The Villa has nice view and is very close to the amazing beach "Vromolimnos". However, I found the room extremely dirty and the the villa in general was abandoned without any recent renovations. Important to know that the villa is located in the mountain and the street is unpaved.

Nice view from the 2 bedrooms apt., air conditioning. you have to "climb" about 250 m from the mainroad on a unpaved road to reach the villa.

The location was excellent.Great view. You can watch the sunset with a romantic dinner. There is little part of the roud with no asfalt. When we arrived they try to give us the basment room even thou we have booked and paid for one with sea view.

I liked very much the family owners of the villa,they are really friendly people ad gladly to help you,they have a nice view to the sea, and a lot of flowers in the garden -A lot of ants in the room, the equipments in the kitchinette is old ,,as well as the bathroom , tv had only 3 greek programms

The apartment was comfortable and the owners were helpful. The view from the apartment was excellent. Signposting from the main road could be improved, as the accommodation was not easy to find. Also, the accommodation is at the end of a rough track. There is a scarcity of eating places in the immediate vicinity.

η καταπληκτική θέα, ιδιαίτερα από τα δωμάτια του πάνω ορόφου... ...η οποία ωστόσο δεν αρκεί για να καλύψει τις ελλείψεις των γερασμένων δωματίων. έπιπλα, είδη υγιεινής και εξοπλισμός κουζίνας ανήκουν σε άλλη εποχή και απαιτούν άμεση ανακαίνιση. αρκετά υπερκοστολογημένα δωμάτια, ακόμα και για τα δεδομένα της σκιάθου.

I proprietari della villa sono molto gentili.la vista panoramica dalle camere è fantastica.posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutte le spiagge dell'isola.abbiamo chiesto di poter fare il check out di pomeriggio,ci sono venuti incontro senza farci pagare nulla(anche perchè c'era disponibilità essendo finita l'alta stagione) Uscire la sera a piedi è difficoltoso perchè la strada che porta alla villa non ha luci.abbiamo voluto pagare con due giorni di anticipo e non sappiamo se sia stata una casualità,fatto sta che non ci hanno rifatto la camera per due giorni

Bon accueil et bon service;très belle vue sur la baie de Kolios; très bien situé sur l'ile de Skiathos, à proximité de belles plages pas surfréquentées et à 4 km de la ville pour passer la soirée ; arrêt de bus et supermaché à 150 m; voiture ou scooter obligatoire pour liberté de déplacement dans l'île. système de climatisation ne marche que si l'on est présent; pas de possibilité de rafraichir le studio par avance.(orientation plein ouest donc forte chaleur à partir de 15h..)

ήσυχη τοποθεσία, δροσερά, πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης, σχετικά κοντά στη χώρα. πολύ παλιά έπιπλα, οικοσυσκευές, παλιό και στενάχωρο μπάνιο. στις 4 μέρες που μείναμε δεν μας άλλαξαν ούτε μια φορά, τουλάχιστον, τις πετσέτες.
