Amazing property over 3 floors! Lots of space, great rooms with balconies and great to have 3 bathrooms. All the doors and windows are high spec and the property has been designed really well. Incredible decent size deep pool. Great to have a BBQ and pizza oven and the table tennis table was a wonderful bonus. The location is perfect and in easy walking distance to loads of great restaurants, bakery and shops. Close enough to the beach with a quick drive and love that the property is high up for great views and sunrises. Couldn't fault the property and had a great week there having stayed in Skala the week before so could compare the two.

Odysseas studios are in a great location above two fantastic beaches Lourdas and Kanali. The view from the studio terrace is stunning. The apartments have a beautiful pool which is ideal for morning swimming and coffee. Part of the Odyssey studio is the restaurant Captain Zorba with local Greek dishes and fantastic wines from Kefalonia. They also rent a car if you come by plane. But the strongest impression is left by the owner Marinos. His sincere kindness and warm welcome made our vacation unforgettable. With beautiful Kefalonia and a pleasant stay in Odysseas studios, we have a desire to return tomorrow.

Very nice hotel with modern design and multiple buildings surrounded by beautiful gardens that we walked through to the breakfast area every morning. We had a spacious room with very comfortable bed and private little terrace (our room was on ground floor), the hotel has a big swimming pool with a view to the sea. Parking in front of the hotel is usually full, but the other one which still belongs to the hotel and is located at the end of territory is very spacious and we always could find a place to park. And bonus - a really nice beach (Avithos) is just 5min walk from the hotel.

The host, Ilyas, and his wife were very welcoming. The pool area was good. We booked a two-bedroom flat which was big enough for a family of four. The cleaner is used to clean the flat daily. The kitchen has all the cooking items.

Lourdata is a village on a hill, so there is not what you would call a village centre. Also, as it was October, alot of the tavernas were closing for the season, so a car was absolutely necessary to get to the tavernas up the hill from the beach and the Diana studios. I think in high season, we would have had a different experience here, but for us, peace and quiet was just what we needed, along with the sound of the sea, and the sea within a short walking distance. We also were fortunate to have summer weather, which locals said was unusual for the time of year.

Pleasant rooms with an amazing sea view. The owner, Mariana, was very accommodating and friendly. Arranged and paid for our breakfast on the first morning. Very tranquil and scenic Extremely hilly even for seasoned walkers, need a car ideally. There are some nice restaurants up near the main road, however, walking back in the dark was somewhat challenging. 2.5hr walk to Argostoli or £40 euros each way in taxi 35 Euros in a taxi from airport to accommodation (booked through hotel owner) Lovely pool with poolside shower. No bar or food available on site The walk to the beach is downhill and steep on return. You can see turtles close up in Argostoli Theres a lovely bar down the road which is owned by a Welsh man. It has an amazing setting.

My choice was Lourdata because it is in a quiet place and close to everything you need. People in Lurdata are extremely kind and good. Long Lourdes beach and Kanali beach below are fantastic, uncrowded and with a lot of privacy. Going to the beach is a problem, if you don't have a car or motorbike because there is a big climb on the way back. Just need to remember that it's built on a hillside (which gives it it's stunning vista) so expect a fairly vigorous walk if you are located in the upper reaches! There's one big problem with staying here : unless you're super fit of have a rental car at some point you are probably going to have to struggle up the.very steep hill from the beach area to your accommodation, some of the restaurants & bars and the shops Just keep this in mind because otherwise it's a perfect location for a quiet beach holiday. Don't expect wild night life or masses of beach activities. It's quiet, relaxed, chilled and quite beautiful.

The suite itself is modern and clean, comfortable and decorated nicely with a lot of thoughtful touches such as small locally sourced gifts on arrival. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough, and the restaurant across the road (Lorraine's) is a must visit and so convenient!

We have always enjoyed our visits and it was the first place we checked for availability this time. It is centrally located in Lourdata with great views out to sea. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The cleaning lady does an amazing job. Our age and general lack of mobility makes it useful to have a hire car for visits to the local beaches or trips round the island.
