The owner is very kind and help us anytime , the swimming pool area is amazing, the location very close to the shops If does not make sun in the day prepare to take cold shower. |

The woman on reception was extreemly friendly and helpful There is a great big hill / driveway that you have to go up and down to get into the hotel...we hired quads so only had to walk it once or twice but if you have a heavy suitcase can make it difficult. The room was very basic and cramped but ok otherwise |

Far away from the center. Rooms had old furniture and bathroom very small. I sent two emails asking if the hotel offers transfer from the port. I never received an answer. It would be sufficient just to reply they do not offer this service. |

Location: it’s very close to Thira – just next to the folklore museum, which is about ten min walk from the bus terminal. However, the map on booking.com is incorrect – it’s misleading for us to believe it’s actually IN Thira. The area is quiet. Rooms: the house looks nice from outside but I have to say I’m a little disappointed with the inside, especially the bathroom. The room itself is spacious and feels neat and the furniture and facilities (AC, fridge, TV) are simple and functional, but the wardrobe is shabby. So is the bathroom – didn’t like the shower. Services: we only stayed one night before we caught the flight back to Athens, so didn’t use many of its services, except for the swimming pool, which is very good I must say. Another note on the services: they don’t provide port pick-up and, when I asked for direction from Thira, they simply told me to get a taxi, without bothering giving more information rather than “next to the folklore museum” (the museum is usually not shown on the Thira map because it’s outside of the Thira centre!) so that didn’t help at all! we think it’s over-priced for what we paid - we stayed at better place for less in Santorini. |

The comfort, the quietness, the nice environment, the friendlyness of the owner. The staff was not 24 hours available which is understanding because it is not a hotel but appartements, but it would be sensible to leave some kind of contact number in case the guests would need something any time of the day. |

The swimming area is stunning...all nicely decked and intimate. hotel was clean but basic.5min walk to the centre of Fira where all the restaurants, so ideal location. The staff are very friendly but know minimal English. |

The hostess was a very friendly and helpful lady. For the ones who would like to stay in Fira (it's about 15 minutes walk to center) with a very convient price Villa Gianna is a good option. It's useful to keep in mind that it's not a luxurious place but it is clean and has a nice pool. |

room and balcony were nice and hotel was well cared for and clean. Owners was very nice. the pool was not yet filled, even though it was over 30 degrees when we were there. It's location is not right on Booking.com map, and the description seems to be off as far as proximity. It is quite a bit farer than we thought from things in Fira, it on the far side of Fira from the caldera. |

L'hôtel est assez bien situé, non loin de Fira, à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville environ. L'hôtel est situé en contrebas de la ville, aussi il faudra rassembler ses forces pour monter la pente, mais après 2/3 allers-retours, on s'y fait.L'hôtel est très propre et la propriétaire très serviable et gentille. Les parties communes sont extrêmement bien entretenues et bien décorées. La piscine est sympa et de taille raisonnable, néanmoins est exposée au vent. La chambre que l'on a eu, bien que très propre, faisait globalement assez vieillote: mobilier en pin, dessus de lit orange, assez sommaire et peu de rangement. La salle de bain mériterait un bon coup de ravalement, car est très petite et pas très fonctionnelle. De plus, l'eau chaude est souvent en option, il faut se lever très tôt le matin pour prendre une douche chaude, ou le faire en plein après-midi.. sinon c'est eau froide garantie..; |

Bonne localisation ( 10 min du centre de Fira) très au calme. La chambre pour 4 s'est révélée être une chambre double avec un lit d'appoint et un canapé ! |

L'exterieur est beau ( ce n'est qu'un vernis). Hotel déplorable. La propriétaire en fait encore moins que le minimum syndical malgré ses grands sourires.. Ne voulait pas me donner le petit- déjeuner alors que celui-ci était compris dans le prix, il a fallu que je lui montre la réservation. Ceci-dit, le petit déjeuner est vraiment mauvais et il n'y a presque rien. Le ménage de la chambre se limite à un coup de serpillière, la salle de bain n'est pas néttoyée (séjour de 4 jours). Cet hotel n'est pas du tout representatif de la qualité des prestations que l'on peut avoir dans les autres hotels du pays. L'hotel se trouve à la limite de Fira sur la route de Vourvoulos près du musée folklorique (le musée est indiqué sur les plans affichés en ville). La situation sur le plan bookings est fausse |

staff molto cordiale, posizione ottima vicinissima al centro ed allo stesso tempo tranquilla, bella struttura esterna con piscina. Camere da rivedere nell'arredamento, colazione un po' monotona, piscina chiusa la sera. |

L'accueil fut déplorable... Nous avions réservé on-line une chambre pour 4 personnes telle qu'elle était décrite et en réalité, nous avons eu droit à une chambre de 2 personnes + lit de camp + canapé transformé en lit. Nous souhaitions que la responsable baisse le prix de la chambre pour la nuit en raison de la publicité malhonnête sur une prestation erronnée et elle n'a rien voulu entendre prétextant que la chambre était déjà payée que nous restions ou non !!! Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment mauvais de surcroit et la responsable d'un désagréable impressionnant ! En résumé, ne surtout pas y aller !!! |

Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Η πισίνα καταπληκτική. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος πολύ όμορφος. Το μπάνιο ήταν άβολο, τα έπιπλα πολύ παλιά, το δωμάτιο πολύ μικρό, κάποιες λάμπες δεν δούλευαν, η καθαριότητα του δωματίου μπορούσε να είναι σχολαστίκότερη. Περίμενα κάτι διαφορετικό από τις φωτογραφίες που είδα. |

Il personale era molto ospitale. Era vicino al centro di Fira. Le camere avevano aria condizionata (di cui non c'è stato molto bisogno dato che l'isola è ventilata) e frigo (oltre che naturalmente bagno in camera pulito ogni giorno). Lo staff parlava poco l'inglese. |

Φιλοξενία, καθαριότητα, σχέση τιμής προς προσφερομενες υπηρεσιες. Υπήρχε ψυγείο και 3 θέσεις parking αν και δεν αναφερόταν στις πληροφορίες για το ξενοδοχείο. Να εγκατασταθεί ασύρματη σύνδεση στο internet. |
