George from Villa Oceania was just great, he helped us on the first day to get from the port to the hotel and also took us to the supermarket to do our groceries, extremely helpfull and friendly. The views from our villas terrace in the morning was just perfect.
The rooms where beautiful with kitchen facilities and a separate bedroom and sitting area. Also the balcony area was lovely with amazing view. The staff were so so nice. He called us up to ask us what time we would like a transfer from the port (i have a Greek mobile number) and was always very helpful - E.g. He drove us to the car hire shop... I definitely recommend this place. I would definitely go back again.
George picked us up from the airport and ensured our stay was comfortable. He looked to always accommodate our needs and set a high standard for the remainder of our trip
The quiet and watching the cruise ships come in
Quite a climb up lots of steps
5 star service: free transfer to the apartment and quad/scooter/car waiting for you at the hotel at your arrival at very reasonable prices.(highly recommended because walking on the road is dangerous) George is the kindest and most professional hotel manager/owner I met in the last years travelling around Greece, his family is very welcoming, ready to help for anything you need. Superb sunset view. Fast wifi. We want to go back...
Friendly staff. Location is fine.
Poor wi-fi connection. Small toillet, smelly water. Old and uncomfortable Matresses. No dinning dishes, only small ones.
Very nice view, very comfortable and spacious appartement, good location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mykonos.
As a group of girls traveling around Europe I can't recommend this place enough. Great views of that gorgeous sunrise and sunset, very clean and spacious rooms. You really couldn't ask for more. I have to also thank the owners george and felisia who looked after us so well. They provide transfers to and from the airport and really go above and beyond what is asked for. The airline lost our luggage and they drove us to the airport everyday, made phone calls on our behalf and honestly made our time there awesome. Nothing is too much trouble so again can't recommend this place enough!
- Felicia and George were amazing, they provided us with all what we need from renting a car, airport pick up and drop off, guidance, things to do, places to eat and etc. They were always there to help and made our visit to Mykonos just perfect. -Spectacular view. -very clean and comfortable apartments. -close to Old Town and easy access to all other places.
Super helpful staff. Loved the views over the port and watching the boats coming and going.
The nice view
Too many stairs and no available breakfast
+The seaview +Very close to the new port +spacious apartment +helpful staff +nice bathroom
+a little bit pricy +walking to city center dangerous due to narrow roads and busy traffic
nearly everything is perfect.
one of the rooms at the apartment has no air conditional.
spacious unit with full kitchen view was fantastic
steps steps steps no signage on road. came in at night and no-one knew where it was.
The Villa's are beautifully situated overlooking the beaches, close to the new port and have breathtaking views. Beautifully built and very spacious, with kitchen facilities. Great for a big group or a couple or family. The family that owns and runs the Villa's are incredibly hospitable, picked us up and drove us to the ferry and airport, drove us to some beaches and into town, and even picked us up from town when we could not find a ferry. It is a bit of a walk from town (uphill/downhill) so I would recommend renting a car or a quad for easy accessibility around the island, taxi's are also non-existent on the island, so plan for transportation.
large space to stay. Friendly staff who drove us to town.
we did not have a view of the ocean from our living area. Our balcony was not very private.
Nice and welcoming staff. First of all, the staff contacted us by email beforehand to know our arrival time. Then the owner himself picked us up and drove us to the port when leaving Mykonos, all for free. The owner clearly has a passion for his property. because the villas are well maintained. He collected every fallen leaf hmself even in the hot sun.The spacious villa and private quiet setting make it a real vacation home. As the villa is located one stop away from downtown, so if you want to meet the two pelicans, you have to start early, say, before 08:30. Walking to town might take 20 minutes or so, which is a little bit dangerous as there is no sidewalk, and cars and buses whistle by. But if taking a bus, it costs one €1.6 for one stop.
As it was only 22~23°C at night. We just opened the window to let breeze in, but the mosquitoes flew in too. So they kept us from a good night's sleep. And the mattresses could be better to make it a perfect vacation home.
Villa Oceania are apartments with the greatest views I have ever had! You can see sunset and Mykonos from the balcony. Location is great; 3 minutes drive from Mykonos. The manager of the hotel really has everything under control, and actually enjoys having it (being a bit control freak will do anything to resolve any problem as quick as possible). In this way, guest life is easier because they have everything resolved (pick-up and drop-off, tourist places, information about tours, clubs, constant contact with hotel, etc.).
Price is quite expensive. However due to high season in Mykonos everywhere might be at those rates.
We loved our stay here at Villa Oceania, nothing was a problem, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The villa was very clean and tidy with a gorgeous view. Perfect location, 15 min walk to town, 10 min to the ferry. I would highly recommend Villa Oceania to anyone traveling to Mykonos.
The view, the friendliness of the staff, the spacious, clean studio, with all you need
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The views were amazing and breathtaking. Though it was hilly to go up the stairs to our villa, it was my favourite thing to do as I got to do some exercises! The villas are a 10 min walk to town which was great as we got to have the views and beaches at day time and go for a short walk at night to party. Felisia and George (managers) were super helpful and attentive and gave us recommendations on where to go and what to try. Would most definitely come back here.
Wifi was a bit slow but it didn't matter much as we were on holidays. It would have been also good if there were toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Staff is very friendly. Excellent views of the sea and port. Comfortable and spacious rooms. It is advisable to rent a car to visit the island
The owners were so kind they collected us from the port and dropped us into the town on our first night( it's s 15 minute walk otherwise and a little bit scary doing it at night!) Taxis are available but the queue was ridiculous!
Town was just too far away and we weren't renting transport so we had a lot of walking to do on busy roads!
Out of 4 hotels on a week and half trip, this was the best stay of them all. We were picked up right from the port, dropped off our luggage, and took us to rent ATV's. The hotel staff was more than accomodating. The view of the port is spectacular, the multiple balconies look over the bay and are shielded from the wind. A perfect sunset perch. Free Wifi was great. My favorite host is Felisia... her English is perfect and has a great knowledge of Mykonos. I wish I could stay here forever and would recommend all of my friends to stay here when they visit Mykonos.
Since the water is not great to drink from the sink, I would suggest a small water filter for the refrigerator.
the owner and the son of him were really friendly and helpful.
