ο χωροσ στον οποιο βρισκεται, η καταπληκτικη του θεα, η εξυπηρετιση και φιλοξεινια του προσωπικου, η καθαριοτητα του μασ εκαναν να πουμε πωσ οταν ξαναπαμε σαντορινη θα μεινουμε και παλι σε αυτο το συγκροτημα. θα ηθελα το εστιατοριο να κλινει αργοτερα το βραδυ. |

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, απίστευτη θέα, πολύ καλή κουζίνα, ειδυλιακό μέρος για στιγμές χαλάρωσης, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετα δωμάτια. |

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!!! Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, η θέα φανταστική. Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν μόλις 2χλμ από τα Φηρά, το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου ανταποκρίνονταν στις ανάγκες μας. Η διαμονή μας στο Volcano View, ήταν ένας επιπλέον λόγος να απολαύσουμε την όμορφη Σαντορίνη.... |

amazing view. very clean. staff is very nice and helpfull. great location. The new redcorated rooms are perfect. the old one are very clean but needs to be changed. beds are not comfotable. but steel it was the perfect chice. The beds at the old rooms. big different between the redcorated rooms to the old one. |

The best is the view, it´s outstanding. The location is good because is in a quite place not to far from Fira and it has a transfer service till 10:30pm. The tour desk works very good and the staff is very polite. The facilities are great and the breakfast with the volcano view is recomendable. We rented a car at the hotel to tour all over, what I recomend, specially Oia for the sunset. I left my driving license at the car and they send it back to Portugal. What more can I ask for? We really enjoied the stay. I stay in a room with the garden view, which was across the road. If I´ll return Í would prefer to pay more for the volcano view, afteralls is not that much and it might be better. |

The view was breath-taking. It was exactly whatI expected from looking at the pictures on the interenet. Very friendly staff. The bed was very hard, hence uncomfortable. I read similar reviews about the hardness of beds on the internet, but didn't think much of it. But 3 nights was enough for me with the hard bed. I was very disappointed to find that there is no jacuzzi at the hotel. |

excellent view, friendly staff, available services, great breakfast, clean and new rooms. excessive charge for internet access for those without laptop. very infrequent shuttle to the town of fira. |

Came here from a stay in Perissa (boring place), and loved every minute! Stayed in the new wing and the rooms were large and clean. The information was that I had an inland view (which I had) but I honestly even had some view of the caldera between two hotels, which was an unexpected bonus. Nothing really. |

The views were amazing, we had that best holiday we've had in years. We will definitely be coming back. The hotels prices were a little on the high side. |

Absolutely great staying at this hotel, nice view, the room is cleaned with a balcony to enjoy the view outside. Can get a relax feeling of Santorini Shuttle bus to the town can be more frequent. |

Volcano View has excellent view that can be rated five star! I can enjoyed the sunset in my room or in the poolside. I also can see the port & caldera and many boats sailing. Breakfast buffet was good enough, especially compared to other europe hotels in same rate range. |

The Volcano View of course! We took a room with direct view on the volcano, it was a great sight. The service was excellent, nothing short of a top class greek hotel. It is 2km away from the nearest town (Fira), so you have to rely on the hotel shuttle which does not depart very often... |

Very nice staff. Comfortable rooms. Absoultely fantastiv views. The hotel should ensure that there are suitable glasses in each room as well as a bottle opener. We had to ask for glasses and then collect them from the dining staff. We had to take our botle of wine to the dining room to be opened and then return to our room. |
