Great staff. Location near the center of the city. A/C and WiFi works perfectly. Clean bathroom and bed sheets most importantly
we didn't have any problems with the location (bad name), maybe because of the holiday season, bad staff reassured us that not much is going on. you have to be careful in Athens in general though. apart from that, nothing negative.
Central position (you can reach the Acropolis on foot, near metro station), staff very kind and always giving advices about the city, good for the price
The area is not so good even though it is convenient, but it's safe if you avoid little roads at night
Great staff, they really helped when you had questions.
It was good for low budget visitors you need it only to sleep you can spend your time rounding in Athens
Breakfast was not available
Good hotel for low cost travelers
Private parking near hotel - 10 meters Nice staff Very good and safe location Value for money
Price of private parking 25e for 2 days 2 elevators but too small
I stayed for just one night, but location is good - very central. The staff was very polite, room was clean with a small balcony.
It is reasonably close to the main attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and reasonable size.
At night the location close to the hotel has a number of dodgy people lurking by restaurants hasling customers. Don't eat out late in the immediate area. It is fine during the day .
We were a bit worried about the location, because we have read that it coud be a dangerous area, but we had at no time an unsafe feeling. However, it is certainly not the best area.
That was a perfect place for what i wanted : I am student, i had to stay one weekend in Athenes and that was great. Great Staff, clean room, the hotel is close to the center.
The staff was very friendly. The room was semi-modern. Location not horrible, could walk to most tourist locations
The toilet didn't flush, we had a view of a brick wall, overall kind of creepy and dirty. Seemed high price for what it was.
Ο κύριος στη reception πολύ φιλικός.Διπλα απο το σταθμο στην Ομόνια,υπολογιστής στο loby,κ ανετο-καθαρό δωμάτιο,μια χαρά για την τιμή προσφοράς που πήραμε
-balcony -AC -close to metro -walking distance to old city centre
-could be noisy during the week as it is right next to a busy street
Too close from metro 1 min walk , 10 min from Monastriki square , Plaka, parlement , quite location , but very nosy in early morning everybody is going to acropolise
Good location, great staff ready for sharing informations
Kind of smell in the bathroom
the location is good!
4 floor, wifi isn't good
The staff were very welcoming and very useful about information around the town. Air conditioning worked great and was well needed after a day of sightseeing. The acropolis is a short 10 minute walk away and the train station is only about 2 blocks away. Room was basic but was a great value for the price.
Neighborhood was very sketchy. To avoid this sketchiness and be close to the acropolis you'll need to stay at Plaka but that comes with a price. We walked to Vienna Hotel twice late at night and never ran into any problems.
- it was very clean, as they were changing the sheets and towels often - air conditioning worked nice - the staff was friendly and helpfull, especially the one speaking romanian - good location, only 1 metro station to centre, and the area is not as shady as it used to be
- kind of old furniture and the whole look was old fashioned - does not have a dryer on the balcony - very basic breakfast, although fresh
the hotel staff are really kind and excellent. good value for money.
a lot of people said that around that area is not safe especially at night. but one must be careful then.
-Its an good location: is possible to go to main touristic points walking about 15 minutes; 1 quarter to subway Omnia station. -the staff was really kind and helpful. -there is an terrace wt a great view to the city and to acropolis. -the room was clean and comfortable
-the hotel neighborhood is the poorest in the Athens downtown. Its ugly and dirty and wt a lot of homeless people. -the wifi didn't works in our room. I had to go to reception every night. I saw the staff trying to fix that, but they were unable to solve it during out time there. -the breakfast is REALLY simple. We were still hungry even after it. - the terrace it's abandoned and wt a lot of rubbish despite the great view. They could have a restaurant or a coffe shop there.
good location - close to Monastereki and Akropolis Value for money - if you stay in it just to sleep
Very helpful staff.
I liked the location. Near the metro, you can also walk to visit the most important objectives.
The noise was incredible - from the street and from the other rooms - doors and bathroom. The rooms quite small and with a smell of old.
Close to Omonia metro stop. Area busy at daytime, not busy after shops close. People walking at night and we felt safe on main streets at night. Staff friendly, room was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean and towels fine. Plenty of hot water and small flat screen tv in room, also small fridge in room to keep drinks cold. Small lift but no problem. Luggage storage was free on day of departure. Value for money. We had quiet room we asked for on 9th story with balcony, little street noise. And no smoking room.
Small half size tub for the shower with built in sitting step, would be harder for seniors or elderly to use safely maybe.
