location everything else. Water from AC dripping to a small bucket below for the whole night. could not sleep at all because of the noise of dripping water. Deadly beaten towels, look dirty. do not know why it has so many good reviews... |

Simple but comfortable place at the very center of Fira, next to the bus station. I found a full ash tray in the drawer of my room upon departure. That's why I was feeling that cigarette smell throughout stay. |

It was very close to everything. Bars, buses and shops! Our shower was broken, but the hotel staff were happy to fix it. |

Fabulous location in Fira next to the bus stop and taxi stand. Very easy access compared to many hotels in Santorini. Great with kids since there where no steps. The owners were super friendly and helpful and even picked us up from the port after our ferry was 1 1/2 hours late. They gave us great restaurant recommendations - Mama's House Restaurant next to the hotel on the main road - delicious food and Mama is great! This hotel is a perfect location if you are planning to be out exploring the island all day and need a nice convenient room with great airconditioning to return to in the evening. There is a fridge in the room and the bathroom was nice and large. We would certainly stay here again. |

This hotel was fantastic value for money considering you were 30 metres from the taxi rank and 50 metres to a bus depot but couldn't hear a thing and a 2 min. walk to the heart of Fira. Rooms were clean, internet cable connection was fast and relaible and Petros was a great help in assisting us. |

I wanted to use the local bus when exploring the island, and so I chose to stay in Villa Roussa as it located very close to the bus station. I also like the fact that it is just across the Museum of Prehistoric Thira as I wanted to visit the museum in the morning just before I caught the ferry ride back to Athens. The counter staff are friendly and easy-going people. Special thanks go to Petro (hope I got the spelling right) for his warm welcome and kind gestures. I was very glad when I found out that the hotel provides a PC with complimentary use of internet connection. I'm sure that this is something that other guests are thankful for as well! I stayed in one of the rooms on the ground floor; flies (they look like fruit flies) were flying in from the bathroom window. I couldn't close the bathroom window because the bathroom has a smell and needs to be aired. The hotel was fully booked so it was not possible to get another room. Overall, it was all quite bearable. |

Good location next to bus station with buses to the beach and the picturesque Oia, walking distance to city center and old port, great little hotel overall. The reception was not open when we got there so we had to wait |

Staff was welcoming and was contactable when needed. Easy access to transport, parking and Thira town. The air conditioner was dripping and making loud noises through the night, contacted hotel staff but was told it wasn't broken and only provided a bucket for the leak. |

The hotel is next to the Fira bus station but not noisy at all. It is close to everything. The room is clean with ac and fridge. There is a kitchen on the lower level with kettle and coffee maker stuff. You can make yourself a simple breakfast. Peter, the owner is friendly and helpful. He helped us to rent a car at very reasonable price. |

We couldn't have asked for more. When we booked the room we were a little uncertain as to where it was going to be located and how things were going to work on Santorini. We could not have chosen better. Very reasonably priced. Nothing. This is not a luxury hotel, it is a nice clean room, a homey and clean bathroom, with an amazingly supportive staff and a great location - all at a great price. If anyone complains there is a good chance that they had their expectations set wrong. |

The staff are excellent and really friendly. When we just arrived, she gave us detailed introduction about Fira. suggest nice restaurant to go. When we left Fira, the owner was very kind to give us a lift to airport. The location was excellent, right behind the bus station and half mins to Fira centre. |
