Very run-down, dirty. Borderline non-functional bathroom. Dog feces prevalent in vicinity.

The two-room suite was spacious for the three of us. View from the outside seating area was spectacular. Lots of restaurants and a couple of small food markets nearby. The bus stop was also and easy walk away. The room was clean, well-decorated, and well-maintained. The whole cave- like architecture was unique and attractive. The kitchen was small, but adequate. Beautiful tile everywhere. In spite of the number of similar units around us, it felt very private.

It is not quite like a conventional hotel, so there is no front desk manned 24/7. This was not a problem for us, but be aware that the office hours are somewhat limited. Our outside space was not quite as clean and well-maintained as the interior.

Very kind host with passion and hospitality which makes you feel that you are the most special and welcomed guest. Classy individual house just face the blue aegen sea, every decoration details and furnishing present the good taste of the host. Attic space is just like a fairy, pure white and the cleaness, plus the sea side fresh air definitely garrentees a peaceful night sleep...

The view from the hotel is breathtaking... it is located where anyone would like to stay at Santotini, right in the middle of the risk houses. It is very close from the castle where everyone goes to see the sunset and from the main field where you can have a nice walk. You can use a pool and wifi in other facilities (ask for this).

The walk to get to the room. But this is even nice. It is part of the adventure. And the stuff helps you to carry your luggage. So this is not so much of a compaint.

It is a quiet place with excellent sea & volcano view. A small kitchen could be used for cooking breakfast. Shower room is a bit small. Only the stair is quite challenging especially if u have heavy luggages.

The staff are very good and the loctation is not so bad.The view is also very good, but you can not see the sunset.

I think the bad part at VIP Suits.The bathroorm(with toilet) is toooooooooo small!!!This is worse part I don't like it.

Great views, apartmen located at the edge of the caldera, traditional Greek interior design (in general not luxury but good value for money).

地点不错，离Oia公交站比较近、又是在悬崖边上，可以看到海和火山岛，而且我原来订的是高级公寓，店家免- 费帮我升级为洞穴套房。店员还主动帮忙提行李- ，还可以代呼出租车（不过费用比价高）。客厅提供影碟机和影碟、杂志和小说。厨房有电磁炉、电热水壶、锅、- 碟子、刀叉调匙、酒杯水杯、洗洁精、洗碗布。- 洗手间提供沐浴液、棉签、化妆棉、毛巾。

热水不足，只靠一个小容量电热水器供应，要全程洗热水只能把水调到很小，喷浴头只能固定在很高的位置、不能- 调节，极不方便。电视很小、信号很差。房间也- 不够干净，家私表面有些灰尘，枕头套有点污渍。

Simples,porem mágico,fica no cartão postal de Santorini (casinhas Brancas sobre o mar).

Dificil acesso,não recomendados para idosos e crianças e com pouca bagagem.

Неожиданно оказались в номере с прекрасным видом на кальдеру, т.к. бронировала виллу на пляже, и ничуть не расстроились. Номер был огромный, со всеми удобствами, мебель новая, все стильно обставлено. Вид с нашей террасы был превосходный! Убирались каждый день. Ресепшен у них нет, да у нас в принципе вопросов и не возникло.

Единственный минус: спальня располагалась в глубине рядом с ванной, и поэтому там было очень сыро, вытяжки не помогали.

La ubicacion es excelente, oia es el lugar mas pintoresco de Santorini.

La "villa sulla spiaggia" è la soluzione ideale per quanti desiderano estraniarsi dal caos e rilassarsi ascoltando il suono del mare. La villetta si trova proprio sulla spiaggia, a circa 10 minuti in auto da oia, in una zona molto tranquilla e molto poco turistica. L'arredamento è piuttosto spartano, ma tipico greco e decisamente funzionale, in linea con la bellissima atmosfera che il paesaggio suggerisce.

L'angolo cottura non è attrezzatissimo, ma ci è stato detto che è sufficiente farne richiesta.

Вместо однокомнатного номера, дали 2-х комнатный, за что им большое спасибо. Отель необычный (в лаве), но вполне нормальный. С балкона номеров заката не видно, но отель находится под местом где в ИЯ все встречают закат (только смотрит на другую сторону) - т.к находится на самом кончике в ИЯ. Найти отель легко - на конечной станции автобуса в ИЯ на площади с такси (та что верхняя) найти офис Sanset? Holiday (в левом верхнем углу) - там и есть регистрация. Далее Вас проводят.
