The view and location was stunning. Food in the restaurant was fabulous, as well as the service. A bit off the main center, otherwise, the hotel's shuttle service leaves every hour. Make sure you don't accidentally book the hotel's property across the street (which I did, but rectified)...you would want to be in the main hotel for the amazing cliff side location. |

When I arrived, I had some small issues and misunderstandings but the hotel staff addressed them in such a wonderful way that my stay ended being a pleasurable experience. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety. The view is spectacular on the volcano side. The hotel staff is kind, friendly and willing to help. The location is amazing, walking distance if you like to walk. Shuttle service almost every half an hour to Fira (restaurants and shops) is very practical as well as the shuttle service to Airport and Port. Rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is magnificent. Great hotel overall! The rooms and furniture are due for an upgrade considering the cost of the room. No wi-fi in the rooms. Otherwise no complaints! |

The view is superb, though this means the location is lacking. The road it is on is a main road with no atmosphere (which you don't even notice once you are inside the complex) however to get to the closest area with restuarants/shops/any atmosphere you need to catch a bus. The hotel offers a free shuttle service into Fira which is wonderful. If that hadn't have been available I would have been really disapointed with the location. The staff were helpful and the pools and restaurant were well kept and very relaxing. The breakfast was the most generous I have had of any hotel in Europe so far. The street the hotel is on, but it is on that road to take advantage of the view - so it depends on what is more important to you. |

The view was fantastic, pool area nice and the atmosphere at all calm and relaxing. The air condition in our studio did not work properly. And there were some moist in the bathroom which made an uncomfortable smell. |

the scenery is marvellous, wonderful sunset, wonderful nature. we were located in a room opposite the street that was not overlooking the sea and was not in the typical Greek style, it was like a 2/3 stars level room! Be careful if you book and tehy say you'll be located in the new wing of the hotel. It is true taht you pay 140 euro instead of 220/250, but it is not even worth 100 per room that part of the hotel! |

Having travelled extensively, I found the hotel to be possibly one of the finest ive ever stayed at. This is in regard to the staff services, location and friendliness of those who work there and like me stayed there, The management were first class and very attentive at all times. I was offered an excellent free upgrade and the room I was offered was absolutely amazing, so my tip is be nice and polite and maybe youll be upgraded as well. fantastic experience |

We absolutely fell in love with the view...it was so worth it!! The view was to die for and the location of the hotel was perfect..5 euro taxi to Fira (which is where the major markets and city is) and that was convenient because Santorini's economy is hurting right now and other areas on the island that are normally great (and cheaper) alternatives to Fira were deserted! Kamari, Perissa, Oia and Imerovigli were among the popular areas that were very deserted...so we were happy to be close to the lively city of Fira! We did rent a car for 2 days which was well worth the money! The hotel made it really easy. We did our research and the hotel offer was way cheaper than any other place, it was 45 euro per day, unlimited km and insurance incl. We had paid extra for the volcano view room because if you don't they put you in a room across the street and you just don't get the experience that way! Pay extra for the volcano view room. When we got there they gave us a room on level with the pool and you could only see a tiny bit of the sea. When I asked to change, they quickly put us in a better room. We didn't like that the room's floors were not cleaned, we had to walk around the room with our shoes on. The staff was generally nice, but nothing amazing. |

The hotel offers transportation to/from airport and to/from Fira town a few times a day. It is very convenient. We did not get a sea view room but a cheaper inland view instead. It was OK since you can always hang around the restaurant or the pool to get the amazing view. Hotel staff were very helpful. The swimming pools were fine, not over crowded at all time. The room was large but the jacuzz (which I paid extra for) was not working properly.All in all I was very happy with the hotel. The inland view room was in fact facing a busy traffic road. So we did not use the balcony at all. |

Fantastic value. Booked this hotel the night before arrival and was still able to secure a nice rate. Room had nice lighting, relatively large and had a nice shower/tub. Volcano view has the most beautiful view I have ever seen. Amazing, amazing view from the edge of the crater that is perfect for sunsets. The breakfast was good, not great with the same offerings every morning. Multiple swimming pools is convenient as are the free shuttles into Fira. They also picked us up from the port. After struggling to find a ride from the port to the hotel in Mykonos, this was a definite bonus. |

I loved the pools, dinner on the terrace, breakfast choices, coffee. It is a beautiful site and views from everywhere. It was a good value and the staff agreed to take us to the ferry dock in plenty of time. The desk staff was a little unfriendly about giving information about getting around the island. |

The service was fantastic, we were upgraded to a Suite without even asking. The location is nothing short of stunning, just think of paradise on a cliff top, with a front row seat to the Med! |

The breakfast is nice. The pool and sightseeing is great. The location fo the hotel is not very nice, a little far from Fira. And the bus provided by the hotel is not enough, about every 3 hours. |

Loved the pool and the view from the pool. Only a 5euro cab ride from Thira (no point in waiting for the shuttles not worth it). Great big breakfast (including bacon). Hated that we were in the budget/new area of the hotel located across the street! But we still had access to the other area, just had to walk over. |
