The room with balcony (complete with chairs and table) was excellent and better than most studios we stayed in during the previous 20 days on Crete. Everything worked well in the room and the attached bathroom was of more than adequate size and of a high standard. The rate of E35 per night was very reasonable for a middle of October booking. Provision of free internet and a communal kitchen was very useful for us although we noted that some lazy guests did not attempt to wash their own dishes. The road noise at night was noticeable (but tolerable) the studios being located between the busy main road through Fira (50 metres approx) and a suburban street, The close proximity to the bus and taxi station area did not pose any noise problems. Being adjacent to the bus station after the trip from the ferry terminal is a bonus as is the short walk to the facilities of Fira township. |

the room is very cleaning, most like new decorated. very near to to bus stop, and also not far from the cliff side of Fira. Position is convenience. The hotel owner is very kind to us. Many traveler prefer to go to his hotel. cable internet available, no wifi. No double room (big bed) during my stay. Shower hook broken, can not be repaired in time. |

It was central to everything we needed. It was in the heart of Fira and we hired a quad bike which took us to other spots on the island. The fridge leaked and the air conditioning leaked down the wall causing puddles which the proprietor fixed immediately. Then the drain in the shower caused a blockage in the floor drain in the bathroom causing it to flood but the proprietor came immediately and used a plunger to fix that too. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay. |

Good location just near to central bus station in Fira; Room is big and clean with a balcony and also good room service. No shower gel or shampoo provided (seems all hostels on the santorini island don't provide such items) |

Proximity to city centre and transport, free internet, common room facilities, bathroom was great. Pool was tiny and had no water in it, were not informed of facilities in common room when we arrived - had to ask for internet and found out then. |

We stayed there on a mother/daughter trip and had a great time. The hotel is very clean, staff was wonderful, and the location can't be beat. The convenience to the bus, the caldera, and main square was just perfect. We definitely recommend staying at Villa Roussa! |

The room was nice enough when we finally got our room and the hotel was central, although it was in quite a dirty area. When we called to ask if we could be collected from the port we were told to catch the local bus and when we finally arrived they had double booked our room which meant we had to walk along some dark and dirty allyways for a further 5mins and stay in another hotel for the night. The jaccuzzi was also empty and the sunloungers were falling apart. |

Great location (5 min walk from the town "centre" and right next to the taxi/bus station), clean and comfortable! Staff were very friendly and helpful too! Unfortunately there was no pool (only a small roof-top spa)! |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The owner, Peter, was very welcoming and even gave us a ride to the airport after our stay! The location is very convenient (right in the heart of things) even though it lacks the views of the caldera and the Fira mountainside. I would gladly stay here again. |

The manager was very pleasant and gave useful info about where to find things. He even picked me up at the airport and took me to the port the next day without charge, even though I just stayed for one night on my way to visit family on Naxos. I have already booked my sister in next week! |
