Rena's Suites  

The staff were incredible, so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. It's very clean, delicious food and very close to the town centre. I would highly recommend Rena's Suites to anyone looking for a special luxurious holiday at a reasonable price.

The room of superior suite was very small.There was neither sofa nor chair. Every time we took a shower, water leaked from the shower booth.

We liked everything, The Staff were Friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The Suites were clean and the linen cotton White and clean. The bathroom almost luxuriously so. The breakfast's simple but delicious and eggs cooked while you waited. We hired Quad bikes that were organised for us in quick time, and suggestions made as to the best attractions the Island had to offer with maps provided. The pool ares was delightful, clean and towels a plenty. On the whole and excellent stay..

Rooms on the small side and with the building being "poured concrete" noise travels very easily.

The service was awesom! Nicko, the manager, was very nice and helpful. He provided very detailed travel/sightseeing information and tips! Airport pick up service definately made our check-in easy and saved lots time. Breakfast by the nice pool was so relaxed. Housekeeping services was great. Room is ok size and very new and cozy (renovated in 2012). It's definately a 5 star class hotel and services. Highly recommended !!!

Rooms very small with no drawer storage

The service was outstanding! Nicko was too good to be true! From the minute we arrived till the minute we left he made us feel very welcome and provided us with 5 star service!!!!! The bar staff and cleaning staff were also excellent. They cleaned our room twice a day. We recommend this place for honeymooners, singles, families. It's only 5 min walk to city centre. Breakfast was excellent, custom made eggs and frappes, how ever you like and delivered by the bar staff to your poolside seat. Breakfast also included Greek and continental options. Good views by the pool. We loves it so much that we wanted to stay longer.

Everything! The entire staff was wonderful and very hospitable. The daily breakfast was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent situation from town, walking distance.Pick-up from Port well organized. Rooms comfortable, clean. Nikko.. is always ready to help guide reservation etc..Quiet after a nice day of visits.

They can pick me up when I was off ship. Quite great in value for money very clean great view and nice cute swimming pool. Really good for giving me travel information friendly staff

I wanna know weather there are post offoce in Oia.The staff told me that there is post office only in fira.So I decide to buy all my stamps in this hotel and send all my postcard in fira.But In fact there is post office in Oia,I don't know why he lie to me

Excellent place to stay in Santorini!! It located near the centre and bus station of Fira. Rooms are big and clean. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They even provide free pick up services from airport and port.

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the manager (Nico). Very nice breakfast and close to everything. Nice view of sea from our balcony.

We had a great time here, Nico the guy at the reception was very helpful & friendly. It's very close to Main Street Fira which has shops, restaurants, bars etc. by walk it may take you about 10 mins. But, if you hire a car you can drive to the black, red & white beach and in the evening you must go by 5pm to Oia which has the best sunset view. The volcan tours start in the morning around 11am and the tour takes about 3 hours with the trip to the hot spring . So this hotels location was ideal to have a bit of everything in Santorini :)

Map on website not too helpful - it's farther from the bus station than it is represented. They are quick to pick-up when called though.

Renovated to look like brand new. The hotel room is spacious,well equipped and the bath room is nice with advanced shower facility. My room balcony has a great view, we slept very well and woke up to be served with nice & hot breakfast. More importantly, the hotel manager Nico is passionately service oriented. He even sent us to the airport. Every day he checked to make sure every aspect of our stay is pleasant. This hotel exceeded my price/ performance expectation. It should be rated as a "4" star property.

We loved the hotel. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Internet connection is almost impossible in rooms.

The newly renovated hotel is really value of money and not very far from town. The manager Nikos is extremely helpful in helping us in planning our trips and make our stay in Santorini a memorable one!

We Young adults from Kuwait and we were celebrating our marriage in this journey we enjoyed because the site is very beautiful and distinctive service and when we ask for any development in the service was and quickly gets the staff are friendly and interested residents and caregivers enjoyed breakfast and was on the taste and asked

A fresh and exceptionally clean establishment. The staff, especially Nikos, were extremely helpful in making my visit to Fira as pleasant as possible. I will certainly return and highly recommend Rena's suites. Well done!

Location close to main town thira walking 5 mins. Close to central bus stop. The warmth and friendliness of all staff. Renas transport available to and from port. The willingness to look after customers needs.
