眺めが最高！リゾート目的なら最高！部屋も広くて快適。ホテルのレストランからの眺めもよくてロマンチック- 。

ホテルのレストランの味がいまいち。フィラまでちょっと遊びに行くには遠い。シャトルがあるので、なんとか- なりますが。

フィラの街にはそこまで近くないですが私たちはスクーターを滞在中レンタルしたので不便さは一切感じません- でした。ホテルからの景色は最高でした。ホテル内にあるプールからももちろん海が見渡せとてもリラックスで- きました。部屋は何も問題なく過ごせました。朝食はブッフェ形式で可も無く不可も無くといったかんじでした- 。

The hotel has villas/rooms with very good view of sunset. You could spend the whole day reading a book or lazing around on your balcony (a bit small though) or sit by the pool. It's quiet and relaxing! The restaurant (part indoor and part outdoor) has good view of sunset too and serve not expensive food. It could be a romantic accommodation for honey-mooners. Hotel shuttle can also take you to a little town nearby where you can find nice cozy restaurants and souvenirs.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. It may be better if shuttles to town were a bit more frequent.

Somente a vista é magnífica, hotel com atendimento e conforto de hotel duas estrelas. Just the view its great, this hotel it´s absolutely unconfortable ad small the room....terrible used cushion and a bathroom whitlhout box that transform your room in a real pool!

Terrible and atendiment, especially in the crowd pool and in the waiter service. Beside that a absolutely unconfortable cushion,v. poor decoration and a bathroom that become a really pool due to not having a box and plastic curtains too short! Hotel com atendimento medíocre, pessoas despreparadas e rudes, principalmente garçom e atendente de bar da piscina. Além disto, quarto absolutamente desconfortável com cama pequena, colchão duro e já super usado e banheiro ssem box, com cortina curta de plástico branca transformando o banheiro e todo o quarto em uma verdadeira piscina. Pior hotel de ´luxo´ que fiquei em toda minha vida!

It has a magnificent and breath taking view of the volcano. Sunset view is also astonning. Staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. Restaurant serves very nice and high quality food.

Quality of double studios doest not conform to the public and general amenities of the hotel. Improving rooms qualities and especially bathrooms, will enhance satisfaction of guests.

I like the peaceful enviroment, the view, and the service at the restaurant.

They must do shuttles every hour. They start at 11 int he morning , finish at ten at night and got one shuttle at five and other at seven.The hotel is a little far away from downtown, so they must increase al least 4 more shuttles daily.

My room is located the other buliding across road from main building. It was terrible.

the pools were great and the view was incredible. rooms were always neat and tidy and staff were friendly

Great view to the sea/volcano. Staff was very helpful in most of our requests. Accommodation was comfortable, though not necessarily great but the bathroom was quite nice.

Location is not great (2km from Fira), but not an issue if you rent a quad or car. The breakfast is quite poor and the pool average, but useful. Also, the pool bar is hugely overpriced..
