Apart from being assigned a room next to the kitchen & being located in the reception area, it was a nightmare. The son of the owner kept my passport until the last second & there were yellow crusty stains on the blankets. The sheets provided on the bed were already dirty upon arrival. Breakfast was served directly outside my door. |

Good location.(Near the high street of Fira) Nice swimming pool. One thing we are really disappointed is we were sent to the worst room (funny shape & no balcony) and funny shaped room made my husband dizzy!! Staffs at the hotel are nice but don't speak English, so that breakfast time was not clear.I saw some people missed their breakfast even though it was 9:30. |

The pool. Was convenient to the centre of Fira. Having a van meeting the ferries meant we were able to get a free transfer. We were put in a room next to the lobby area, used continuously by the staff/family/friends constantly talking in very raised voices. With paper thin walls this meant that we were kept up late and woken early. Room smelt strongly of chlorine but had wads of hair on the balcony. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Very hard beds and only twin room, not double as booked, available. |

Gentle staff. Not so quiet. Rooms near terrace are subject to rumors and voice of other customers. |

We booked two rooms, a double and a triple. The triple room was charming, with a double bedroom, an ensuite bathroom and a twin room with kitchenette which would have made it easy to self-cater. Also it was right next to the small swimming pool. The double room, which one of us slept in only once, was by contrast dark, with only a small window, with a noisy fan just outside. We abandoned it and both used the triple room. The pillows on the single beds were pretty uncomfortable, although those on the double bed were fine. The cleaning was a bit slapdash, with a dirty glass and ashtray on the table next to the pool for 2 days. |

Location & pool Staff cant speak english well. The receptionist didnt order a taxi that we asked for, thus almost missed the ferry. Breakfast was poor, no choice. Noisy. Very basic hotel, only provided bar soap, no hairdryer. Should be rated 2 star, instead of 3. |

The pool was nice and the view of the sunrise was also nice. The bathroom was poor, and the toilet didn't work most of the time. There was not power or water the last day. Checking in and out of the hotel was very time consuming. We were originally told our room would be ready at 10 AM then we were told it would be ready at noon, then we were told it would be ready in 10 minutes for about 2 hours. Checking out was also time consumeing. |

Attention: the column below is full, so here we are. You can never find the hotel by yourself. But once you're familiar with the route maze, maybe you'll get to the mainsquare in 10 minutes. There were two boys(one of whom is a child of the owners') playing in the pool, after midnight! That's definitely unacceptable! When we were about to check out, it's staff was nowhere, so we had to wait for many, many "5 minutes, no problem". When I finally got my passport and paid the rate, only 10 minutes left before the bus' departure. We ran, out of breathe. And the breakfast is aweful. Etc. |

pool, quiteness, price breakfast was very poor, just bread, cheese and jam and ended at 10AM. Overall i think most things in Santorini are overpriced, though Villa Popi was a good option if you are looking for a budget hotel. |
