Villa Dimitris

The staff was really nice! The location was great, only like 50 meters from the black sand beach in Perissa. It was very comfortable it had a kitchenette and wifi. We had a balcony with a beautiful view. They had transfer to airport and port which was a money saver and helpful. They speak English

It is a good location if you have a car, you must have some kind of transportation.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful—we were picked up from the airport when we arrived and were dropped off at the harbor when we left. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the sea.

The owners weren't always around, but you can call them if you need anything.

Quiet position with a wonderfull view. Typical greek room with all the necessary. Very helpfull and kind staff.

When choosing a place to stay in Santorini this has to be the one to go for - Villa Dimitris! From the complimentary pick-up from airport, the personal greeting given to you on arrival, the room (& its cleanliness), the views you have (sea/mountain), attentiveness of Rula & Costas (the hotel owners) to your return drop-off at end of your stay...it makes for such a GREAT Greek experience! Rula & Costas - nothing is too much trouble for you, you're both so hard working and so friendly, you will have many many return guests, including us!. Thank you!

Good stuff and quiet area, near the big mountain. 250 meters from beach in the lowest area in Perissa. Fine sea wiew and 2 big balkonys and 2 smaller balkonys, other apartments lower with no wiew but very cosy and quiet small outpentrys. Free ride from personal up to Airport.

Very simple breakfeast, just tea, juice and white bread, no yougart and flakes. No pool, but so close to sea and keeps more quiet area for apartments.

Rula, the owner's wife, is so nice and kind. She gave us really good tips to explore the island. Also, they pick you up at the airport and that is a priceless service, even though it is true that a lot of hotel do that.

Villa Dimitris is an incredible place to spend your vacation! We were deeply impressed by the kind hosts we were received of - they took us from the airport and to the airport and ensured us with the best conditions during our trip. We were informed about the best places to visit (Oia, Caldera for the best sunset, Perissa and Vlyhada for the best beaches - with black sand, Red Beach for an incredible view - with red sand, the volcano and so on), where to rent 4wheeler from - for best prices, where to book cruise from - for the best conditions, we were also advised about the best places to take our meals (with discounts included because we were hosted by Villa Dimitris)... We were served with breakfast each morning with no hour restrictions, we had our bed sheets and towels changed every day. The owners are very kind all the time and are doing everything so that their customers feel the best in Santorini for the whole trip (not just indoor). The lady speeks english very well and is available anytime for any needed information. You will also benefit of permanent wireless (on our phones it was working just fine) and you can be sure that the pictures uploaded on booking are for real!! I was stunned to see that on my window I could get exactly the view that was uploaded on Booking (as before I booked the reservation I thought they are taken somewhere else in Santorini). So, shortly, you will get your expectations exceeded and take advantage of the most relaxing trip in your life! Enjoy!!

The hostel is the best. Rula and her husband are really kind. They pick you up at the port. The rooms are perfectly clean and I will for sure recommend it.

价钱超便宜，便宜，便宜！！ 房间干净整洁，每天更换床单和浴巾。 可以洗澡，有空调，有电磁炉，可以下个方便面啦，热个牛奶啦都可以。 免费机场和港口接送，服务态度好：什么地方吃饭便宜啦，什么地方可以看日落啦，路线怎么走了，要穿运动鞋啦- 等等，都会认真的介绍给我们。 有免费wifi，速度一般吧，不算太慢。

隔音效果不好，如果有住客晚上聊天或者吵架，是绝对会受到影响的。 我们住的时候，正好一天晚上赶上一对情侣晚上吵架并大大出手，真是血腥的一晚，太吓- 人了～～另一晚上两个美国人半夜聊天，内容听的一清二楚，老外就是晚上不困哈。 没有被子，晚上稍微有点冷，半夜腿抽筋。 位置有点偏，是在海滩边的村子。我们租了个moto，去伊亚和希拉需要10欧左右的油钱。 没有吹风机。

Очень обаятельная хозяйка, хорошо говорит по по-английски, все расскажет, даст совет, куда и как поехать. По нашей просьбе нас, группу из 4 человек, встретили в порту и проводили в отель. Номер был на 4-х, двухэтажный. В номерах чистенько, уютно.

Единственное, что доставляло неудобства (все же мы не привыкли), душ без занавесочки и в ванную ходили в шлепанцах, так как после принятия душа, пол был мокрый. но за такую цену, все равно отличные условия и можно на такие мелочи опустить глаза.

Vi var alla 3 otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse på Villa Dimitris. Lugnt område men ändå nära till stranden och restaurangerna. Mycket bra service, rent och snyggt på rummet. Daglig städning och byte av handdukar. Ägarna var mycket trevliga och gav tips om sevärdheter och bra restauranger. Vi blev hämtade och avlämnade på flygplatsen utan extra kostnad och luftkonditioneringen ingick också i priset. Vi är mycket nöjda med allt.

Очень удачное расположение! Близко к пляжу и автобусной остановке.Уютненько, чистенько и весьма по домашнему.Качество превосходит стоимость проживания!(мы платили 20 евро за ночь за номер-студио) Очень советуем!

Дама из обслуги докучала бесконечным подметанием пола во дворе.Зато было чисто!!!

Viesnīcas īpašnieku vienkāršā un laipnā, saprotošā attieksme. ļOti ērta Perisas tuvākās un tālākās apkārtnes apskatīšana- vairākas pludmales, senā Tira, klosteris. Hotel owners unsophisticated, kind and understanding attitude. Great place to stay for viewing closest and outlaying objects- some beaches, ancient Thira, monestery.

Nesamērīga cena par kontinentālajām brokastīm- kafiju/tēju un maizītēm. Disproportionate price for breakfast- coffee or tea with bun.

El personal del hotel muy amable. Un hotel muy acogedor y limpio, salí encantada de mi estancia en el hotel.

La semplicità e la funzionalità della struttura,molto accogliente ben distribuita tra studios e camere,con servizio pulizie ogni mattina. La cordialità di Rula e Costas persone affabili e sempre disponibili,pensate che Costas il marito di Rula ci ha aspettato oltretempo (2 ore di ritardo) all'arrivo in aeroporto per portarci a Perissa e anche al ritorno su richiesta si è svegliato alle 8 per riportarci in aeroporto per la nostra partenza. La nostra vacanza è stata all'insegna del relax e vi assicuro che a Villa Dimitris troverete tutti I comfort che volete (AC,fornellino,frigorifero etc..). Quando deciderò di tornare a Santorini e ci tornerò sicuramente ritornerò da Rula e Costas. Grazie per la splendida vacanza e per la vostra ospitalità. The simplicity and functionality of the structure, very cozy, well distributed between studios and rooms with maid service every morning. The friendliness of Rula and Costas nice people and always available, do you think Costas Rula's husband waited for us oltretempo (2 hours late) arrival at the airport to take us to Perissa and also the return on request woke up at 8 to bring us back to the airport for our departure. Our vacation was relaxing and I assure you that Villa Dimitris find all the comfort you want (AC, stove, refrigerator etc. ..). When I decide to go back to Santorini and I will definitely come back to Rula and Costas. Thank you for the wonderful holiday and for your hospitality.

Disponibilità dello staff, navetta da e per areoporto, vicinanza alla spiaggia e alla fermata dell'autobus con il quale si potevano raggiungere Thira e Oia.

Dimensioni della doccia, cambio biancheria ogni 3-4 giorni.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo hotel...ci siamo trovati davvero bene....l hotel coincide con le foto del sito...noi tra l altro avevamo una camera con un piccolo balconcino tutto nostro dove poter cenare..rapporto prezzo/qualità ottimo...staff gentile e disponibile.....

Todo! El lugar es maravilloso, tranquilo y cerca de la playa, te vas caminando y estas en un minuto allí. La familia dueña del lugar es fantástica, muy buena atención y te hacían sentir como en casa. Volvería mil veces.

Wir waren 3 Tage in Perissa , auf Santorini. Wir haben in erster Linie nach einer preiswerten Unterkunft gesucht, da wir vorher in oia für 3 Tage in einer Höhlenwohnung gewohnt haben.Traumhaft, aber sehr kostspielig!! Die Villa Dimitris wird sehr liebevoll von den Inhabern- Roula und Costas geführt.Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber. Zum Strand ein kleiner Spaziergang.Sehr schöne, kleine Hotelanlage. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!! Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, aber Costas hätte uns ansonsten am Abend , um Uhr 23.00 auch in den Hafen Athinios gefahren. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und bemühen sich, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Pluspunkt: Man darf einen Hund mitbringen. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Es liegt im Gegensatz zu den Hotels auf dem Kraterrand selbst in der Hauptsaison sehr ruhig und ist dennoch nur drei Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, man kann sich auf Wunsch dort auch selbst versorgen. Die Familie, die das Hotel betreibt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten von unserem Balkon eine tolle Sicht auf die Kirche von Perissa, den Felshang und das Meer.
