This hotel is great. The owner is very friendly. The rooms are beautiful, furnished a bit dated but very cosy with a skihotel feel. Clean and comfortable bathroom. Lovely breakfast.

The hotel is very well located in the middle of the mountains, a little bit outside of the town. We enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony, the swimming pool but most of all we very much appreciated the warm welcome we received from Tassos who tought us a bit of Aromanian (the language widely spoken in Metsovo and in other regions). This is what makes travelling interesting.

οι ιδιοκτητεσ ηταν παρα πολυ εξυπηρετικοι , ευγενικοι , χαμογελαστοι.σε οτι πληροφορια ζητησαμε ηταν ενημερωμενοι και μασ βοηθησαν με το παραπανω. στα συν ειναι και η δωρεαν χρηση σαουνα και τζακουζι. πλουσιο πρωινο για τα αστερια του με τοπικα και χειροποιητηα προιοντα(τραχανασ ζεστοσ, σπιτικεσ μαρμελαδεσ).

η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοδοχείου είναι απο τις πλέον κατάλληλες γιατί συνδιάζει την εξοχή την ηρεμία την θέα και παράλληλα είναι κοντά στο κέντρο.το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα γελαστό και πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει.πάρα πολύ καλό το τζακούζι και το υδρομασάζ το οποίο προσφερόταν δωρεάν.πολύ καλό το πρωινό στο οποίο δοκιμάσαμε και σπιτικό τραχανά.ανετα και κλασικά τα δωμάτια. θα προτιμούσαμε περισσότερα τοπικά τυριά στο πρωινό.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με εξίσου υπέροχα δωμάτια,φιλόξενο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.Ιδανική τοποθεσία με θέα τα επιβλητικά,πυκνά χιονισμένα βουνά της Πίνδου.Προσανατολισμένο στις χειμερινές διακοπές και όχι μόνο καθώς η πανέμορφη πισίνα του σε προσελκύει και για καλοκαιρινές εξορμήσεις. Αρκετή φασαρία τις πρωινές ώρες από άλλους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου(μεμονωμένο συμβάν) οπου δεν υπάρχει ηχομόνωση

Erittäin ystävällinen ja ihana henkilökunta sekä hyvä palvelu. Huoneissa siistit ja tyylikkäät kylpyhuoneet. Uima-altaalta ja huoneista kauniit näkymät kylään. Sopii oikein hyvin lapsiperheelle, altaassakin matala osa pienemmille. Poreamme rentoutti vielä mukavasti uinnin päälle. Viihdyimme hyvin.

Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Hotellet er godt placeret I udkanten af byen, roligt og med en smuk udsigt . Det ligger med gå afstand til gode spisesteder. Poolen er velfungerende.

το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και άκρως εξυπηρετικό. η πρόσβαση στο ξενοδοχείο με το αυτοκίνητο ήταν εύκολη. επίσης εύκολα βρίσκεσαι και στο κέντρο του μετσόβου (πέντε λεπτά πεζός). στα δωμάτια δεν είχε internet. υπήρχε κάποια φασαρία (όχι ιδιαίτερα ενοχλητική ), από τους εξωτερικούς επισκέπτες της πισίνας.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά, που το επισκεπτόμαστε και δεν το αλλάζουμε, διότι έχει καταπληκτικούς ανθρώπους, που σε κάνουν να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου..τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα και παραδοσιακά, όπως και όλο το ξενοδοχείο..το πρωινό καταπληκτικό!! το συνιστούμε σε όλους!

Everything was absolutly perfect, It was really cheap for what we actually got! A really comfy and cosy room! It had everything a real 3 star hotel has. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

η εξήπηρετηση ηταν αψογη και το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο φιλοξενο και κοινονικο. καποια ασημαντα πραγματα που θελω να επισημανω ειναι οτι πρεπει να υπαρχουν πετσετες στα δωματια και για τζακουζι και για μπανιο και προσωπου για το καθε ατομο την ημερα.
