The hotel is in a prime location, just a few blocks away from the main town. The staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as we checked in.
Driving in Mykonos can be a little harsh so askt he hotel to set you up with a private transfer. The driver was very easy on the gas and didn't whip around the turns like the other locals were doing.
The hotel is small but has a very homey feel to is, which we liked. the dining area is stunning! Something out of a South Hamptons Magazine.
The rooms are clean and quaint, a little on the small size but we opted for the basic room. I could imagine the suites to be much bigger.
The views from the hotel can not be beat. They have a bunch of lounge chairs and beds which was great during the day when you wanted to kick back and relax. With a bar a few steps away, you feel like there is no reason to leave. Oh and a true infinity pool. It was blissful.
We ate at the restaurant the first night we were there and reserved the Sunset Table. It was definitely worth it. The table is in a secluded spot, overlooking the pool, and has direct view of the sunset. The food was great as well!
The staff was so nice and brought us a glass of champagne when they found out it was our honeymoon.
Breakfast during the morning consisted of local cuisine. This was a great way to learn about the culture and the types of foods the locals ate. We had things such as greek pies, phyllo wrapped veggies, eggs with meats and cheese, rice puddings, breads and the coffee was delish!
Altogether, I would reocmmend this place to anyone who wants a top tier hotel at a minimal price compared to other 4 and 5 star hotels they offer in Mykonos, you can't beat this price.
