pleasant stay and excellent staff for a reasonable price, will recommand this hotel to other travellers
very centrally located, right inside the town.. just have to walk out and take a corner to be amidst the shopping walkways... in a garden that makes it very quiet and a host so polite and helpful she gave the impression we were lost long friends.. Ms Vinellopi and her staff made the stay very pleasant..superb value for money,.Very small rooms but very well designed and given the expanse outside, dosent make one feel cloistered..We must thank Ms Penollopi for being so nice
Small rooms but it is excellent value for money..
Everything perfect:central location, clean, nice owner and very helpfull staff, beautifull garden ! I do recommend this accomodation !
Excellent location right in the middle of Mykonos Town! Friendly Owner who gave us tips on good restaurants and beaches!
Room a bit small and very clean!
Staff are very friendly and enthusiastically to provide many information. Location is convenience.
facilities are a bit old, the curtain in the bath room has many mold on it. Wifi is unstable.
Very hard to find No views Front desk and cleaning was only till 3pm.
Very cute place! Cute little apartments/villas with a little balcony each. The staff were very friendly and gave us ideas of where to eat/shop and what to see. They even gave each of my group a gift when we left. The location was perfect! Right in the middle of Mykonos town, lots of restaurants, shops, and bars nearby and only minutes from the Old Port (with more restaurants and shops, beautiful location for lunch/dinner). Rooms were cleaned each day and having a small kitchen was nice too. There was even a bottle of water in the fridge for us.
The Wi-Fi dropped quite often, but that seemed to be typical of all our hotels on the islands. There were dead cockroaches in the cabinet under the sink, however there was no need to go in there and we never once saw one in the main part of the bathroom, rest of the room or kitchen. It's a bit difficult to find the place, but all places in Mykonos town are hard to find, just be sure to print a map beforehand and you'll be fine. There were bars nearby, so you could hear music at all hours of the morning, but it didn't really disturb our sleep.
Its a kind of adventure to stay at Villa Pinelopi cause its not like staying at a hotel, its like feeling the life of Mykonos while having all the comfort and facilities of a hotel.
Well its of two floors and they kept for us the room on the ground floor in the back. The lady said its all booked on the first floor. But i,d rather stayed up on the first floor having a window.

Amazing location - right in the centre of town, next to the excellent outdoor cinema (and its lovely bar under the trees), easy walk to everywhere. The room had air-con and was spacious enough. Lovely little sitting area outside our door. The owner is incredibly nice and even gave us each a small gift when we checked out.
First impression was that the decor etc was rather outdated (more so than photos suggest), but once we opened all the shutters our room was nice and bright. More of a problem for me was that the unexpected 'pre-authorisation' of my card, a week before we arrived, effectively removed the full amount from my available balance - the money wasn't actually taken until we checked out, but the full amount was in limbo (not available to me) during that time.
Well situated in the centre of Mykonos Chora, knowledgeable manager.
The entire room and service should be half priced. If I had payed half th eprice I would be very pleased. Nearby equal or better guesthouses were much cheper. Old settlement, lots of cats in the garden, cat smell in the tiny outdoor space where you can sit. But the entire of Mykonos is overpriced, so I guess those prices might even seem normal to owners.
Nice place, center based of Mykonos, easy access, WiFi, very clean rooms and amazing guidance for places and sights to go and visit. Great place to stay. Very friendly personnel and nice welcome.
A small room or place for kitchen will be great for the rooms.
I would recommend to stay in the city center and Villa Pinelopi has good performance/money rate. It is very near to windmills and the shopping streets. Kitchen facilities are good. The owner of the hotel is a very helpful lady.
Wifi was poor. My room was on the 1. floor. I could not get a good signal.
You can hear the music from the clubs. Small room.
Location, room confortable, nice staff... Felt at home
Price of the high season, but for mykonos it was ok
Even though the villa is not accessible by car it is very conveniently located right in the heart of the town in the midst of a quit charming garden within short walking distance to the old port, stores, restaurants and other amenities. Andriani is very helpful in every aspect. She thoughtfully prepared all the information and marked the map for us ahead of our arrival. Evharisto, Andriani!
This hotel does not serve breakfast but they leave for you small complimentary snacks and a kettle. Andriani also recommended several good restaurants.
everything !! especially location is perfect
friendly staff helpfull staff clean comfort for lower budget great location quiet
In the heart of town. We felt like locals buying breakfast from the bakery round the corner each morning. Little kitchen with tea and coffee, toaster. Everything you need. Very obliging and informative owner, happy to assist where possible. My 6 year old loved the friendly cats. Nice, clean room equipped with everything. Gorgeous garden. Quiet location. Convenient. Sweet.
Shower head didn't stay up on wall. No breakfast available but with so many cafes around it didn't matter.
Excellent location and very friendly hosts! The balcony is a great place for breakfast and evening talk. We also enjoyed the little sweets.
2 decks but with limited space each Steep stairs Location fair, too dark and dangerous if back there late night
Staff, location, confort, amenities
It's really calm despite it's downtown. You don't hear the noise of big parties! Our guest spoke in French and helped us to find a laundry. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom practical. There was a balcony as well
Small Cute place in a very good location.
They have a lot of cats in the place with make the place smell if you dont like the cat.
The staff was incredibly helpful, giving me precious tips on beaches and restaurants, especially the former. The location is excellent for those looking to stay in the city center and the place itself is quite pleasant and quiet.
The wifi signal could have been a bit stronger
