Que el personal del hotel (una chica y su madre) se preocupó por intentar enmendar los errores que habia cometido. Lo mejor sus huespedes, muchas gracias por ayudarnos a un chico australiano y a una chica italiana que no nos dejaron solos ante las puertas cerradas del hotel. Gracias de verdad. No creo que sea serio cerrar la recepción sin avisar que lo hacian ni a que hora y dejar una nota para recibirnos con el número de la habitación y se supone que las llaves (aunque era casi imposible encontrar ni una ni otras). El hotel no acepta tarjeta de credito(nadie nunca lo avisó tampoco) Si no quereis que os cobren 18 euros de comisiones llevar efectivo o mejor no vayais. El desayuno muy pobre, cafe malisimo pan y cake no están mal.

Posizione tranquilla, se hai quad o motorino ti sposti in tranquillità dappertutto e c'è spazio per parcheggiare. Stanze con ingressi indipendenti che danno direttamente sulla strada quindi quasi come avere un miniappartamento a disposizione. Se sei a piedi raggiungi il centro di Fira in 5/10min unica pecca che la strada dall'hotel verso Fira è in salita. Staff famigliare e cordiale, disponibili per trasporto da e verso aereoporto con mezzi propri senza alcun supplemento di prezzo. Consigliato La connessione wifi non prende in tutte le stanze quindi per usarla bisogna andare nei pressi della reception. Sarebbe stato comodo averla in stanza, consiglio allo staff dell hotel di potenziare il servizio con un secondo access point.

El hotel esta super bien, muy limpio, el personal super amable y te trasladan hasta y desde el puerto. Lo malo, que no te lo indican en ningun sitio de la reserva! Que las coordenadas de la ubicacion son incorrectas y no pudimos llegar por nuestra cuenta ni con la ayuda del gps. Y la direccion no existe.
