/Coffee making facilities should be available in the rooms.Tatty looking carpet on way to rooms gives a very bad impression for a supposedly 5 star hotel. |

Good site, and facilities Tea/Coffee making facilities needed in the room. No bath plug and in spite of reporting it to reception, nothing happened. Carpets throughout gave a very bad impression for a 5 star hotel. Carpet in room had 4 bad tears in it - potentially dangerous. |

almost everything In a hotel like this one where there is a private beach and two swimming pools, one for the adults and one for the children, it is really a pity that tha adults can not take advantage of the pool, since it is occupied the whole time by children who play and dive loudly! Of course this is not the children's fault, but propably the parents' who park their children there. |

Sea view was pretty good.The price that we got from this site was great, considering that Greece is one of the most expensive countries in the world. We were expecting a bigger room, for a 5 star hotel. |

De ligging, sommige kamers frontaal zeezicht, uitstekend ontbijt. mooi zwembad dat helaas maar op 1 juni opengesteld werdt Geen 5 sterren maar 4 sterren hotel, de badkamer met douchedoek ietwat verouderd |

φανηκαμε τυχεροι γιατι μασ κρατησαν σουιτεσ στην τιμη των απλων δωματιων λογω πληροτητασ νομιζουμε οτι σε ολουσ τουσ τομεισ και σε γενικα πλαισια το ξενοδοχειο ειναι αριστο οσον αφορα τισ σουιτεσ και τισ υπηρεσιεσ (θα μπορουσε να γινεται συχνα να μασ κλεινετε στην τιμη δωματιου σουιτα?) |
