very near to main street in Fira (less than 5 mins walk), may not be easy to find on foot initially but taxis all know where it is. Miss Toula and her staff are very welcoming and helpful. The area feels quite safe and altho the gate is left open all the time (so technically anyone can walk into the compound) we had no problems with security travelling as two women. (We even accidentally left our door unlocked two nights in a row!) there are alot of cafes & restaurants within walking distance. These aren't things I didn't like just points to note so you know what to expect. The room is very basic and minimal in space - bed, bathroom, a small dresser, a small balcony if you're lucky. A mini fridge is also included, along with floor towels, bath towels and a hair dryer. The shower has no shower curtain so be prepared to get the floors wet! |

The owner Toula was very nice and helpful Bathroom is so tiny I actually had to put my legs in the shower when sitting on the toilette seat. My side of the bed was bent and I had to cling to my husband all night in order not to fall down |

Clean & quiet place to stay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Services are excellent. Convenient location - close to town and tourist site. I highly recommend this hostel. Should arrange transportation pickup between ferry & hotel with charge. |

Toula and Ellen (I think) both helped us to have a comfortable stay. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Helpful Internet and TV. The toilet and bath is a bit small and since there were no dividers in between, water was flowing everywhere in the WC. |

The toula's are awesome people. They make the stay wonderful. They are one of the most beautiful people I have met till now. The place is nice & comfortable & location is excellent. Breakfast is good & is more than a continental breakfast. We could hear the people in the next room talking loudly, having visitors & making out at 4 am. But guess thats more to do with the people next door than the villa |

the room is noisy where you can hear the next door people talking & it's really annoying. This hotel has neither sunset nor sunrise view. At this price, even there is a balcony, don't expect too much as you might get a view of other houses' backyard |

Our stay at Villa Toula was an all-around positive experience. The rooms were very nice and clean, and Toula was very helpful. She was there to greet us on arrival and gave fantastic advice about what to see and when. She gave a fantastic restaurant recommendation, and helped us to arrange a reasonably priced rental car. |

The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was very substantial and tasty. The room was small but clean, comfy and well provided. The location was very good, just five minute walk to the main action of Fira. They picked us up at the port and also took us to the airport the next day. It was classed as a hotel but really it was 'Rooms to Let'. The decor was too garish for our taste and there were minor problems like the loo seat was broken and a bulb didn't work. A shower curtain would have been helpful. |

I loved everything about staying at Villa Toula. Mrs Toula was the sweetest lady ever and did everything she could to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. The location was good (in Fira)--I highly recommend staying in Fira as opposed to one of the beach towns. She helped us rent a scooter for very cheap so that we could get to the beaches and around the island easily. The rooms were adorable, with brightly colored walls, and were very comfortable. On a few of the days, she left us little snacks in our room (fresh watermelon and pound cake) that we really appreciated. Overall, it was wonderful! |

Its central location makes it very easy for us to move around and plan our activities. Madame Toula is extremely friendly and helpful; almost all our queries got resolved by her effectively. The room is small, but clean and tidy - great value for what we paid. |

very nice breakfast, good value for money, extreme cordiality of the owner who left Melon and water melon in our fridge daily! not easy to find if you follow the directions on the site. When you arrive to the main square it is better if call them but they come and pick you up in no time |

We arrived really late, after the reception was closed, but even so they sent someone over to check us in. They also offered us beer and water upon our arrival. They were very welcoming. The location was also very good. It is a short, less then five minuet walk to the night life of Fira, and about the same to the shopping during the day. Even though it has a good location it is difficult to find when first arriving. It took us a substantial amount of time to find it. |

With stunning views to the volcanic island of Nea Kameni and Aegean Pelagos, this little hotel offers guests comfortable accommodation in a great location. |
Nectarios Villa is located in an enchanting landscape on the east side of Fira, a short distance from the central square. |
Our world-famous residence, situated a mere 30 metres from the most beautiful beach in Santorini: Perissa’s black sands, has been recommended by several travellers’ guides including Lonely Planet. |
Blue Sky Villa offers good value for money only 150 metres from the centre of Fira. Enjoy clean and comfortable accommodation near shops, restaurants, and the local bus terminal. |
