The view is incredible!!! If you book a room with view to the caldera, you won't go anywhere else to have dinner which it's not the balcony of your own room and see the beautiful sunset. First we booked a room in the building across the street where are located the regular rooms, without view to the caldera....but we changed it because it was worth to pay a little more and have the view. The hotel has 3 swimming pools and the restaurant is great. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety of food.

It's located a little far to walk from Fira, so you need to rent a small motorbike or a car, which in the end is cheap to rent and that way you can explore the island better.

Simple yet very nice room and terrace with stunning views, helpful and very pleasant hotel staff.

Hotel should have a better rent-a-car/scooter provider or should at least take care that their guests receive competitive prices for rentals (you can rent everything in Fira for substantially lower prices)

Amazing view from all over the hotel - from the restaurant to the rooms' balcony. The pool just outside the room door.

Rooms are a bit outdated. Service at breakfast could be better. Pool bar could serve a wider range of snacks.

I never seen before what happend there. Waiter brought a bottle on the table, but he didn't opened it. It is really didn't make sence what they doing - just pay money and that's it. Service was bad.

gorgeous hotel with such amazing views of the volcano and sea. Very accomodating staff! also very close to fira town about 4 min cab ride or 20 min walk.

The central location of the hotel and the view were the only attractions

The hotel is extremely shabby and outdated as far as the rooms are concerned.I find it hard to understand their pricing based on the quality of the accomodation

Shuttle into Fira doesn't pass too often so make sure you plan your day accordingly.

the room is small and is not well fitted up; the restaurant staff was a little bit arrogant while the staff in reception is very friendly; cannot go anywhere if you don't get a car/moto...it's 2 km far from the down town 'Fira'

The view was amazing. Hotel facilities were good, particularly the restaurant, which served the best food we had in Santorini. The location was fairly convenient for Fira town. It took about 25 minutes to walk and the hotel shuttle service made getting out and about even easier. The hotel also provided booking services for excursions and car/bike rental, which was convenient, although they didn't offer the best rates.

Getting a sunbed around the pool was quite difficult until late afternoon, although this didn't really matter with so much to see and do and a patio overlooking the sea. A more frequent and later shuttle service would make Fira even more accessible. It would be advisable to prebook transfers to/from the airport as taxis are expensive - perhaps the hotel could offer this service?

Not much, it was a very nice place. Staff was good, and rooms were nice. Our room was cliffside. Great views.
