Порядок проживания в Отеле

Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции за 21 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции за 14 суток до даты заезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
В случае аннуляции за 1 сутки до даты заезда взимается 50 процентов от стоимости всех ночей проживания
В случае незаезда взимается полная стоимость заказа .
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается 20 % от стоимости номера за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.
Принимаемые кредитные карты

Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.

Чисто, просторно, неплохой дизайн и декорирование, цветы, красивый вид на противоположную от Фиры сторону острова. Поправить обозначение на карте. Из-за того, что отель неправильно указан на карте (нарушен масштаб), создается впечатление, что находится рядом с центром, на самом деле, не менее 15 минут пешком от окраины Фиры. Это неприятно разочаровывает. |

Between from a lot hotels in santorini,Villa Romantic is the best thats why we choose that place.Has everything you need(service excellent,staff very helpfull,facilities perfect),and all that with the best rate.Kosmas the onwer try very hard to give feel like your home.We are stay again to villa romantic after back to santorini. Nothing bad.The only question is why some other customer write some not good things for that place.Is the best hotel with everything.Is very clean and all the rooms has private balcony with sea and swimming pool view.Other hotel you dont find with that rate all that facilities,you must pay a lot money for all that.I Recomended that hotel to everybody. |

Went out of their way - picked as up at airport and dropped us at port again at no extra cost. Helped with area info & tours etc. A 10 - 15 min walk to town.Suggest you hire quadbikes or scooter while you're staying there. Shower a bit small. |

Great location to Fira. 10-15 minute walk. Clean. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Free shuttle pick up and drop off. The walk up to the town is a bit dangerous at night because the road is narrow and there aren't any footpaths. |

Perfect value for money.With that money we are pay we have a lot.Never at the world you dont have all that.Breakfast ecxellent with very clean also rooms.The staff very helpfull and kindness.The location is perfect also.I dont know why some customer reviews write for the location not so good.Why that customer dont try another hotel to stay for the first time and choose villa romantic.But i know why they choose villa romantic,because is has the best reviews at the island and perfect value for money.Villa romantic place has everything excellent, maybe some customer is crazy and they dont happy with nothing.Kosmas and his mother owner of the hotel is try to hard to make you feel like home. |

Hotel staff were very helpfull, and the hotel is good value for money The bathrooms are the smallest in the world (the toilet is partly in the shower area), and breakfast was bread and jam only. |

Very warm and friendly owners. Owner's son collected us from the airport and even ferried us back, for free! Mama (the owner), showed us all the good places to go to in Santorini and was always pleasant and friendly. Villa had a very nice swimming pool and fast wi-fi. You had to walk uphill from the hotel to Fira town centre, an arduous 15 minute steep walk where you had to constantly watch the curving road as fast-moving cars and buses(!) do not slow down at all when they see you. |

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice swimming pool area. This hotel really would be idyllic if it were in a better, quieter location! This place feels a long way out of town. It's about a 15 minute walk, which isn't too bad, but it's uphill going into town (not pleasant on a hot day), and it really feels like being in the countryside (no streetlights for walking back at night). It was also too noisy for us - it's on a bend in the road, so cars go by even at night. Along with the donkeys next door that jingled their bells all night, and the cockrels in the morning, we really did not sleep well. |

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very nice, free parking, free shuttle to the port (at 22:00 pm), good swimming pool We took some time to find the hotel, it is not at the center but close to walk. |

Nice clean comfortable accommodation. Friendly owner who did everything to make our stay pleasant. We were picked up at airport and also dropped off at port when we departed. Location was not ideal 20 minute uphill walk into centre of Fira. Howe ver, walk is managable. |

Excellent,everything. We stay again to that hotel but for more days because we are stay only one day,because we are not has a lot time.I thought that nobody has any problem or not like something to that hotel.You have everything(private balcony with sea view,swimmining pool,breakfast,free transfer,great location and amazing helpfull staff.Some customer maybe not be very huppy with nothing but to have that service you must pay and put your hand deep to your wallet.Villa Romantic is give you all that with perfect rates. |

We found the family (Katerina and Kosmas) to be extremley helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help in any way the could. The rooms were cleaned and linen changed every day. Kosmas also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport at no extra charge and was on hand for any information we required. The only thing was the location, it is a 15 minute walk into the centre of Fira with no foot paths and there are no street lights if you wanted to walk into town at night. |
