Excellent views of the sunset . Had lovely views both back and front of hotel. Very quiet. Breakfast was basic and it was a long walk to the centre. |

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. The breakfast (included) was very nice. The location was perfect for us and we had spectacular sunset views from our balcony. There was supposed to be wireless access but it did not work, and the only alternative was a single PC in the hotel lobby which was somewhat inconvenient. The noise from other rooms was occasionally a bit disruptive. |

The facilty is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. I cannot imagine a more beautiful view. They provided free internet but you had to manually connect to a lan cable in the office. If they would install one inexpensive wireless router all the guests could use the internet in their rooms and not have to wait in line. |

The view was beautiful. It was quiet. Way over priced for what it is. The bathroom shower sprays all over the bathroom. We heard this from others staying there as well. The loft bedroom required going down very steep stairs and was impossible to stand up in if you're over 5'7. The doorway to the bathroom was so small my husband kept hitting his head. No shampoos, soaps, kleenex provided. Small rough towels that felt like bathmats. Barebones breakfast compared to the other places we stayed in Greece. |

Magnificent view over the sea and the volcano, hotel owner and staff extremely helpful, friendly and kind, quiet location, very close to the centre of Oia (10 minutes on foot), bus station just outside the hotel, clean rooms, very tasty yoghourt in the breakfast. The owner suggested excellent tavernas in Oia for dinner. I will definitely be back. |

Magnificient view, Kind hotel staffs, not good but charmy swiming pool. Very hard to reach by bus. Not close to the termial of bus and was not happy with big luggages. And it takes 15-20mins walk from Oia center, which we did not take as serious issue as the work can be an excersise after good meal. Bus can be improved but not big deal |

The view of the sea. The hotel is not in Oia. You need a car to get anywhere; the bus does not stop on the bus stop unless you want to get off. Our apartment was advertised as 2 bedroom, what we actually got was 1 bedroom and one room which was a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room at the same time. The breakfast was inferior to the other hotels we stayed in. The receptionist appeared intoxicated during our stay and when we asked him for the number of the airport he said we don't need it because there definitely is luggage storage at the airport. When we actually got there we found out that he was wrong. |

The view is beautiful as the hotel is close to the cliff. The fact that it is far from the village center w/ no transfer facilities. |

Excellent view over volcano and the sea. Vicinity to Oia city center. A nice traditional Greek restaurant with live music played by locals. It was hard to find the hotel as there was not a boared outside the drive way. |

Amazing view!!! Great pool overlooking the caldera and volcano. Very Friendly staff. Library to borrow books from. Close to everything yet still has privacy. We would definitely stay here again. Quite expensive - not a 5 star hotel but clean, comfortable and did i mention the view? Fresh water was salty - not drinkable. |

The hotel staff was very courteous and welcoming. The pool was a nice size and very clean. Fabulous view of the caldera. You can have a great view of the sunset in the higher rooms. Only a 10 minute walk to Oia. It was a little hard to get a wi-fi signal in the room, but that shouldn't deter you from staying here. |

The views, the quiet location (not too far out of town), availability of local transport, the style of accomodation, the facilities, the accomodating staff, the free internet, the general ambience, shopping and fabulous restaurants nearby at an affodable price! The breakfasts could have been varied and occassionally the pool area had a slight sewerage smell to it. |

Our room had a spectacular view, the owners were warm, helpful, and not intrusive, the suite was charming/rustic, and the pool was an absolute hit with all of us. We had a relaxing and refreshing break from the hectic cities we had been visiting up to this point, just what we wanted! |

The host was very kind and friendly, the view to the caldera was incredible, amenities were everything I had expected. The appartments are a bit outside of Oia, but it is easy to walk there and I appreciated not seeing so many tourists around the whole time, as it would have been, had I stayed in the centre. There is also a little nice taverna close by, on the way to Oia center, on the right side, with the host singing and playing guitar in the evenings, very nice place. All in all, amazing experience and I have a suspicion I will be coming back. I would not classify this as a "did not like", but it was a bit unusual to be the only solo traveller there, all the rest were families or couples. |

Wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here for three nights. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the pool was great! The walk to town is about 5-10 minutes, but you definitely get the benefit of having a quiet, relaxing atmosphere compared to hotels directly in the city. We would definitely stay here again and will be back! |

Beautiful facility and wonderful staff. We enjoyed being on the outskirts of Oia, but a short walk to the bustle of activity. |

Staying at Villas was typical greek villa experience, with great views of caldera sea..you get a nice breezes here and about 10 min walk into Oia ,a quieter side of Santorini .plenty of shops and places to dine..but not crowded with people and cars like Thira..Would stay here again..the staff are great and friendly too..it has lovely pool overlooking the sea Maybe if you are older guests eg 60 plus and not sturdy on your feet the loft bedrooms maybe not suitable for you unless they have beds on the same level |
