we were an extended family of 11, looking for a holiday home with soul. We found that in abundance at Villa Catani, which is not only a masterpiece in architecture and construction, but in connectivity and social interaction as well. The multiple eating and lounging areas enabled us to hang out in clusters and mix it up. The open spaces and eye contact between floors provided a sense of togetherness. The kitchen was big enough that everyone could be part of meal preparation. The character of this Villa made our one-week stay magical! Kostas and Katherina were warm and responsive, we were welcomed on our arrival with information, recommendations, and spinach pastries baking in the oven. The rooms were spacious, the décor eclectic, the artwork beautiful. It all came together to provide us with the perfect setting to relax, enjoy our time together and make happy memories.

Located in Galatas of Chania, Catani is an elegantly decorated, spacious villa with a private pool surrounded by well-tended gardens. It is divided in 3 levels and offers free Wi-Fi access and views over the mountain and the Cretan Sea. Blending modern with traditional decorative elements, Villa Catani is fitted with wooden floors, beamed ceilings, earthy colours and classical furnishings. It consists of 6 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and 5 bathrooms. Facilities include air conditioning, washing machine, microwave and a TV with DVD player. Guests can relax at the sun loungers by the pool or at the spacious, shaded veranda enjoying the view. Some fitness equipment is featured on the ground floor, while BBQ facilities are also available in the garden for al fresco dining. A private chef and a yoga instructor can be arranged on request and at extra charge. Restaurants and mini markets, as well as Kalamaki Beach can be found within 1 km from the property. Kato Daratso Village, featuring seaside taverns and sandy beaches lies within a 10-minute drive. Chania Town is at a distance of 5 km and Souda Port is 10 km away. Free on-site parking is possible and car rental services can be provided.
