Villa Kavourakia

We suggest Villa Kavourakia to those that don't want to stay in the busy and noisy town of Skiathos, but don't want to be too far away from it. Kolios area is central and there from you can easily reach any side of the Island. If you don't plan to hire a motorbike or a car though and during your stay in Skiathos you want to move by bus, we don't recomend Villa Kavourakia since there's a 300 mt long upslope road to go from main street to the place, which might be annoying. On the other side, the distance from the main street keept us away from the continuos traffic noise which is awfull when you want to rest. We hired a quad (atp) wich was great to ride all along north dirt roads. Vk is a simple, nice and easy going family place ran by very nice and homy people and their cats : ) Lovely are the gardens, the surroundings and the wiev on Kolios bay. It's not a top comfort place, but of course is really quite cheap. Shall we get back to Skiathos we would go back to vk, cause we liked it and in order to go visiting our greek friends. Top daily cleanings. Recomended.

Villa kavourakia is located at the middle of the sandy beaches and the harbour so you are very close at the both of them. Also staying at villa kavourakia you are away from noisy places and that help me to relax. There is a great view from the balcony as at your right hand is the mountain and at the left one the great view of the sea. Also about the staff all i can say is that i was captivated from there kindness. Thank you Villa Kavourakia for a great week.

The room is quite large but has a small bath. The view is good (it's possible to see the sea). The staff is very kind and the room is cleaned every day. It's possible to cook by yourself, even if the kitchen isn't so large. Air conditionated in the room.

The bath is little. The position is not so bad but is quite distant from the town of skiathos, which can be also a good thing for tourist who don't like the rumours of the city.

Acces road a little bit difficult if you don't have a car.

dalla posizione della villa puoi raggiungere facilmente sia il lato est che l'ovest dell'isola, la camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni con il cambio degli asciugamani, lo staf molto cordiale e sempre ponto a consigli utili!

La vista mare è magnifica. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

η τοποθεσία -κοντά στις ομορφότερες παραλίες της σκιάθου. η εκπληκτική θέα από το μπαλκόνι του διαμερίσματός μας. ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι και φιλόζωοι ιδιοκτήτες. καθημερινή καθαριότητα δωματίων. ΄ανετοι χώροι με όλα τα απαραίτητα που κάνουν την διαμονή σου ευχάριστη.

vila are dotarile necesare unui sejur confortabil. Serviciul de curatenie este zilnic. Aerul conditionat este bine amplasat si eficient. Peisajul este de vis, terasa spre munte si terasa spre mare. Gradina vilei este autentica, tipica pentru o gospodarie greceasca: flori, smochini, legume, pini, bolta de vita de vie. Proprietarul vilei este prezent zilnic si supravegheaza bunul mers al activitatii. Sfaturile lui sunt foarte utile pentru cei veniti prima oara in Skiathos.

posizione unica ,vicinanza spiaggia di qualità, gestore gentilissimo, prezzo conveniente, stanza spaziosa, luminosa e fresca, fiori e piante di frutta dappertutto consigliatissimo

mancava la parabola e quindi solo programmi televisivi in greco
