Nikkos was very friendly and eager to help us and advise, his recomendations were always the best ones. The place has a great view and the appartment is very confortable. I would recommend people to visit Villa Margarita. Breakfast was not included, but they offered 2 option of breakfast for eur 5 o 8. As it was expected to be, it was not very easy to find the location butit works that way in every greek island. Pillows were really flat....

Very friendly owner and extremly hard working, eager to deliver the best to his customers. Curtains covering the windows are transparent, more privacy would be appreciated, or an option including both black out and the one installed.

The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Nico gave us a detailed introduction on places to go and suggested us several very nice restaurants. Just about 10 minutes walk to town center and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop that goes to the beach. We enjoyed a lot during our stay. The only down point is that there is no wifi in the rooms, only can access it in the reception.

Staying in Villa Margarita was the perfect choice for us. It have the very Greek touch, the location of the apartment was perfect overlooking the sea, 2 mins drive to the city center and very close to two beaches and 2 supermarkets, hospital and pharmacy. The best thing about Villa Margarita is Niko. He is very helpful and helped us in every possible way explaining the nature of each beach and what to do there. which restaurants are cheap or expensive on the beach and in the city. Everyday before leaving we ask him about the nature of the beach we like, and he'd recommend 1 or 2 beaches to go. He even got us a car rent with a very cheap price I couldn't find it online searching for a car 2 month in advance.

Without a doubt, the family that runs this place are absolute incredible angels. I have traveled to over 60 countries all over the world and I have never met a more hospitable and honestly genuinely nice family than these beautiful people! They were incredibly attentive, picked up each of our four guests from varying locations on Mykonos island because we were arriving at different times, completely accommodated our daily schedule by inviting the cleaners when it was appropriate (whom did a phenomenal job), provided the most sumptuous break-fast in bed (including home-made jam, home-grown olives! And made-to-order eggs). All of that would have been enough, but the sincerity of the family in running this hotel made all the difference. This is a gem not to be missed. No matter how nice other places are, they cannot compare to the single kindness of human-to-human hearts. I would never recommend staying any where else! Don't miss out! Relax and enjoy mykonos to the fullest in the most inviting atmosphere in town!

All staff were extremelly friendly. The transfer from and to the port were essential in our choice (the port is not that far but It's almost impossible to find a taxi in the island). Our room was big, enought suave for 3 people! Simple but confortable beds. No breakfeast available at that time. The wifi only works in the common areas. Not a big problem though.

It is near the center but not too much to have the noise of being in the center of the town. The owner picks you up at the airport and brings you at the port/airport free of charge. There is a large reception with sea view were you can use the wifi. At the reception there is always someone: the owner or his father that are very nice people. He gave us many turistic advices. If you ask for, he brings you the breakfast at your room at the time you prefer. I had to cancel 2 out of the three nights, just some days before the check-in but finally someone booked my cancelled room so the owner didn't charge me anything fo the cancelled nights, he has been very kind and honest. If you have children maybe the position is not so confortable.

Villa Margarita is in a strategic place: near the town (you can go on foot) but very quiet. The panorama on the windmill is beautifull (in paricular during the sunset). The studio we had was nice (perfect cycladic style) and confortable. We had all our breakfast and a dinner in the terrace. Nicos, the owner, is very very kind, also is father Elias. I and my family consider him a friend because he help us in a difficulty. Thank uoy Nicos!!! See you soon!!!

The owner and his mother are super nice and welcoming! Great people! The location is relatively close to the town without being disturbed by the night club music. Cute houses! The bathroom could be improved, specifically by adding some more towel hangers.

Great location and regularly cleaned rooms. Most importantly, the owners, the Kotsiakis family, are extremely helpful and friendly. The warmth of their interaction makes you feel at home. Would definitively stay at Villa Margerita the next time I visit Mykonos. Strongly recommended.

The hotelkeeper is very very nice and helpful. He picked us up from the port and took us to the airport when we left. The room is quite big and comfortable, only the washroom is a little bit too small for a comfortable shower. It is not realy close to the town center, but it is not bad, it costs only about 5 Euro for a taxi to cover the distance. The young boy also showed us a short way to reach the town center on foot, only around 20 minutes. The reception room is very very nice and convenient, there are big sofas and lovely tables, and also a big tv for guests to watch the em Games. It was really unforgetable experice in this lovely villa, and next time we will still choose it!

It may have one of the most beautiful views in the island. The rooms have a view of the ocean and the windmills. We got a big unit with an equipped kitchen, a very good deal for the price of a triple room. The bedroom was really lovely, with very nice decor, and full of light. The service and personal attention provided by Niko was outstanding. I chose this hotel because it is located just outside of Hora, so there would be no risk of noise in the night, yet we could walk to the city. The bathroom in our room. The shower was open, and the floor didn't have a good tilt for drainage, so every time we showered it became a pool. They put a pale with a mop in there, so you can take a few minutes moping the floor and squeezing the mop after you shower. If you want to avoid this, don't take the lovely unit downstairs the owner's home. My advice: RENT A CAR. While the first part of the way to the city is safe to walk (going down stairs on the hill), once you get to the road it is really dangerous: there are no sidewalks and lots of curves in most of the island; drivers go fast and are really careless and agressive. It was quite scary. You can take a bus (5 minute walk to the stop), but it passes every half hour.

We went to Villa margerita for 5 nights in June 2012. We where upgrated to an appartment which we really appreciated as we informed Nikos the owner only 2 days before our arrival. NIkos is fantastic and we really appreciated all the help he offered us, he gave us good information about mykonos (best beaches and restaurants). Hope that in the near future we will visit again as it was a really pleasant stay.

Niko and Margarita are very nice person. Their places are really excellent! Before our trip, they inform us that they give us a free upgrade to double bed room. It is such a nice sweet cozy room with private veranda with sea view. Walking distance to windmill in 15min. Niko was very punctual, he waited us at the port. Gave us warm orientation of mykonos with map& guidelines. He even let us take a look of his family's chapel! Margarita is very talented, all deco of this villa are done by her. Would definitely stay again!

Nikos and Margarita went above and beyond for our group of 16. They were so hospitable and helpful. They truly made our vacation one to remember. They were always available with helpful tips and a cup of coffee, if ever in Mykonos again we all wouldn't hesitate to return to Villa Margarita. Private, quiet and clean accommodations with a great view and only a short and scenic stroll to the action.
