“ Very friendly people, excellent location, quiet and private. In the nearby city (Nikitti - 2 km) you can find shops ( supermarkets) and nice restaurants on the beach. For sure if will come again in Grecee will stay at this location. ”

Surrounded by pine trees and olive groves, Villa Askamnia includes a swimming pool and a fitness room, just 100 metres from Askamnia beach. Its rooms offer a kitchen and free Wi-Fi access. Lot of space and possibilities to relax and enjoy not only at the see, but near the pool as well. Rooms are clean, sheets are changing regulary, if there is need they will do it more often, on their own initiative, which is rare especially in Greece. Quiet surraundings, and lot of pine trees that makes you feel realy relaxed. Parking lots within tne villa are under video survailence as all the villa garden, which gives you impression that ther is no reson to warried for your belongings at all.

Breakfeast. The garden of the hotel. The room needs to be renovated. There is almost no space in the rooms due to furniture. It is was too expensive for the comfort that is offered.

Family is very correct. It is easy to understand with them because they know several languages. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is suitable as a beach nearby, but the disadvantage that it is unregulated. But with your own transport is easy to reach the beautiful beaches in the area. Advantage is also a villa outside urban areas and so has necessary peace and quiet. Perfect place for vacation.

Very friendly people, excellent location, quiet and private. In the nearby city (Nikitti - 2 km) you can find shops ( supermarkets) and nice restaurants on the beach. For sure if will come again in Grecee will stay at this location. The beach in the nearby is a little wild with some rocks in the water, but if you travel by car the people from Villa Askamnia will recomend to you other nice places with sand and clear water.

Το οικόπεδο μέσα στο οποίο βρίσκονται τα δωμάτια είναι τεράστιο με απεριόριστες δυνατότητες. Είχε πάρα πολλά κουνούπια

Ωραίος κήπος, παιδική χαρά, πισίνα, ησυχία, ωραίο πρωινό,φθηνα ποτά στο pool bar Όταν μας παρέδωσαν το δωμάτιο η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε, την πήραν και την έφεραν αργά το τελευταίο βράδυ-επί της ουσίας δεν είχαμε τηλεόραση. Το δωμάτιο όταν άνοιγες τα κάτω ντουλάπια της κουζίνας μύριζε μούχλα. Το πρωινό το σέρβιραν κανονικά 09.00-11.00 αλλά στην πραγματικότητα αρχίζαμε γύρω στις 09.30, αργούτσικα αν σκεφτεί κανείς ότι είχαμε μικρό παιδί που ξυπνάει νωρίς.

είχε περιφραγμένο πάρκινγκ και όμορφο, μεγάλο κήπο. εκτός κατοικημένης περιοχής, μέσα σε πεύκα, ήταν ήσυχα. καθαρή πισίνα, αν και μικρότερη απ' ότι φαίνεται στη φωτογραφία. ευγενικό προσωπικό (ιδιοκτήτες) η παραλία είναι άθλια, γεμάτη μεγάλες πέτρες και αντί αμμουδιάς βρήκαμε μάλλον χώματα. δεν κάναμε μπάνιο ούτε μια φορά εκεί. για μπάνιο αναγκαστικά με το αυτοκίνητο στη γειτονική νικήτη (5 χλμ). ενώ παρουσιάζεται ως ξενοδοχείο στο site, στην πραγματικότητα είναι ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια. αυτό δεν διευκρινίζεται με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις: τα σεντόνια αλλάζονται από τους ιδιοκτήτες μόνο όταν κάποιος αποχωρεί, έτσι όταν μας έδωσαν το δωμάτιο τα σεντόνια ήταν καθαρά αλλά όσες μέρες ήμασταν εκεί δεν αλλάχθηκαν ποτέ! το ίδιο ισχύει και για τις πετσέτες! δεν ξέρω εάν είχαν καθαρίσει το μπάνιο αλλά εμείς το καθαρίσαμε ξανά μόνοι μας, διότι υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά. το ψυγείο στην κουζίνα ήταν εκτός μπρίζας όταν φτάσαμε και λόγω παλαιότητας χρειάστηκε πάνω από 24ωρο για να ψύξει σωστά τα τρόφιμα. το ηλεκτρικό κουζινάκι δεν έχει πόρτα (παμπάλαιο), ξεχάστε την προοπτική να ψήσετε καμιά πίτσα. το "διπλό κρεβάτι" ήταν απλώς δύο παλιά παιδικά κρεβάτια το ένα δίπλα στο άλλο. η επίπλωση είναι της δεκαετίας του 80. μικρό και άβολο δωμάτιο. οι φωτογραφίες στο site είναι επεξεργασμένες: στην πραγματικότητα το κτίριο θέλει οπωσδήποτε βάψιμο, έχουν αρχίσει να ξεφτίζουν οι μπογιές σε διάφορα σημεία. όλα τα παραπάνω καθιστούν την τιμή των 75 ευρώ/βραδιά εξωπραγματική. το πολύ 40-45 ευρώ έπρεπε να είναι η αξία του σε φουλ σεζόν. δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένος για τα λεφτά που πλήρωσα. δεν το συστήνω.

Very copious and sophisticated breakfast Nice relaxing zone (exactly near the pool bar) Small and wild beach in the very next vicinity Well-meaning lady owner Nice balcony, but very small double room (even for 2 persons) Confusion recorded in regards with one-night booking reservation (even if the booking reservation was made via booking.com) It stunk inside the villa (probably due to the house pipe drains) Sun-burnt grass in the garden No well-come cocktail (as it was presented on the website) No entertainment activity
