Great advice and friendly management Pick-up from the port

Location 15 minutes from caldera. Quiet surroundings. Extremely nice owner and personnel. Good for off less touristic tips.

The breakfast would be greatly enhanced when they start toasting the bread!

we stayed in a low season and the breakfast was not provided to us.

Close to downtown Fira, once you found the shortcut up the mountain. Friendly staff that offered boat tours to the volcano. Small place but it worked for a base on the island because of the location.

No wifi in the room, but you could pick it up on the common balcony. Not great insulation so could hear the people next door every once in a while. Also no shower curtain so the water went everywhere.

Friendly staff and provide airport pick up and drop off service without any charges.

The water heater is totally not in function after a maximum of two people showering.

The hotel booking was actually cheating. What was given on the website was very different in reality. Examples - rooms were not sound proof, towels/bedsheet were changed once in 3 days, no kettle/hair dryer, breakfast was served on the terrace, no water in swimming pool

Location is good - a pleasant 5 minute walk from Fira center. View is good. Physical structure is newer. Very clean.

Breakfast is only coffee/tea and toast.

1. Couple running the hotel are extremely helpful and very sweet. 2. Transport provided free of cost from and to the cruise very helpful. 3. walking distance to Bus stop, taxi stand. 4. View of Agean sea from the room is amazing..

What a wonderful place. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, a great location overlooking the sea with a lovely patio and small pool yet a five minute walk into Fira central. I watched the sunrise overlooking the Aegean Sea from my bed. Katerina, her sister Andrea and husband could not have been more welcoming. They met us at the airport and transported us to the bus station, no charge. They gave us lots of great advice. A wonderful small family inn.

This hotel is on a busy street that can be noisy but at night it becomes much quieter. The view is not the dramatic cliffs of the postcards but of the gentle slope in the east. But at a fraction of the rates. For the price and location, it is a great place for budget travellers.

The owners were fantastic and the service was perfect. Excellent shuttle transport from and to the airport. Very good deal!

The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. Free shuttle bus trips were provided when we came and left. The swimming pool is lovely. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the downtown of Fira.

Everything was very good

Firstly Katarina the host was excellent. She changed our booking for us because we had a delayed ferry and never charged us the extra night, she never even mentioned it. All the transfers were organised for us and she made a lot of time to talk us through what to do and some options. The rooms had decent views, it may be nicer to stay on the other side of the island or in Imerovigli but for the price this place is really excellent and a close walk to the central Thira area. Breakfast was simple but tasty and there are a couple of parking spots across the road.

Maybe the shower head could be attached to the wall and a bit of an update but to be honest at the price it's excellent.We didn't use the pool due to its proximity to the road but it would have been okay.

Katerina couldn't do enough for us. The Villa is cheap and you get what you pay for so I recommend if you are on a budget. The rooms were clean.

The road is very busy, the pool is not private at all as its overlooks the road, the shower is not attached to the wall which was annoying.

Possibly best customer service ever received from a hotel. It is very important to the owner that you enjoy your stay in Thira, and she will do everything to make sure! Really friendly and extremely helpful.

Villa Murano is in an excellent location and provides an ideal base for a visit to Fira and Santorini at a reasonable price. It is 10 minutes walk to the centre of Fira and handy for the bus to Oia. Katerina, the manager could not be more helpful and her advice on where to eat was very good. Her love of the island and her eagerness that we enjoyed our visit was very obvious. Although the studio we booked was small it had great character and beautiful views over the island to the sea. It was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities.

Tour host was fantastic, very helpful and went out of her to make our stay wonderful.

It was made out to be on the caldera on the website so a bit of a dissappointment that we couldn't watch sunset from our balcony.

The manager is very helpful and very keen to ensure you enjoy your stay in Santorini. She is very willing to share her knowledge of the island and options for activities. The villa is situated within walking distance of the centre of Fira. Rooms are clean and pleasant. The manager was able to organise for me to be picked up from the port when I first arrived at no extra cost.

It's a great place,near the centre,confortable,really nice pool. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Clean, well decorated. They picked us up when we arrived. We highly recommend it!!

We stayed in Santorini for 3 nights at the start of June & couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Great location, few minutes walk into town, great price. Clean, friendly & very safe. Caterina was extremely helpful, answering any questions we had. I reccommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.
