Situated 70 metres from the beach of Nea Fokea in Chalkidiki, Villa Madeleine is surrounded by well-kept flower gardens. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the Kassandra Bay or the garden. The spacious rooms at the Madeleine Villa are bright and airy, equipped with a TV and air conditioning. If you are looking for a quiet, not so crowded place, Nea Fokea is the place to go. The beaches are very clean, the water is perfect. The owner of the villa was very helpful and nice, she took the time to inform us about all the best restaurants, the best places to swim and sunbathe, what it is worth to visit, and the night clubs near by. The villa looks exactly like in the pictures, so you know what to expect. The view from the balcony is also very nice. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at villa Madeleine and we would recommend it to anyone!

We had an excellent holiday and we enjoyed our staying at Villa Madeleine. The villa is situated near the beach and there are a lot of beautiful places nearby (Sani beach, Kallithea, Atithos, Posidi and many others). The room was very clean and we found there everything we needed. We want to thank Mrs Magda and to her husband for their hospitality and kindness. She is the best host that I have seen so far. The yard is also lovely and the view magnificent. It is a perfect place for a holiday.

Really greta place to stay. Nice, clean, calm ideal for relaxation. The beach is on walking distance and really convenient going by car there.

I booked the studio for my father and my brother and gosh, how happy they came back from their vacation. From the location and facilities to the hospitality everything is top notch and comes truly and whole-heartedly recommended!

το δωματιο ηταν πολυ καθαρο,μας αλλαζαν πετσετες καθημερινα, μας εστρωναν τα κρεβατια καθημερινα και αλλαζαν τα σεντονια συχνα. το προσωπικο και η ιδιοκτητρια ηταν πολυ φιλικοι και εξυπηρετικοι. το συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!

E pozicionuar ne nje vend qe mundeson pamje te elementeve me interesante te hapesires perreth; fshatit, detit, portit dhe keshtjelles. Nje kopesht i gjelberuar dhe i trajtuar me mjaft shije. Ambjente te brendshme komode dhe te pastra. Staf mikprites......

μειναμε πραγματικα πολυ ικανοποιημενοι.το προσωπικο ηταν αψογο και πολυ εξυπηρετικο..τα δωματια ηταν ανετα και το κηπακι πολυ ωραια διαμορφομενο.η καθαριοτητα ηταν πανω απο τις προσδοκιες μας.εχει πολυ κοντα μαγαζια για φαγητο και καφε με θεα θαλασσα.σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε..

The location of the Villa is very well selected and it has an excellent view of the sea (see attached photos). The services offered by the hosts are very good. Mrs. Magda and Ms. Stavros (the owners) are very good hosts and helps you with further information. I highly recommend this location for your holiday. weak wireless internet signal.

Sauberkeit Freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer Wir haben auf Grund der positiven Bewertungen für die Villa Madeleine entschieden. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen an die Unterkunft enttäuscht. Positiv sind zu erwähnen die Sauberkeit und die sehr freundlichen Besitzer. Negativ hingegen die Ausstattung, Einrichtung und Qualität des Studios (wir empfanden es mehr als Motel als ein Holidaystudio Unserer Meinung nach stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ansatzweise. Zudem war ich sehr enttäuscht von den Eigentümern unserem Abschied sehr überrascht sie baten uns eine positive Bewertung zu geben sofern es uns gefallen hat, ansonsten sollten wir bitte nicht bewerten...das erklärt für mich die sonst nicht nachvollziehbaren Bewertungen. Wir können die Villa Madeleine leider nicht empfehlen.

Ms. Madeleine and her husband Stavros are extremely friendly. Don't hesitate to ask them for information during your stay at the villa about places to visit, where to eat, where to go for entertainment etc. The rooms are extremely clean, and very comfortable and well equipped if you want to cook/eat in the room (very good for families with young children). Our stay at the villa was very comfortable. Hope to see you next year! The wireless signal is very bad (almost unusable) in the rooms at the end of the villa.

Very hospitable hosts. Nice studios (room with kitchenette and bathroom) in quiet yet communicative location. Playground for kids in property garden. Semi-private space in front of the studio with table and chairs that you could relax or have a meal. Plenty of parking places (unguarded, but no problems whatsoever). Not a real problem more like a note - beaches of the village are good however better ones could be found within 15-20 minutes drive and I do recommend trying this. Hosts were happily ready to explain where and how to go, something that we appreciate.
