The villa was in a fairly good location and there was a very nice view from the balcony. There was no poolside bar or music so no atmosphere around the pool at all. |

Very clean, nice pool, the breakfast was lovely, but it was the same thing everyday, and they served Tang, not real juice. Excellent price, especially considering we were upgraded to the apartments, with kitchen and computer. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Location was not as close to the beach as they would like you to believe, but not too far to walk. |

We were a group of three adults. The Maissonette suite we had was very comfortable, and was also very clean. The complex is very nice, howevery we were there in off season so the pool area was not yet in use ( early in April). The rate was affordable and appropriate. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were very helpful. |

the room was not so clean.we found insects in the fridge.the shower was not working properly and on the last day we did not have breakfast without having been informed about the reason not really - the facilities for cooking were very poor |

The location, size of the room/apartment, area by the pool The reception is 10mins walk from the actual hotel. Neither of them have any signs, therefore are difficult to find. The lady looking after the rooms doesnt speak any English or other language... |

The balcony and the view were great, it was also a bonus to have a pool. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room sparsely furnished. |

It was very clean, quiet and well decorated, with a beautiful pool area. The storage was minimal and should of have a little more for a couple. |

Εξυπηρετικοι στο πηγαινε -ελα στο αεροδρομιο και εξυπηρετικη η συμφωνια που εχει και το αυτοκινητο μεσα στην τιμη του διαμερισματος. Καλο θα ηταν να εβλεπε κανεις καποιο προσωπικο γιατι υπαρχει μονο μια καθαριστρια η οποια καθαριζει και φερνει τα πρωινα. Οι λαμπες ηταν καμενες και γενικα υπηρχε μια εικονα εγκαταλειψης και προχειροτητος. Καλο για οικογενειες με καπως φτωχες παροχες. |

We had a very nice stay at villa the birds. The apartments are very comfortable with big balcony. The free internet was a bonus and ofcource the free car. Highly recommended to every one. We definitely will be back. Thanks. reception |

Die Lage und die Ausrichtung der Zimmer und wie viel Platz wir hatten Der Fruehstueck war nicht sehr appetietlich - Zwieback und Kuchen und ein ganz kleiner Kaffee - aber dass ist angeblich gut fuer Griechenland wo Fruehstuck nicht wirklich ein Mahlzeit ist. |

La ubicación del Hotel, el diseño exterior y arquitectura. Era muy bonito. Agradable, sencillo y tranquilo. Había poco personal, unicamente una chica para todas las habitaciones y no siempre estaba localizable. El desayuno era bastante pobre para el precio del Hotel. En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, demasiado caro para la oferta de la zona y para los servicios prestados. Referente a la limpieza: no cambiaban las toallas a diario. |

la villa est belle Service franchement minimum voire insuffisant dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner au rabais et trés ordinaire. Les prestations sont vraiment faites à l'économie et pas en rapport avec le prix de location trop élévé.Notamment si nous comparons à l'ensemble des réservations que nous avons faites tout au long de notre séjour (y compris sur des destinations trésprisées) |

Rommene er bra ,men sparsommelig møblert Bedre kommunikasjon mellom de som leier ut og de som arbeider der.Dette er utleige av rom. Lite som du forbinder med hotel. |

Petite structure calme avec de grandes chambres bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est très succinct et sans choix (café ou café!) cela est gênant pour les enfants. Le seul couac de la structure |

La struttura è molto bella,la zona tranquilla,gli appartamenti carini.La colazione buona a differenza di ciò che ne hanno scritto altri.Trasporti da e per l'aereoporto anche la sera tardi.Bella la piscina.Ottima e veloce la connessione internet. Scarsa igiene della biancheria(lenzuola soprattutto),cattivo odore nella cucina del nostro appartamento,ma solo del nostro.Stoviglie vecchie e poco utilizzabili. |

La gentilezza dello staff, davvero carini e disponibili. La posizione, a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge di Perissa e Perivolos. La piscina sempre pulita. Il servizio taxi da/per l'areoporto. Il computer con connessione internet. Consiglio vivamente il The Birds. Il terzo letto era piccolo e si trovava nella cucina dove l'aria condizionata non arrivava. Con il ventilatore che mi hanno fornito appena richiesto è andata meglio. Ma la casa (quella che hanno dato a noi che eravamo in tre) era perfetta per una coppia, in tre un pò stretta! |

die Ruhe war super, relativ wenige andere Mitbewohner, ein toller Pool, Zimmer mit Klima, Lage perfekt (3 min zum Strand), Abhol/Bringservice zum/vom Flughafen hat perfekt funktioniert. Zimmer war sauber und nett. Der Kühlschrank ebenfalls eine gute Sache - echt zum Weiterempfehlen. Das nette Mäderl im Servicebereich ist ein bisserl langsam, brauchte für das eher magere Frühstück (mein Tipp: selber Wurst & Käse etc. kaufen) jedesmal mind. 10 min. Aber sie war nett und freundlich - also soweit auch ok. Handtücher werden auch nur einmal die Woche getauscht. |
