Score from 100 reviews Very good
they kept our luggage in a storage room until 21:00 in the evening even the check in was 11:30 in the morning.
toilette was smelling bad the 2nd day of staying
Great central location, close to bakeries, Fanouris grill, restaurants, a laundry and a cafe. This year they added a nice little swimming pool. Excellent value for money!
The room and bathroom were very clean. The location wasn't bad, five mins walk to bus stop which takes you to southern parts. Fira is just 20 mins walking distance. The owner lady was very nice.
The walls are like papers, you hear literally everything. A big group of people were very loud in the garden and not warned. Wifi didn't work almost ever.
the owner offered a lift from the Airport to Villa pavlina. quite place good price for the very high priced island
the owner called us a taxi to go to the port which was highly over priced and the taxi Driver did not even drive us directly to the port but stopped at several more places to fetch other passengers. Far from Fira very simple and basic
Close to Fira. A cheap price and the room was good quality. Staff friendly and fairly helpful.
The website said a pick up and drop off service to the port but this did not happen. Difficult to find as the accommodation is in two locations.
Mrs. Pavlina is very kind! And the room is clean and beautiful. I feel really comfortable. And also there is a small swimming pool with quite surrounding.
You should walk about 20minutes from pira bus station.
Owner Pavlina was helpful. She and her son kindly drove us from port to hotel, and to airport also. Pricing is very reasonable. A small pool for kids is available in the site. The room was good enough. There are laundry shop and nice gyros restaurant nearby. Bus stop is not so far.
It will not be so easy to find out the location of the hotel if you visit by yourself for the first time, so it will be better to ask the owner to pick you up at port or airport. It is possible to walk from the hotel to Fira but takes about 20 minutes.
Wifi was great, appartment was decently furnished and clean. We stayed for 2 nights for 90 Euros, which was a very good price. The manager was kind and friendly, he said if we had called him, he would have come to airport to pick us up. We didnt know so we spent 30 Euros on a shuttle, which is pretty steep ! Everyone should try this Katerina's restaurant in Katerados area also, cheap and VERY tasty foods, around 8 to 12 Euros a dish, with a VERY exquisite local wine ! You would feel very safe in Santorini. Santorini was a really great vacation for me and my friends ... The property was very good
There was a kitchennete but kitchenware were missing. No dishes, no spoons, no pans. Those were provided to us upon request, but reluctantly. We were guided to stay in a different accomodation named Wisteria appartments. The manager claimed that the two properties were jointly administered by him and his wife.It was a little off the villages main road, about a 10 min walk. These were the only discomforts, and not to mention, not very bothering at all. I really liked my stay there !
Close to bus stop to Fira, port, airport, some main beaches. 20 minutes walk to Fira. Very friendly and helpful landlady (Pavlina). Swimming pool. Strong, free, internet Wi-Fi. Close to supermarket and excellent bakery.
Booked a 4 bed room but got a double room with 4 beds crammed into it. This made it very cramped. Directions to find the place were non-existent. Wrongly marked on Google Maps.
Great family. Great place especially compared to price of others right in town.
Having to walk down busy road to get to town. But it's very possible.
Lovely, charming place and the hostess is very nice and helpfull. Our room was clean with everything working as expected. Possible to bring your own breakfast and eat by one of the two tables in the court yard. Also small pool to be used. The best was the cosy and relaxed athmosphere. It had a proper "home-feel" to it.
Wifi fell out on a couple of occations, and on the last day we had no water - although these were not the hotels fault and we believe they did their best to sort it out. Location is nice with tavernas, bakery and bus-stop nearby, also an easy 15-min walk to the main town, Fira, but the closest beach, Monolithos, is over half an hour's walk away (all uphill on the way back) and it is not the nicest beach, located as it is close to the tomato factory. However, there are easy bus-connections to other beaches.
Close walk to fira town and decent walk to monolithos beach, nice and quiet to stay in!
-Ours room had a fridge, TV and air conditioning. -Hot water maker in request. -The swimming pool is being built.
-We were looking for glasses in the bathroom
Very good price/quality ratio. Free transfer from/to airport.
Not sufficient breakfast (no greek yogurt).
good price relative quit location transfer from port / to airport central position between port/airport/ Fira
smaller apartaments little equipment no kitchen
Everything!! Staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating, location was a 15 min walk from Thira, facilities were clean and spacious, wifi was great, and stay was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend!
The location is perfect. Only 20 minutes walk from Fira, but off in a quiet village with nice and cheap restaurants. It's extremely beautiful, behind a church. The lady Pavlina is very nice. We flew in late so we had to take a taxi in. But Pavlina said tha she had sent somebody to pick us up at the airport. Too bad that we missed it. Best hotel, and super nice when the island is not sunk by tourists.
Nice stuff Great value of money
Nice clean quiet place. It was so nice to be picked up and delivered to the ferry.
Walking down the highway to town.
Pavlina was so friendly and helpful even though we arrived there at 1.30 in the morning. So neat and simple, good location, a bit far away from Fira, but often local buses and the ATV we hired made up for it. Quiet and comparatively a cheap area though.
We were provided with free transfers, to and fro, the port. Good value for money. Located close to the bus stop.
Early in the morning, there were bells ringing very loudly. The internet wifi wasn't very stable.
This was an incredible place. We stayed a week and we couldn't have picked a better place. Great location, convenience stores, laundry, restaurants and excellent Cretan bakery really close. 10 min max walk to Fira. However the thing that was most impressive was Pavlina herself. She was so welcoming and went out of her way to help us. Thank you!
Owners were friendly and helpful. Price was a great deal - and a short walk to Fira. Pickup from airport and dropoff to ferry was smooth.
Everything was wonderful!
