Villa Teozenia  

Everything including the staff was fine, but you did have to have a mode of transport to get to the villa. As my wife and are in our 60s due to my own research it was evident that a car was required. This added to the price of the holiday

I think the fact that we had to ask for a kettle was not the best of starts whilst the apartment was very clean things that are now required the likes of a kettle also a toaster and a hairdryer would not go a miss.

The rooms are very clean and the villa is located in a garden, away from the noisy road. The staff was very friendly, made us feel like at home. They were very careful with our child and us and they also bought him a present. Very nice, I will recommend this villa to everybody. We spent 2 lovely weeks there and were sad to leave but we feel that we have gained two friends: Teo and his father George, the owners of Teozenia.

There were no unpleasant events.

Very relaxing location surrounded by green woods!

The shower not very confortable because of the plastic courtain and water spilling everywhere in the bathroom! As Italian I missed bidet very very much!!! Problematic to throw used toilet paper in a container because of water closet drainage!

The apartment for 4 persons was very pleasant and spacy, we especially liked large separate dinning room with kitchen, dinner table and small coffee table + balcony with table and chairs. There was also an airconditioner in each bedroom. The staff was very polite and friendly, the room was cleaned every day and the sheets and towels changed al the time. There was an extra balcony usefull for drying the clothes and towels. A lot of parking space available and WiFi Internet. A nice view to the sea from our apartment. Excellent location for people who travel by car or motorbike and use the apartments as the base for visiting all parts of the island. The beach nearest to the apartments may also be reached on foot downhill. Bread, butter, jam, coffee or some other stuff if you prefer is left in the apartment every day for tommorow's breakfast. All in all, very pleasant experience. We recommend it!

Very nice and friendly owners. Peaceful place and still close to the local beach and the town. Nice place for vacarion.

Warm welcome Friendly staff Comfortable room Good location: calm, close to the local beach (10 minutes walk), 15 minutes drive to Skiathos town, close to the bus stop for the main bus line from Skiathos town to Koukounaries NB: The villa is up on a hill (really up!) but the view is great and it is very peaceful. If you rent a car or a scooter it is just perfect to be up there!

Fyi: If you are hungry in the morning, plan your own breakfast because what is included is only Nescafé or Tea with some rusks and butter and jam. Don't look for the place where the breakfast is served, there is none. The staff will put everything directly in your fridge/ closet.

We had a fabulous time and Teo was a wonderful host. He could not do enough to make our stay as perfect as possible - a complete gentleman, we cannot do enough to recommend him and his father for being the perfect hosts. I will say that TeoZenia is located at a top of a hill which is very steep for a short while - but the view when you get into your appartment is worth the climb!!! Two balcony's one off the main bedroom and one off the sitting room - both with views out over the bay to the islands.. Beautiful....

The climb up the hill was very steep - if you have any problems walking I would not recommend unless you have a car - however the climb to the appartments are worth it for the view we had. The shower is a hand held shower which one of our party wasn't too keen on - but it was fine for two of us.

Bellissima esperienza in villa TeoZenia, un incanto il panorama dalla terrazza. Perfetta la pulizia giornaliera ed ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Probabilmente eccezionale nei mesi estivi, vista la tranquillità del luogo. Da ammirare l ' impegno di Teo nella conduzione del giardino.

Приятный вид на море. Подальше от главной дороги - меньше шума, особенно ночью. Недалеко от пляжа (5-7 минут пешком. Подниматься, конечно, сложнее). Подъезд к вилле крутой, но довольно хороший. Комнаты чистые, с приватным балконом. Внимание и забота о нуждах гостей. В целом - прекрасное сочетание цены и качества. Все очень понравилось. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

это не минус отелю, а особенность местности, которую надо учитывать, если есть проблемы с передвижением - дороги с очень крутыми подъемами.

Appartamenti con ampie verande dove passare piacevoli serate in compagnia dei propri compagni di viaggio. Bella posizione della struttura sul pendio di una collina. Impagabile la cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari.

La struttura purtroppo soffre la presenza di alcuni brutti e fatiscenti edifici che sono intorno.

Complesso tranquillo e isolato, lontano dal traffico e dai suoni di Skiathos Town, posizionato alla cima di una collina sopra la baia di Achladies. La vista dal complesso è veramente splendida, si distingue perfettamente la città di Glossa a Skopelos. Studios molto spaziosi dotati di piccola cucina ed arredati in modo essenziale. Teo, il simpatico ragazzo ateniese che gestisce la proprietà assieme al padre, è di una gentilezza squisita, ci ha accompagnato la prima sera in città per cercare l'auto a noleggio oltre che accompagnarci e venirci a prendere al porto ed è disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente.

La piccola colazione consiste in fette biscottate burro marmellata e caffè lasciate nel frigorifero della camera; per chi ama la colazione abbondante occorre provvedere da sè. Letto un po' stretto in due, ci sarebbe il posto per un letto più ampio. Molte zanzare all'imbrunire ma ci sono solide zanzariere alle finestre Attenzione anche a non lasciare briciole di pane in giro, entrano delle formiche

η θέα του δωματίου η οποία συνδίαζε βουνό και θάλασσα γεγονός που οφείλεται στην τοποθεσία των κτισμάτων η οποία εκτείνεται πάνω σε λόφο οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πολλοί φιλικοί και διαθέσημοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν και να μας δώσουν πληροφορίες για το νησί και τα μέρη που μπορούμε να επισκεπτούμε

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, il personle gentile e disponibile pronto a risolvere ogni problema per garantirti una vacanza indimenticabile. Pick up e pulizie ottime, cambio biancheria e altre carinerie. Sono straordinarie. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e ottima posizione, fresca per riposare in tranquillità e silenziosissima con una vista mozzafiato. Questi appartamenti sono l'ideale per una vacanza a skiathos.

L'aria condizionata efficentissima e di ottima qualità è vincolata alla chiusura delle finestre di tutta la casa quindi poco flessibile se uno in camera la vuole e un altro in una differente stanza no. la doccia ha le tende, poco pratico.

Disponibilita' dei proprietari per essere accolti in aereoporto e riaccompagnati alla partenza. Diponibilita' dei proprietari nel fornire le indicazioni sia riguardo la posizione dell'hotel, sia riguardo spiagge, ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche dell'isola. Accoglienza assai cordiale all'arrivo in Villa Teozenia. Studios pulitissimo cui si accede facendo qualche gradino dal vialetto comune, con terrazzino compreso di tavolino bianco con sedie, filo per stendere e mollette, angolo cottura attrezzatissimo e nuovissimo, aria condizionata molto efficiente, zanzariere alle finestre (davvero indispensabili!), bagno immacolato. Esistenza e piena funzionalita' della connessione internet via free wi-fi, soprattutto all'aperto.

Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare in questo posto:si trova su una collina sempre piacevolmente ventilata a soli 4 Km dal paese e gode di una vista spettacolare sul mare: fare colazione al mattino era veramente molto gradevole!il posto è molto slenzioso:si avvertivano solamente cicale e uccellini con qualche avvistamento nel giardino stesso di lepri selvatiche. L'aria che si respira lì è veramente piacevole, tuttavia nei giorni più caldi abbiamo avuto la necessità di utilizzare l'aria condizionata di cui sono dotati gli appartamenti. Nonostante siano appartamenti, con nostro immenso stupore e piacere, venivamo riforniti di marmellate caffè e fette biscottate per la colazione ogni giorno, in più la pulizia del bagno tutti I giorni, il cambio degli asciugamani ogni 2 giorni e delle lenzuola ogni 3. Abbiamo viaggiato tanto, ma un trattamento così non ci era mai capitato di riceverlo. La conduzione è familiare e Teo, papà e mamma sono veramente cordiali, gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre sorridenti: COMPLIMENTI!Consigliamo a tutti, giovani, coppie, famiglie e gruppi di amici di soggiornare a Villa Teozenia!

Camera piena di comodità, Teo ed il padre di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, posizione ottima. Da tornarci!

Et godt sted å slappe av. Det ligger oppe i en skråning hvor det er fredelig. Hotellverten Teo er hyggelig og veldig hjelpsom. Ved avreise fikk vi beholde rommet til vi skulle dra uten ekstra kostnad. Rommet var rent og trivelig. Stranden Achladies ligger i nærheten og den er veldig fin.

Vi ville gjerne ha valgt ingen frokost.

1. το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλόξενο, ευγενικότατο, φιλικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. προσφέρεται δωρεάν μεταφορά από/προς το αεροδρόμιο της σκιάθου. 2. Τα διαμερίσματα καθαρίζονται σε καθημερινή βάση και οι πετσέτες αλλάζονται 2 φορές τη βδομάδα. 3. Τέλεια τοποθεσία για όσους αναζητούν την ηρεμία με πολλή ησυχία κυριολεκτικά μέσα στο καταπράσινο δάσος στις Αχλαδιές. Καταπληκτική θέα της γύρω περιοχής. Γρήγορη πρόσβαση προς τις δημοφιλέστερες παραλίες και όχι μόνο του νησιού (πχ οι παραλίες στις Κουκουναριές/Μπανάνα απέχουν μόνο 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο)

1. η μη ύπαρξη ζεστού νερού για ντους κατά τις μεσημβρινές και πολύ πρωϊνές ώρες. επίσης υπάρχει μόνο κουρτίνα γύρω από το ντους αντί γυάλινη ή πλαστική πόρτα με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει το δωμάτιο του μπάνιου με νερά. 2. Απαραίτητη η χρήση αυτοκινήτου για την πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα, λόγω του απότομου ανηφορικού τσιμεντομένιου ιδιωτικού δρόμου μήκους 300μέτρων. Το περπάτημα μέχρι τον κύριο δρόμο δεν συνίσταται σε οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά ή ηλικιωμένους. 3. Για το πρόγευμα παρέχονται συσκευασμένα καπηράκια, μαρμελαδίτσες, βουτηράκια και φακελάκια νεσκαφε/ζάχαρης. Θα πρέπει να γίνεται αγορά των απαραίτητων υλικών (πχ γάλατα, ψωμί, αλλαντικά, πόσιμο νερό κλπ) από τις τοπικές υπεραγορές.

Λανθασμένες πληροφορίες τοποθεσίας.Μακρινη απόσταση από την θάλασσα και οχι 300 μετρα.Αποτομος ανηφορικος δρόμος μήκους 400 μέτρων από τον κεντρικό δρόμο για τον οποίο χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο.Ηλικιωμενοι και μικρά παιδιά στην ουσία δεν μπορούν να το προσεγγίσουν μετά πόδια.Πρωινό δεν προσφέρεται αλλά στις πληροφορίες δεν διευκρινιζεται ( εκτός και αν τα βουτηρακια και οι μαρμελαδιτσες θεωρούνται Πρωινό).Ζεστο νερό δεν υπάρχει όλο το24ωρο.

πολύ καλή φιλοξενία, καθαρά δωμάτια εξοπλισμένα με ψυγείο, πιάτα, μαχαιροπίρουνα κλπ, ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρετικός, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία (αν έχεις μεταφορικό), σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο και στις παραλίες.

πολύ λιτό πρωινό (καφές και φρυγανιές με βούτυρο και μαρμελάδα).

Nu mi-a placut micul dejun care continea aceleasi produse zilnic: 1 pachetel de unt, 2 pachetele de gem, 1 pliculet ness sau un pliculet de ceai negru, 1 lapte condensat pentru cafea si 4 felii mici de paine prajita. Nu mi-a placut ca erau paienjeni in camera, ca mobila este veche si de nefolosit (sifonierul mirosea a vechi).

το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν ο περιορισμός της παροχής ζεστού νερού με αποτέλεσμα να μην παρέχεται η δυνατότητα ζεστού μπάνιου από τις 1100- 1800 και από τις 2400-0900. εξίσου σοβαρό πρόβλημα η περιορισμένη διάθεση υλικών "πρωινού". σχεδόν σε καθημερινή βάση θα έπρεπε να παρακαλάμε για ένα φακελάκι καφέ ή μια κουταλιά ελληνικού. τέλος η τιμή σε σχέση με τις παροχές ήταν απαράδεκτη. ούτε τα μισά δεν άξιζε.

Very nice apartments!! Worth to stay!! Nice location away from the noise of the town and very quiet!! In the middle of the island-main road.

Το προσωπικό-ιδιωκτήτες είναι εξυπηρετικότατοι και ευγενέστατοι. Ήσυχη διαμονή.Καθαριότητα.

Δεν υπάρχει ζεστό νερό όλο το 24ωρο.Το πρωινο περιλαμβάνει 2 φακ.καφέ,2 βουτυράκια,4 μαρμελάδές και φρυγανιές, δεν θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται σαν πρωινό.Το μπάνιο δεν είχε ντουζιέρα και πλημμύριζε με κάθε χρήση.Ο δρόμος απο τον κεντρικό είναι μια μεγάλη απότομη ανηφόρα, αποκλείεται η πρόσβαση σε πεζούς.Δεν υπάρχει τηλέφωνο στο δωμάτιο.
