The owner couple are very friendly. The rooms are clean. The room rental is very reasonable.

Relatively close to harbour, owners outstandingly nice and helpful, quiet, nice setting, very clean.

Althought not said at first, the hotel take us to the port by car

On the second day the hotel didnt cleaned our room. During the night there was no hot water. They dont give any toilet suplies, like toilet paper for example.

The owner Miss Pavlina is very hospitality, she even show me the map of Santorini and tell me where to take buses and where to eat when I checked in, the view from my room is amazing and the place is quiet. Although the location is a little bit far from Fira town, but the warmly service and the hospitality of Miss Pavlina compensate everything, u definitly could not find any other place cheaper than here while with this fine service.

Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect in Santorini.

I really enjoyed staying at Villa Pavlina. It’s ideally situated 10 mn walk from Fira. The good point about this is that you get a number of good and cheap restaurants around, as well as a big supermarket. Beach is 20-25 mn away, a cool walk if you enjoy exercising (5 mn by quad). The hotel is extremely clean, and has been completely renovated this winter. Rooms are very cosy and have a fridge and a balcony with a nice view on part of Karterados Village and the sea. And the place is so, so quiet! The owners, Pavlina and Nikos are really cool people, always ready to help. Really the best quality/price of everything I've tried in Santorini. I would definitely recommend this place.

Villa Pavlina is owned by the lovely Pavlina, who does not speak much English but very warm and kind to pick us up from the Central Bus Station in Fira for free. The room is very clean and spacious with good facilities. Absolutely great value of money!

The shower water is nice and warm but there is no shower curtain in our room. The bathroom was so wet after we took the shower. The location of this hotel is a lie. It is not in Fira but a place called Karterados, which is close to Fira. It took a long time to walk to Fira from the hotel and 5 mins to the bus station in Karterados. The bus runs every 15 mins and took less than 5 mins to the town of Fira. It is overall a nice hotel and the location is a con.

Nice accomadation in a quiet location within a short walk of the centre of Fira. Very friendly, helpful and accomadating. Would recommend Villa Pavlina to anyone.

Dificil encontrar. Quando cheguei estava fechado, tive que bater na casa vizinha e pedir para telefonar.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, la signora Pavlina è disponibilissima a dare informazioni e consigliare sui posti da andare a vedere, è venuta a prenderci all'aeroporto e si è offerta ad accompagnarci il giorno della partenza nonostante l'orario fosse stato molto presto! Struttura vicina a tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno: bar per fare ottime colazioni, rent car per noleggiare motorini o quad, fermata del bus e un favolosa panetteria!!! Lo consiglio a tutti!! Grazie Pavlina per la tua ospitalità! Kalimera!

Hotel tranquillo, distante un paio di km da Firà, nella frazione di Karterados, per accedervi bisogna attraversare una dedalo di viuzze, e l'indicazione non è presente sulla strada principale, ma potete chiedere informazione in loco, a me un gentilissimo gestore di un altro hotel ha chiamato direttamente I proprietari di Villa Pavlina che mi sono venuti incontro per strada. La struttura è pulita, semplice, e allegra, le foto sono conformi alla realtà, il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, se si cercano maggiori confort bisogna andare altrove, ma per I giovani e per chi si dedica al mare è cerca un buon posto letto l'hotel è consigliatissimo, nella mia stanza era presente aria condizionata, tv e anche un piccolo frigo molto utile; la famiglia che lo gestisce si è dimostrata gentilissima nel fornirci indicazioni sull'isola, e nel soddisfare le nostre richieste, tipo visitare la chiesetta accanto di cui custodiscono le chiavi; in servizio della camera è buono, le asciugamani vengono cambiate regolarmente, ed il wi-fi perfettamente funzionante. Vicino l'hotel, nella strada principale si trovano numerosi market, panifici, ristoranti e rent-car con ottimi prezzi.

Ottima la posizione per raggiungere qualsiasi zona dell'isola (10 minuti a piedi da Fira) e in zona bene servita (minimarket, rent scooter-auto, ristoranti e forno). Panorama grazioso e tipicamente greco si trova sotto una piccola chiesa con campanile) Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camera pulita e bucato sempre fresco. Personale (a gestione famigliare) sempre gentile accogliente e dispobibile. Ci hanno perfino accompagnato al porto quando abbiamo perso l'autobus e non tovavamo taxi liberi!!

φιλοξενοι και ακρωσ περιποιητικοι! μασ πηραν απο το αεροδρομιο οταν φτασαμε και μασ πηγαν στο λιμανι οταν φευγαμε για να συνεχισουμε σε αλλο νησι τισ διακοπεσ μασ εντελοσ δωρεαν! ηταν καθαρο και σε ησυχο μεροσ μακρια απο το κεντρο του νησιου αλλα 5 λεπτα με το αυτοκινητο η 20 λεπτα με τα ποδια! πολυ καλο σε σχεση παντα με την τιμη! το επιλεξαμε για κατι οικονομικο και οχι για κατι ανετο - ρομαντικο!

τα δωματια του εισογιου ειχαν λιγο υγρασια και δεν ειχαν ουτε μπαλκονι αλλα ουτε και παραθυρο.... ηταν σχετικα μικρο και λιγο αποπνηκτικο...

La colazione non è male, ma non è a buffet, ma è sufficente ( caffe/te + latte + fetta di torta + succo di frutta + pane con burro7marmellata)

- ungünstige Lage: Karterados ist ein Vorort von Santorini's Hauptort Firá. Zu Fuss ist's fast zu weit, es hält allerdings ein Bus in der Nähe, der 1-2 mal pro Stunde nach Firá fährt. Wer's ruhig und zurückgezogen mag, fühlt sich hier wohl.

Madame Pavlina est très accueillant et disponible, toujours prête à vous aider. L’hôtel est situé à 20 minutes à pied de Fira. L'hôtel est extrêmement propre et agréable. Les chambres disposent d'un réfrigérateur et d'un balcon. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. A recommander.

Le matelas n'était pas bon et doit être changé.

A 10 minuti di cammino da Fira, la struttura si trova in un intrico di vicoletti, nelle adiacenze di una bellissima chiesa. Il paesino, limitrofo a Fira, di per sè non è granché, ma offre la possibiltà di usufruire di tutti I negozi: noleggio auto e moto, agenzie, ristoranti, alimentari, .... Eccellente il forno, che sta di fronte all'imbocco del vicolo. I proprietari ci sono venuti a prendere al porto e l'indomani ci hanno accompagnato all'aeroporto gratuitamente, nonostante ci siamo fermati solo una notte e ci fossimo proposti di pagargli il disturbo. Le camere non sono spaziose, ma sono ordinate e pulite. Piacevole lo spazio antistante, con panche, tavoli e ombrelloni

Die Lage ist ganz gut. In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht, sogar ein LIDL! Man kommt überall recht schnell hin und die Mitarbeiter - ein kleiner Familienbetrieb - sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Zimmer wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt, alles ordentlich gewesen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Abholservice vom Hafen! Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank standen ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung!

Der Kleiderschrank hat leider unsere Klamotten so verschmutzt, dass wir diese nicht mehr Tragen konnten! Die Räumlichkeiten sind recht klein und extrem hellhörig, man meint, der Nachbar wäre bei einem selbst im Bad... Wlan ist äußerst langsam und man kann kaum richtig surfen, reicht aber zum Mails checken.
