As to be at home. Madame Irini is a fantastic lady always thinking for the good of travellers
Perfect location near the centre of town and harbour but quiet. Great and very friendly owner Irini, She gave all needed and useful information, what to visit, were is best food and were is best beaches in all Kos island. She welcomed us with coffee and her homemade traditional greek cake. Room was clean with balcony. Kitchen had enough cooking facilities, refrigerator.
Perfect location, close to the harbour in a friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Everything on walking distance. Host was friendly and helpful.
Facilities of the room were very basic and out of date, could easily be 30 years old. Bed was hard and bathroom very basic.
The house is very close from the harbor, and the owner is nice,... however...
according to our booking we were supposed to have a apartment with 5 sleep possibility, a little kitchen and a 35 square meter terrasse. in fact we had a room at the 2nd floor with a kind of sink and a fridge no possibility to prepare the simplest food), the terrasse was 80cmx1m, and and a second room for the children in the apartment of the owner at the ground floor. On top of that, the future client of the room knocked at the door at 08:00 am to see if the room was already available... it was quite a surprise. The nice owner explained us that she wants to please everybody (and that it was quite difficult) and asked us when we were to leave, in order for the poor nest client to be able to rest in the room because they travelled at night.... good luck for the next customers!!!!
The location of the hostel is very close to main attractions in Kos town..It's an old Greek house and the owner lady (Erini) was so cheerful and helpful about everything..The price was very economic for this location
We stayed in the family room it was good for us, especially the garden.. but it's nothing luxery and the wooden beds are noisy making creaks during night. If you're interested in 'modern' and stylish rooms you should remember that this is an old original Greek house
Price, Clean, Friendly Landlord
Clean Helpfull and sweet owner. Location is quite good. It has a private patio and you can enjoy sitting there at night time with your friends. Very good air condition.
I had paid 75 euros which is expensive for what you get. Pictures are a bit deceptive. As the room named 2 bedroom apartment, the price arranged accordingly.. There was no shower. I mean there was a sprinkler but you have to take your shower by sitting on a toilet. If you have a low budget and a group of 1 couple and 2 single friends, by sharing the cost this place is good for you. Place only accepts cash.
Nice location for travellers. You can walk easily to city center. Hotel owner lady is very helpful.
If you take doubleroom apartment you get 1) quiet place 100m from the harbour 2) Great shady backyard under lemon tree 3) sweet dreams having window open (no need to start AC!) Mrs Irene is very nice and she will tell you the rest.
Equipment a bit out-of-date.
close enough to the port the owner is nice.. at least
0 informations about he ferries! The pictures show a completely different room good just for one night
look for real pictures of this hotel on the internet. these pictures are scam. hotel is not clean ! beds not comfortable, shower horrible. curtains are short, when you take a shower bathroom becomes a pool and more dirt is everywhere.
If you are looking for a real greek home experience it is the best place you can find. Owner Madame Eirini was always helpful and friendly so much during our visit and showed her greek welcome. Location is perfect, it is at the center but quiet. We have stayed both at family room and normal rooms. Rooms were clean and each had their own balconies. Kitchen had enough cooking facilities if you are going to cook. Family room's garden-balcony was pretty cool for relaxing. We had a great time and enjoyed a lot here with Madame Eirini's welcome.
Price Location Atmosphere Free coffee and cake
This is a really great place in the middle of Kos City with a very reasonable price! Plus the host is extraordinary hearty!
Perfect location very near the centre of town and harbour but quiet and cute. Basic but value for money accomodation with great owner Irini who will do her upmost to make your stay fantastic. She loves to welcome her guests to her traditional Greek style kitchen and make you coffee and offer you her homemade traditional greek cake and sweets. The rooms are basic but large and clean, cheap with cooking facilities and kettle and an all important balcony. For a true greek experience on a lovely island stay at To Spiti Tis Irinis. Kos Town offers many great restaurants and the beach is nice too. Hire bicycles or a jeep to get around the island. Great fun!
nothing. had one of the best and most fun holidays ever. Have been to many Greek islands before.
The host was very friendly accommodating. She allowed us to check in early when our ferry arrived at 6am in the morning. She also invited us for tea and told us some of her life stories, which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The apartment was centrally located in Kos town and within walking distance of all the attractions. Overall it was a great experience, thanks to Eirina.
It was cheap and quiet. Lots of hot water as we were the only people staying there. The neighbour was very kind and helpful
Owner away, not very clean and the cooking utensils were inadequate
