Room decor, lifts, channels on tv's

the cleaning lady was very assisting with the trouble in the room. She called the guy to repair the aircondition. The A/C though was soooo old, that it didnt provide cooling effect. Shower is old fushioned but large enough.

The aircondition machines are veeeery old and do not work property. it made a lot of noise and did not cool the room. (516). i then opened the window. Again it was very noisy and the room was full with mosquitos. Wouldnt recommend this place for the summer. TV was very small. Matress was soft.

Excellent breakfast buffet!!! Nice, big welcome area, proximity to the city's centre and the railway station.

Friendly staff, decent location, very good breakfast. Room size was above average, clean and comfy. Good value for money, good overnight sleep, very good overall impression.

The area might be an issue, since it is some sort of China town, and the main road is partly closed due to ongoing works for the subway. This problem affects most hotels in the area. Very close to the train station, within walking distance to city center.

A most helpful manager who provided excellent service. A wonderful variety in the breakfast buffet. Ideal situation for travelling from the railway station.

Good value for the money. Underground secure parking. At check-in, the front desk clerk realized the room prepared for us was the wrong configuration, and offered complimentary drinks while we waited about 20 minutes for hotel staff to clean/prepare the requested room type. Excellent breakfast included in the price of our room.

We were provided log-on information for the free WiFi, but were never able to get a connection (tried both the lobby and our room several different times with two different devices).

The location is convenient for the railway station, and the town centre is within walking distance. The staff are helpful. The breakfast is substantial. There are no-smoking floors (not to be taken for granted in Greece). The prices are good value. I stayed at this hotel last year as well, so I liked it well enough to come back.

Despite having no-smoking floors, cigarette smoke was noticeable on some evenings. I am not sure it is always carefully enforced. On one of my four nights, I was disturbed by noisy beighbours, the walls being a bit thin. But in general, the hotel is fine, and I would go back.

The train station is almost across the street and the bus to the airport stops practically at the door. Spacious rooms and excellent varied breakfast. Ladadica (where many bars and restaurants are located) is a short walk away.

At the moment the metro is being constucted and the street in front of the hotel is opened up.

Near the busstation to the Airport and the central bus station (line 78). Not far fro the city center. Excellent value for money.

There are many public works for the moment because of the construction of the new metro/underground of the city. But in the future this will become one of the major advantages of the hotel.

We liked that it was located in the center of Thessaloniki it is really 10 min from the center. The breakfast is also very good. The stuff was very good too. The bathroom was very clean. It is good for the money but to stay 1 2 days max.

The lift is very small. The friend we was with was claustrophobic and the size of the lift was too small for her so she had to take the stairs for 8 floors. We had booked an apartment and actually it was a room with 4 beds one next to another and they weren't comfortable. The parking lots are only 19.

The location and the parking right under the hotel, very safe because locked by a large door. The 10 euros/day are worth the expense. I appreciated that they gave us a room on the side, far away from the traffic noise, as requested when I made the reservation (still, occasionally, we could hear some noise).

Very small elevators. The double bed was a little bit small (140 cm width) and too hard. Water was coming out from below the shower floor. The walls were thin and you could here the people talking in the next room.

Very nice breakfast, small restaurant, must wait for seat...
