Too much heating!!!!! No sleep without open window = noise.

I booked a room at the hotel because of the attractive price in comparison to other 4 star hotels in Thessaloniki. However this is not a 4 star hotel by any means. The hotel staff did not appear to be very enthusiastic and professional about their work and staff at reception were borderline rude.

The hotel is good. The area is relatively close to the center. The rooms are comfortable.

The maintenance should be more offen

No tourist information at reception re tourist tours of surrounding area.

The Davitel-Tobacco Hotel is a comfortable and nicely designed place to stay in the business area of Thessaloniki. The rooms are sizeable and comfortable and it is a reasonable walk to the main shopping streets. The staff is ready and willing to answer all questions and give directions.

The hotel's location is a bit too far from the seaside area of Thessaloniki. This might result in a lengthy walk for tourists to some of the most visited sites and most frequented restaurants.

The hotel is good.

The cleaning ladies were not so careful, forgot to add soap and shampoo on the second day of stay; the guy at the reception was not helpful at all; the breakfast is quite simple - better get a room without breakfast

Clean bathroom. Big room. Helpful staff. Well situated in town.

The floor was a bit dirty in the room

Good value, quiet, helpful staff

The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable but I was disappointed by the poor customer service. In a hotel with four stars you expect to be treated with some respect and do not want to feel as if you were bothering them with your questions or reguests.

Lack of confort. Terrible mattress. Not very clean. Definitely not 4 stars

άνετο δωμάτιο και μπάνιο με κανονική μπανιέρα. μεγάλο, άνετο υπέρ διπλό κρεβάτι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση.

δυσκολία εύρεσης παρκινγκ κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο. ο πρωινός μπουφές θα μπορούσε να είχε λίγο περισσότερες επιλογές.

έλλειψη καλή ηχομόνωσης από το εξωτερικό περιβάλλον. μεγάλη απόσταση από το Parking (5'-10' με τα πόδια).
