190 μέτρα απόσταση από τη καλύτερη παραλία της Μεσογείου, 250 μέτρα απόσταση από τον κεντρικό δρόμο του Λαγανά = Οι τέλειες αποστάσεις!!! Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης, καθαριότητα μέρα παρά μέρα. Αν θέλεις τηλεόραση πρέπει να τη ζητήσεις (αλλά ποιός τη χρειάζεται στο Λαγανά;) Air condition υπάρχει αλλά αν θέλεις να το χρησιμοποιήσεις, έχει χρέωση 5 eur. (Πάντως δεν το χρειαστήκαμε). Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, περάσαμε 8 υπέροχες μέρες, συστήνουμε τη Βίλα Φοίνιξ, ανεπιφύλακτα θα την προτιμήσουμε ξανά. Έχουμε κάνει 3 φορές διακοπές στο Λαγανά και αυτή ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή. Σάκης - Κάλλη, Πάτρα.

Good location, near the beach and Laganas main road, yet very quite. Old rooms that could be renovated...No tv in the room and could definately be cleaner, however it's ok for a few days stay. It was a good value for money.
