The owner, Toula, is very nice and welcoming. She sat us down when we got there and explained everything about the whole island. The rooms were very cute, personally decorated. Fairly large with a refrigerator and large balcony. Breakfast was great. The shower needs a shower curtain to prevent the water from going all over the bathroom floor. |

Toula was more than helpful with transportation, directions, advice and anything else we needed. The shower/bathroom was a little small. |

The boss is a very kind lady. After she found we are a family with a child, she helped to merge the two single beds into one big bed and use a carpet to fill the gap between the two beds. She provide free fruit for my family in evening. My son liked this hotel. |

Very well looked after by Mrs Toula. She arranged for us to be picked up at airport and to be taken back again. By end of week felt as if we were part of her family. Room clean, hot water all the time (which is not usually the case in Greece), breakfast served until 12 o'clock so no pressure to get up early - exactly what you want while on holiday ! Nothing we didn't like but some variation on breakfast would have been welcome by the end of week although what we were served was very good. |

Internet access, location. The hotel is old and look like for backpacker to stay. Just a little better than the camping. No shampoo, hair dryer... |

Very welcoming. Good breakfast. Friendly Toula and her assistant. Its in the town central area and near to bus and shops and the walks. Bit difficult to find for a first timer. |

The location of hotel is excellent located centrally in Fira very close to transport, shopping and the caldera.The cleanliness and size of the rooms is excellent. The customer service offered by the hotel owners during our stay was brilliant.Toula and Nick are magnificent hosts and made our hotel stay even more enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Great value for money. |
