Cancellation

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All children under 12 years are charged EUR 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 160.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
