VIP SuitesMain Street, 84702 Oía (Show map) Good, Score from 58 reviews“I had dreamt about going to Santorini and staying in a postcard. VIP Suites promised that I would be in that postcard and they were correct. I wanted a cave room with my own balcony on the cliff face overlooking the caldera. Exactly this. No noise, no restaurant and the most awesome view I could have wished for.”

Very kind host with passion and hospitality which makes you feel that you are the most special and welcomed guest. Classy individual house just face the blue aegen sea, every decoration details and furnishing present the good taste of the host. Attic space is just like a fairy, pure white and the cleaness, plus the sea side fresh air definitely garrentees a peaceful night sleep...

Location with view is definitely for vip!! Spacious room/bathroom (we booked superior) Quiteness despite central location Staff (travel agency managing suites) made sure we will arrive in right place for checkin (followup mails, phone calls) and took care of baggage Traditional style: white house built on the rock Clean in the room and around. Great value for price Be prepared: Oia is full of stairs! It's normal:) VIP suites is not a hotel establishment with own breakfast room, swimming-pool, etc. Youmay be offered to use those in the close by hotel. We were asked to pay in cash, though it was not mentioned during booking. Do not expect 'design' in bathroom. Although it's clean, everything is very basic. Curtain in the shower could help to keep water inside. Towels need renewing. Again, for the price we paid in October, it's an excellent choice.

The view from the hotel is breathtaking... it is located where anyone would like to stay at Santotini, right in the middle of the risk houses. It is very close from the castle where everyone goes to see the sunset and from the main field where you can have a nice walk. You can use a pool and wifi in other facilities (ask for this). The walk to get to the room. But this is even nice. It is part of the adventure. And the stuff helps you to carry your luggage. So this is not so much of a compaint.

It is a quiet place with excellent sea & volcano view. A small kitchen could be used for cooking breakfast. Shower room is a bit small. Only the stair is quite challenging especially if u have heavy luggages.

The arrogant staff requested us to pay by cash when we checked in. But there was no such special condition about it. That's ridiculous to take so much cash with you! We were very unhappy about that. The location was just so so. It was crowded in the middle of the mountain under a few bars with a little view of the sea. We were waked up in the midnight by the loud songs and cheers coming from the bars above.

The location was excellent - only a few minutes from the main pedestrian strip in Oia. The view from our terrace was brilliant. To wake up to the stunning views of the caldera was one of the highlights of our trip. The bathroom was very cramped and in need of a refurbish. Having to walk to the Tourist Information centre when we needed something was a bit of a nuisance (as the Suites have no reception). It was though, a minor inconvenience.

Great views, apartmen located at the edge of the caldera, traditional Greek interior design (in general not luxury but good value for money).

I was really pleased with my room reasonable large sized rooms meant for 4 ppl and have my own private balcany and sunbed to look out the fantastic view of the sea and volcano. Overall I was well pleased and content with the room The only preservation I have to say is that tv do not work (not getting the right signal) and electrician did try to help out as best as he could. Ensure to put all food/drinks in the fridge or else will have unwanted antz will fest in the kitchen. Tourism service was ok thought some of the workers attitude was not that pleasant. Since there is no Wifi in the hotel I was told you can go to elsewhere to access to the internet for free since you are the paying guest however this was not informed to me by Tourism officer so I was not well pleased about this.

the rate is attractive while it's located in the oia area. there is a nice balcony with seaview. it is required to check in at the central 'tourist center' where the staff looks cunning.... sounds like sales rather than staff...

Amazing view. Interesting experience and good value for money. Not the luxury part of town but very well worth the money you pay. Friendly staff. No Internet and facilities are very basic. Not much tv either.

The view was great, there was a patio with furniture to enjoy the view. The room was clean and decorated nicely with modern type art. Location was great because it was right by the shopping of Oia, we could walk all along the area. The staff was helpful as they had to carry our 2 very large luggages down a few flight of stairs to the suite.
