Location for being near Caldera and Fira City center pleasant! For Santorins high price standards good value for money

Just be prepared that the approach is a tough envitable walk with luggage, off the motorable road. Once you are free from your luggage this does not matter

Convenient and central location near bus stop. Spacious room and quiet (2nd floor). Free pick up from/to port.

There was no help to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs.

Family room was good but annoying that access to bathroom was through one of the bedrooms. Plumbing terrible like everywhere in Greece. Was a short walk into town. No privacy really between the rooms. Pool was a bonus but pretty small

Staff were semi helpful but spent the whole time laughing when asked questions, even when it wasnt funny which was a bit weird.Breakfast was terrible & a total waste of time. Gross cereal, packet milk, packet orange juice, jams, ham & cheese & bread, but no toaster or sandwhich maker. Get a bloody toaster!

We stayed there one night in order to catch our flight the next day. It is ok for enjoying the city of Fira, but you miss out the beauty of santorini which is all about the view of the caldera. But if you are on a limited budget then it is ok.

We had a balcony with a view to the caldera (although not the same as the postcards offer, of course). It had a little pool as well, though we never went. Air-co, mini fridge, tv, comfortable big room, only a 2m walk from the city centre, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is located right in the town of Fira, and still it's quite reasonably-priced, unlike most hotels. It was still a bit expensive for us, but a much better option than staying far in the beach area, in my opinion. Pick-up service from the port and dropping us there on our way back was greatly appreciated!

there were some ants coming from the balcony sometimes, although nothing major.

Location is excellent as you can get into the town centre, bus stop and supermarket by walking. Rooms were clean and had a lovely view of the caldera. The staff were very helpful in helping out with any activites and information you needed. Breakfast was pretty good for continental fare.

Wifi cut in and out a bit

Villa Popi is right in the middle of Fira. You are close to the center of town where you can shop, eat and see a beautiful sunset and its all a short walk away. The bus stop is right down the road. Where you can hop on a bus to all the beaches and other little towns . Great place to stay for the money.

Helpful staff member and free ferry shuttle ... we didn't pay 20 Euros either!

Airconditioning unit remote not working, dirty quilt, no tea or coffee facilities or water in room

    Not really

I will never recommend this place to anybody. First, we asked for the pick-up service from the port in advance but they didn't answer back. I contacted several times included and finally got the answer that shuttle bus would be served only 11:25am so wait for it or get local buses. The driver(owner) camed after 10min after I've called because he wasn't there on time. And he told us just wait for 15 min for anothet ferry and we left 1hour later all together after two other ferries arrived. Bring-back service to the port was also not served because the last chance was served only 5pm on the day. It was written information that pick-up service is available between 11am to 8pm. But 8pm is only to the air port. No option, no help, no deal. The driver(owner) yelled at me that we should get the bus if we want to go to the port around 8pm. Second, we booked the triple beds room but they gave us double bed room with extra bed(seemed like almost brocken) with same money. They didn't apologize at all and just said it was system error and over booking. There were no triple bed room anymore and other customers also got the room with a double bed and two extra beds. They finally changed the room after a night but we had to argue with them several times to get it. Horrible breakfast, they served the same quality and same menu everyday. No eggs, fruits at all. Wifi is horrible, either. No signal in othet areas only at the reception and often broke the signal. Hardly use it even at a day or a night whenever. +Dirty towels They ran their property using less money and in their convenince. They need to invest more money and learn about the service.

It is close to the center of Fira. Good price for the location. The young lady at the reception is very nice. The family room is large. The child liked the swimming pool. The owner arranged a free transportation to take us to the port.

We booked a family room a couple of months earlier. However, the room was not available for the first night. The hotel is not at the street. You need to clime many steep stairs. Wifi is only available at the public area.

The aparment was a 5min walk to the square and 10min walk to the main bus stop. The villa is located in a quiet area. The room was cleaned each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The double room was very small. The WiFi signal was very weak upstairs in the room. There was no shower curtain but the bathroom was cleaned each day so it was OK.

location was very close to fira town centre, had view to the ocean. the woman manager was doing her best to help, and we chose to stay simply because of the location.

the place was run down, seriously broken light fittings above bed. doors windows cracked and falling apart. bathroom had smell coming from drains. and the breakfast was bread, ham and coffee. they need to spend some money and tidy the place up. also wifi very poor had been that way for months manager tells me, why?

This was clean neat tidy. Very basic with a fridge. Very close to Town Square and shopping. Didn't have the Caldera view but a Sea view.

Quite a few steps to the hotel but that would be the same with most Hotels in Fira.
