The free rental car (even if beat-up), the computer in room with free internet, the ride from and to ferry/airport, the pool, the kitchen well equipped. Nice loft. Located in the countryside, you need a car for shopping/beach. The bed was very noisy. |

The building itself and the cleaner was very friendly and polite. When we arrived we were taken to Villa Apartments and not Villa the birds. Our request for a sea view room with balcony was not met and only after speaking to the manager were we moved. We were advised that Booking.com has not communicated our request. |

The location was good and not too far from the beach.Small but nice pool.Large rooms and outside areas.The internet was handy.The transfers to the airport.Free air conditioning and free car.Very good value for money. Rooms cleaned every day and clean towels every day. Lack of contact with the owners.We only saw the cleaner.We missed the personel touch that you normally get in Greece. |

Free individual Internet in our rooms, pickup and drop off from airport More isolated than we had expected. Extra charge of $3 per person per day on check out, but the convenience of being picked up and delivered from the airport was more important than disputing this. |

The pool was very quiet and hardly used. The beach was not far and it was nice being served breakfast by the pool each morning. Also, transport to the port and airport was convenient. We were unaware of the free pick-up from the airport until we arrived at the hotel by bus, which took us about an hour because of the bus schedule. Also, hotel desk was hard to locate. |

The location of the hotel was very good. Close to the beach and town where you could go out to restaurants and bars. The bus stop was also close so one could get into the capital town, Fira quite conveniently. On arriving at the villa there was a a Greek number to call to inform them of our arrival. Someone showed up after 5 minutes. The room was very disappointing. The size of the room for the price was not worth it. There were 3 of us staying there and were only 2 sets of towels. We had to walk over to the town to get them to send the towels as this was the point of correspondence. The bathroom flooded easily and made it uncomfortable for the next 2 people to shower. The winding staircase was very dangerous and my friend fell over and broke her toe. Breakfast was very disappointing, consisting of bread, butter and jam. Canned peaches and orange squash. We asked for the peaches and juice to be excluded from the breakfast. |

The shower was broken. There was no rug for the bathroom floor. The glasses for us in the bathroom were not washed for months. The blanket was not big enough for 2 people. After we complained on the second day, they fixed some of the things for us. The info on booking.com says there is wireless internet, but there is none, wired or wireless, which they could not fix. The rate we paid was 120 Euros per night. It was really a rip-off. |

The Villa itself was So charming. Anna, the receptionist saw that we had an awful day and looked after us, gave us a free transfer to the port, The pool was great, the hotel was quiet, short walk to the beach/restaurants. EXCELLENT value for money - even during high season. The breakfast was a little disappointing. |

We booked a 4people apartment and the give us a 3people apartment, so it was annoying. We only stay one night there. It was so far away from Perissa center town, no light on the road at night. |

The villa was in a fairly good location and there was a very nice view from the balcony. There was no poolside bar or music so no atmosphere around the pool at all. |

Very clean, nice pool, the breakfast was lovely, but it was the same thing everyday, and they served Tang, not real juice. Excellent price, especially considering we were upgraded to the apartments, with kitchen and computer. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Location was not as close to the beach as they would like you to believe, but not too far to walk. |

We were a group of three adults. The Maissonette suite we had was very comfortable, and was also very clean. The complex is very nice, howevery we were there in off season so the pool area was not yet in use ( early in April). The rate was affordable and appropriate. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were very helpful. |

El desayuno es muy bueno! En la agencia de viajes nos trataron muy bien, y la verdad es que no podemos quejarnos de nada. Muy buena ubicacion del hotel y el servicio de ir a buscarte al puerto y de llevarte por parte de la gente del hotel es importantisimo! Muy bueno en cuanto a calidad precio. |

Man konnte das Frühstück auf dem Balkon genießen sodass man sich nicht auf Frühstückszeiten halten musste und das Hotel war sehr ruhig aufgrund der wenigen Zimmer und der ruhigen Lage. Geringe Entfernung zum Strand und den Restaurants (5 Min). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden erst nachmittags greinigt was super für Langschläfer ist! Die Ziimmer waren ordentlich und der Balkon mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Das Hotel war überbucht und wir haben anstatt der Maisonette nur ein Doppelzimmer erhalten. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und die Aufhängung des Duschvorhangs hing runter. |

La piscina està molt bé i no te horari, per tant et pots banyar quan vulguis. Està bastant bé en general però li faltaria una petita reforma (sobretot als banys) |

Εξυπηρετικοι στο πηγαινε -ελα στο αεροδρομιο και εξυπηρετικη η συμφωνια που εχει και το αυτοκινητο μεσα στην τιμη του διαμερισματος. Καλο θα ηταν να εβλεπε κανεις καποιο προσωπικο γιατι υπαρχει μονο μια καθαριστρια η οποια καθαριζει και φερνει τα πρωινα. Οι λαμπες ηταν καμενες και γενικα υπηρχε μια εικονα εγκαταλειψης και προχειροτητος. Καλο για οικογενειες με καπως φτωχες παροχες. |
