The owner was very friendly and accomodating. The room was pretty clean, and the towels were changed daily. There is plenty of room to park your car and many rooms have views towards the sea (non-caldera side.) The distance. A very steep uphill climb, in the heat, it was about 20 mins just to the main square. It is about 15mins downhill, but coming back at night from Fira, there is no pavement and no lighting for half of the walk which is pretty dangerous. The location shown on the map on booking.com was not correct. Breakfast was the poorest we had on our trip in Greece, and the bathroom the smallest and oldest (during which we stayed at 7 hotels of similar price range.) WiFi was free, but only available in the reception and the staff was always smoking. |

Very friendly and helpful people. Plenty of space in the room. A little out from centre of town but good value for money. There were a number of small things that needed fixing in the room. Very small bathroom but this seems to be the norm in this type of hotel price range. |

The staff are very warm and welcoming. It looked like it was renovated recently,but it could still do with lot of TLC.Especially the bathrooms, too tiny and no hot water.It is difficult to find the hotel ,so it would be better for the hotel staff to pick you up at the port,which they do. |

The room was great for our family. The people who own it were friendly and nothing was any trouble to sort out or find out for us. Excellent cleanliness, beds changed everyday, new towels, clean from top to bottom. Lovely pool. Fridge and air con in room. Definately will go again! |

We are feel like our home.We make the best choise to santorini.The Service and the facillities of villa romantic is excellent.The hotel also with the rooms is very comfort.We have private balcony with great view to the swimming pool and sea.Everything is perfect. |

This is a lovely relaxing hotel, the owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. They even sent us flowers on our wedding day - even though we had moved to the hotel we were getting married at! Highly recommended if you don't mind a good walk into town but Kosmas is usually always there to give you a lift! |

friendly family run hotel, the hotel is nice with clean and comfortable rooms and a swimming pool. it's a bit out of fira in a relaxing environment. the breakfast could have offered more choice, and the hotel is still 15 minute uphill walk from fira, a scooter or other mode of transportation is recommended |

We are group 7 persons and stay at Villa Romantic 2 weeks(14 days).We are very excited with that place.We saw now some other customer reviews and with that people are stay the same days at the hotel.Them reviews are posted already and I dont know why they put that score to the place and not write something nice.The staff is excellent,the hotel is very clean and the location is great. Nothing bad.I recomended with close eyes to everybody. |

We are stop only for one night in santorini and we chosse villa romantic hotel because is family place and has very nice own people.Some of our friends recomended to us and without mind we choose that place.Our friends is right for all that they told us.The hotel is very clean and excited view for our private balcony. The staff kosmas and katerina is very kindness and helpfull. |

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to get us to and from the Port, Airport and town, even thought it was only a 10 min walk. Clean and friendly, felt very comfortable sitting downstairs talking to other guests or asking for information and directions from Katarina and Kosmos, but were delightful. Breakfast would have been nicer if there was yogurt instead of cake and cookies or an option of toast. |
