Ganz besonders schön im Volcano View Hotel ist die wunderschöne Sicht. Auch toll fanden wir die Sauberkeit und die Ordnung. Die Reinigungs-Equipe macht ihre Arbeit gut. Die Beantwortung der übernächsten Frage "Würden Sie dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen", bezieht sich vor allem auf den wundervollen "Rundum-View" vom Vulkan-Studio aus. Toll war die Organisation (Abholen am Flughafen, bringen zum Flughafen, etc.) Als wir ankamen, mussten wir 15-20 min. an der Reception auf den Zuweiser und Gepäckträger warten. Das fanden wir überhaupt nicht o.k.! Zu viele Zimmer, zu grosse Masse an Touristen. Das Hotel hat für uns teilweise Massenabfertigungs-Charakter. Vor allem beim Frühstück haben wir uns geärgert. Es gab nur einen Kaffee-Automaten, bei dem man jeden morgen für ein Kaffee anstehen musste. Ausserdem war nie eine Liege am Pool frei. Viele Touristen haben am morgen mit ihren Badetüchern die Liegen bereits besetzt. Wir finden, es sollte genügend Liegen für alle haben, die sich am Pool etwas sonnen möchten. Einzelne Hotelangestellte haben nicht mal gegrüsst. Schade eigentlich! |

Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wunderbare Aussicht. Schöne Anlage. Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr klein, das Badezimmer indiskutabel, da viel zu klein. Die Qualität des Zimmers stand nicht im Einklang mit der sonstigen Qualität des Hotels. Das Zimmer, und insbesondere das Bad.Das Hotel liegt weit vom Zentrum, aber das Shuttle Service ist unzureichend. Viel zu wenig Fahrten. |

Die Aussicht ist gigantisch, es gibt drei Pools mit ausreichend Liegen. Jedes Zimmer mit eigener Terasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus nach Fira und zurück (ca. 4 mal am Tag). |

The hotel has villas/rooms with very good view of sunset. You could spend the whole day reading a book or lazing around on your balcony (a bit small though) or sit by the pool. It's quiet and relaxing! The restaurant (part indoor and part outdoor) has good view of sunset too and serve not expensive food. It could be a romantic accommodation for honey-mooners. Hotel shuttle can also take you to a little town nearby where you can find nice cozy restaurants and souvenirs. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. It may be better if shuttles to town were a bit more frequent. |

Somente a vista é magnífica, hotel com atendimento e conforto de hotel duas estrelas. Just the view its great, this hotel it´s absolutely unconfortable ad small the room....terrible used cushion and a bathroom whitlhout box that transform your room in a real pool! Terrible and atendiment, especially in the crowd pool and in the waiter service. Beside that a absolutely unconfortable cushion,v. poor decoration and a bathroom that become a really pool due to not having a box and plastic curtains too short! Hotel com atendimento medíocre, pessoas despreparadas e rudes, principalmente garçom e atendente de bar da piscina. Além disto, quarto absolutamente desconfortável com cama pequena, colchão duro e já super usado e banheiro ssem box, com cortina curta de plástico branca transformando o banheiro e todo o quarto em uma verdadeira piscina. Pior hotel de ´luxo´ que fiquei em toda minha vida! |

It has a magnificent and breath taking view of the volcano. Sunset view is also astonning. Staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. Restaurant serves very nice and high quality food. Quality of double studios doest not conform to the public and general amenities of the hotel. Improving rooms qualities and especially bathrooms, will enhance satisfaction of guests. |

The view is incredible!!! If you book a room with view to the caldera, you won't go anywhere else to have dinner which it's not the balcony of your own room and see the beautiful sunset. First we booked a room in the building across the street where are located the regular rooms, without view to the caldera....but we changed it because it was worth to pay a little more and have the view. The hotel has 3 swimming pools and the restaurant is great. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety of food. It's located a little far to walk from Fira, so you need to rent a small motorbike or a car, which in the end is cheap to rent and that way you can explore the island better. |

Simple yet very nice room and terrace with stunning views, helpful and very pleasant hotel staff. Hotel should have a better rent-a-car/scooter provider or should at least take care that their guests receive competitive prices for rentals (you can rent everything in Fira for substantially lower prices) |

I like the peaceful enviroment, the view, and the service at the restaurant. They must do shuttles every hour. They start at 11 int he morning , finish at ten at night and got one shuttle at five and other at seven.The hotel is a little far away from downtown, so they must increase al least 4 more shuttles daily. |

Amazing view from all over the hotel - from the restaurant to the rooms' balcony. The pool just outside the room door. Rooms are a bit outdated. Service at breakfast could be better. Pool bar could serve a wider range of snacks. |

I never seen before what happend there. Waiter brought a bottle on the table, but he didn't opened it. It is really didn't make sence what they doing - just pay money and that's it. Service was bad. |

beautiful views, food at the restaurant is very good-try the santorini salad! Great place to just relax and enjoy the views. Shuttle into Fira doesn't pass too often so make sure you plan your day accordingly. |
